Reviews for Bellagio

Luxury Hype is actually a Reality

Bellagio was built as a luxury adult hotel. One of if not the classiest hotel on the strip. From the top notch restaurants to the employees throughout the property, Bellagio delivers and gives guest more for their value than the neighboring hotels . I have eaten in all of the restaurants and yet never stayed in the hotel. This was my first stay. Everyone at the hotel we encountered was very friendly and smiled down to the cleaning staff. I would like to point out two employees we met during our stay Giavanna Scuderi who is a training manager happened to be out at the check in area during a wave of guests checking in . Evidently there was a glitch with the online check in and she was there assisting guest any way she could. She was very approachable . We were there celebrating a milestone anniversary and the last thing I wanted to do was stand in a very long line. She offered some tips to reducing the stress of that line by explaining an easier want to check in while avoiding that long line. She answer all of our questions and couldn't have been more gracious. The Bellagio has a strong "front of the house" asset and should find away to hold onto her We also encountered Adrian from Human resources who also was out front helping in a similar fashion that very next day. I have stayed many times at other luxury properties where the managerial help couldn't be found much less bothered,. They would answer your questions with a cold stare, but both Adrian and Giavanna were a breath of fresh air and two of the most personable hotel employees we have encountered in a very long time. I do hope the Bellagio reads these reviews and makes note of two gold star employees they should cultivate and move up the ranks

A Memorable Birthday Visit Thanks to Theresa

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 13 hours ago

I stopped by Tutto at the Bellagio during my birthday trip to Las Vegas to pick up a few Jellycats, and I had such a wonderful experience! Theresa was incredibly kind and helpful during checkout, making the visit feel extra special. The store was beautifully organized, clean, and easy to browse. To top it all off, she surprised me with a birthday voucher, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made my birthday even more memorable. Thank you, Theresa, for your outstanding customer service—I can't wait to come back!

Still Classy!!!!

Two couples came here late June to stay for the Chesney show at the Sphere. We arrived late at night on a Thursday and I had previously completed the mobile check in on the MGM app. My room was ready and our friends needed to go to the front desk, so I accompanied them to have physical keys printed. There is a station just before the desk where you can check in/out and print keys to save a desk visit. We were located in the south tower on the 22nd floor and our friends were in the main tower, both in King tower rooms. I hadn’t stayed here in over 15 years but was impressed with the maintenance and recent renovations of the rooms. This place is all class and is one of the most visited hotels on the strip. The rooms are nicely updated and the bathrooms are beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. We went to the pool each morning around 8:30AM and had breakfast at Como’s, which was very good. The seats are first come first serve and people start saving seats right around 8:00AM when the pool opens. The pools get busy by noon, especially on weekends. I get that it’s Vegas but I did find the 32 ounce drinks priced at $35 a little ridiculous. The smaller drinks were $23.00. The servers were certainly busy attending to the guests, consistently during the day. I only played slots here as the table games got expensive, especially towards later in the night on the weekend, with tables reaching $50 and $100 per game. You can find closer places for lower rates, such as $15 a table. I find this unfortunate for staying at the hotel, but adapted quickly. On Saturday night we dined at Prime steakhouse and had made reservations for 8:00PM. The food was delicious and the service was excellent, as usual. Overall, the hotel is centrally located on the strip and is a very classy, clean establishment. Wish the tables were more affordable, but this won’t stop me from returning.
