Poor quality check in and a difficult to understand checkout

A terrific experience. Everything was perfect. The employees were very nice and professional. Hotel was very clean. Shower was quite good.

My company booked hotels for us to stay. When we were prompted to select our rooms I did this urgently and it was confirmed no problem. The day I arrived, I was met with reservations I didn’t sign up for. I immediately alerted the front desk. Every single day I was there I was met with falsified information that the room I requested would be available. I had to constantly reach out and was later told that all the rooms were fully booked. Then after a meeting I was met with my room smelling of marijuana which I reached out again for assistance and was given a credit. While I appreciate the effort made there, the receptionist told me it didn’t matter that I had initially booked a different room because they only provide what they can. It made me feel like I ultimately requested a preference for no reason as it defaulted into left overs. I was not a priority just a number.

Overall the hotel was nice. They acknowledged my birthday with a rose and voucher. That was impressive. The room was ok. The bathroom was very nice. Down side of the room is the mini refrigerator. It was filled with over priced items, and if you moved them for more than 30 seconds you were charged. Therefore, you couldn't put nothing else in there besides something small. So forget if you have a to-go plate from eating somewhere. The pool was nice, and casino was packed. However, I feel you should stay there atleast once.

Through and through, from the grand and bright entrance all the way to the room, and the service that we received, it was a %100 satisfaction. Great collection of restaurants, friendly staff at every department. Easy check-in and easy check-out.
