Reviews for Bellagio

Great service, great location, great atmosphere.

Great location center strip. Classic atmosphere and ambience. Rooms were remodeled, with huge shower. The 24/7 snacks restaurant he’d exceptional service, refills on coffee, and hands down the best cheesecake on the strip regardless of restaurant you try and I’ve eaten at most of them from $-$$$$.

Bellagio and Vegas is not what it used to be!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

We attended the Bellagio during SEMA show and have attended many hotels throughout the years. Although the Bellagio was once the premier establishment on the Vegas strip, it still has its charm but the rooms were underwhelming and the staff seemed inexperienced, inattentive and at times rude. The rooms are in need of updating and were not the best experience. The pool areas were in need of updating, (chairs, lounging and paint) The "Vault" speakeasy was almost impossible to enter, once in you will spend $40-$70 per drink that were decent but not worth the price, although the atmosphere was delightful. Our suggestion is to have more mature, experienced staff and to have a curtain that separates the waiting area from the lounge to heighten the exclusivity (seeing the door opening and patrons staring at you pining to get in was a bummer! The overhead music was too loud and the common area were buzzing with loud over talking. Having the guest elevators in the middle of the casino where patrons have to trek through the casino after they check in and out causes unneeded traffic and obstacles while trying to enjoy the areas. My opinion is that Vegas has had its ups and downs and at this point in time, Vegas is overpriced, dirty, unsafe and not friendly. it seems depressing and unexciting as it once was. IMHO

Outstanding Experience

Great Service! Check-in Staff, Hotel Staff, Casino Staff, and Restaurant Service were excellent in every way. I was in Las Vegas for an AI Conference at the Flamingo, but refused to stay in a Caesars Hotel. I will always stay and play in an MGM Hotel.

Ridiculous Fees

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

My tolerance is pretty high for hotels. It’s tough and a lot of things have to go right. But what I can’t tolerate are Fees with nothing provided. In this case, $25 fee to get room service. $25 fee to deliver the food to my room? How else am I supposed to get room service. I don’t want to hear about increased operating costs when you are charging $12 for an orange juice and $25 for a carafe of coffee. I’ll be staying elsewhere go forward.

Great Stay!

The hotel is convenient to everything on the strip. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, and the pool area is spectacular.
