Outstanding service from Fatima at Giardini!
I recently purchased a beautiful cherry blossom piece of art from Giardini at the Bellagio. The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Fatima assisted me with the purchase and she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It was a fairly large investment, but she made the transaction completely seamless and enjoyable. When the package arrived, there was a small issue with shipping damage, though thankfully the artwork itself was only minimally affected. Fatima immediately put my mind at ease, allayed my concerns, and assured me I would be fully taken care of. Excellent customer service like this is rare and I truly appreciate her dedication and care. Highly recommend visiting Giardini and asking for Fatima!

Terrific Comp Rooms and Stay at The Bellagio
Although we’ve been going to Kas Vegas for many years, this was our first stay at The Bellagio. We had a great experience on our return trip from the Philippines. Unexpectedly, we got a comp room for two nights. A very nice room, very clean, and comparable to the Venetian rooms, although not in a suite style. The online checkin and room key acquisition was flawless. Our casino play was very nice as well. We plan to visit again. The Bellagio is so big that I got lost on the casino floor numerous times. I’m curious to see how well the MGM comps evolve compared to my typical Caesars comps. Oh yeah, they still have an excellent buffet at a reasonable price. Staff were superb as well.

Short of the unsolicited 05:30 am wake up call and the room being dusty all was wonderful.
$850 a night and as noisy as a motel 6 starting @05:30 am A crew took upon themselves to do some power washing. Get it… Life happens!

Better hotels to stay in Las Vegas
Extra charges at every turn. I have stayed at Bellagio for years. The hotel was always the best, but nit so much this time. A comp should be a comp!!
