Bellagio

We stayed at the Bellagio for 7 night in a king room with fountain view the full stay was amazing! Check in was speedy and professional, we stayed on the 15th floor with a fountain view, the view was absolutely amazing and well worth the upgrade, a lovely touch is when the fountains are playing if you turn your TV to channel 22 you hear the music in your room. The room was very clean and spacious with fantastic toiletries along with iron, ironing board hairdryer safe etc. The pool was fantastic, well maintained, beautifully decorated and very clean. The food and drinks at the pool restaurant was fantastic and average prices for pools in Vegas. The staff were pleasant and professional at all times and nothing was too much trouble. Overall a iconic hotel, in a fantastic location i loved my stay and would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Vegas, loved every minute !! and will definitely return.

The type and Jim Stonewalling

This is a BIG hotel....quite impersonal really (eg, we did not speak to anyone at check in, just clicked on the app, loaded our own door keys and were off). If you are looking for special attention, this is probably not the hotel for you. The room was good; spacious and well equipped with two good king beds. Great bathroom and big shower. The restaurants were good and we especially liked Jasmine. The pools were nice; very busy and sunloungers very close together, but good poolside service and friendly staff in the main. The gym was a temporary one (but very good nevertheless) while their main one is being 'reimagined' and will reopen in Nov 26 apparently. We didn't gamble so i cannot comment on that side of the hotel but it was smoky and noisy.

Lovely experience. Would definitely recommend going to get a massage at the spa! I had the masseuse Rosanne and she was amazing. Made the atmosphere nice and peaceful and gave a wonderful massage. This was also on Christmas Day so props to her for working on such a special day.

Had a great experience at Bellagio with the rewards center. Meshane Figueroa was courteous, competent and took time to help me as a Veteran understand the benefits of our MGM rewards MVP program upgrades. We really enjoyed our time at the Bellagio, and we believe that they are one of the better places to stay on the strip.
