Bellagio

Appalling level of service. I booked two rooms; I received the first at 6:00 PM and the second at 8:00 PM. On the second day, they "forgot" to clean the room, and there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door that would have prevented the cleaning. Ordering a pot of tea to the room in the morning meant a 50-minute wait. The hotel restaurants were full, with no space available for breakfast or dinner. The hotel is packed to capacity; there is no personal attention despite the high price, and wait times are extremely long. In short, we won't be coming back here. It is important to note that I have no complaints about the hotel staff, who are genuinely trying to get the chaos under control.

Rosemary the desk agent could not have been any more professional and friendly. She worked extra hard to get us an extraordinary room. She put a fabulous start on a wonderful trip.

I had a $250 credit to use. I was only there 18 hours. I called Customer Service to confirm I could use the credit on in room snacks. They confirmed. I purchased four items totaling $76. I came nowhere close to using the full 250. Bellagio charged me the full $76 with no credit applied. After I emailed billing, they also did not fix it. Not a huge amount of money and not worth any more headaches but does show that Bellagio Customer Service failed.

Exceptional service and friendly staff!

My husband and I stayed this past June (2026) and had a bad experience at the buffet. Bellagio guest services went above and beyond to ameliorate our dissatisfaction with the food and service. Bellagio comp'd us an amazing gift and we used it to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday (Sept. 26th). Our stay was unlike any other!!!! We are avid travelers especially to Las Vegas and frequent most of MGM resorts. Staff members Kiff, Robel, Juana (Flr mgr), Ivan (luggage), concierge, made my husband's 50th birthday the MOST memorable and best birthday EVER!!! The entire weekend was magical! I, unfortunately, got heat exhaustion and was wheel-chaired to our suite and paramedics checked my vitals. We missed our dinner reservations at PRIME Steakhouse. Bellagio handled our reservations and were very attentive and caring. Bellagio and its staff are top tier! Vegas is our playground and Bellagio is our vacation home. Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!!
