We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful. A special thank you to Faiza , who was absolutely amazing. She helped me with everything I needed and was always friendly, attentive, and quick to assist. She made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the hotel for having such wonderful staff. We are very happy with our experience and truly appreciate all the help! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wouldn't go back if it was free
I don't recommend this place unless you want to walk a half mile though smokey casino to get to your room is ridiculous.

It’s always a pleasure and wonderful stay here. It’s our favorite place to visit when in Vegas. The hotel is perfect.

Hands down the absolute best customer service experience I’ve ever had! Huge shout out to Kimberly at Tutto.
I had stopped into the store hoping they had some basic hygiene products after realizing I’d completely left my hygiene bag at home due to rushing. I travel and deal with customer service constantly, but the level of care Kimberly provided was hands-down the best service experience I’ve ever had. What stood out most was how genuine and personal she was. Nothing felt forced, rehearsed, or like a standard script—she was warm, attentive, and made me feel completely taken care of as an individual. That level of authentic hospitality is rare to find. She represents Tutto and MGM Resorts at the absolute highest standard. I was definitely shocked to find out she is not a member of the leadership team! She definitely is leadership material and deserves every promotion and recognition available! Thanks Kimberly!
