Not a memorable experience. Over crowded with non guests.

Food was disgusting and they don't care and overcharged me. The hotel is very overcrowded.

Bellagio is such a nice hotel on the Strip. It is elegant without being snooty. Definitely a cut above. It is in a great spot on the Strip so walking to other prime locations is convenient. Self parking my car was simple and the daily rate was reasonable when I added it with the room booking. The Petrossian Bar is nice with unique cocktails. Just to note, while not on the cocktail menu, the original signature drink the bar opened with back when the Bellagio first opened is the Cable Car. I had a “lavender basil lemon drop” with elderflower and it was refreshing and lovely.

It started with a Salone Suite room mix up and finally resolved through a Manager. Although Gezelle did make a nice recovery by getting us a room that was comparable, she inadvertently forgot to call us when the room was ready which was approximately 1.5-2hrs later. The room service staff were exceptional, kind, professional and thorough. The bellman were also, amazing! The biggest disappointment was the Spa being it was closed for renovations until the fall (Nov) and we were not notified in advance by any staff member. David

This is a beautiful hotel that seems to have been renovated since our last stay. Last time the common areas were gorgeous but the room was mediocre (didn’t the aesthetic of the lobby). This visit was quite different in that the room absolutely matches and exceeds the aesthetic. We had a king corner room so we had 3 windows (I love natural light). The drapes are remote controlled. Marble floors and counter tops in the bathroom. The shower is separate from the toilet, which I love (I cant stand having a shower/tub right next to the toilet). The sinks are double vanity leaving plenty of room for my husband and I to have our own space. Clean and beautiful. We didn’t hear any noise. Now the cons: I didn’t like this the last time and I didn’t like it this time. The shape of the building puts some rooms so far from the elevator. We had to leave an extra 5 minutes to get to the elevator. Also, I value hotels with limited access to the rooms. Lots of hotels like this have dedicated security personnel by the elevators so guests must show or scan their rooms keys in order to get on the elevator. Bellagio had security personnel by the elevators (sometimes 2 or 3), but they weren’t checking anything. They greeted us coming and going and only checked our room if we handed it to them even though there was a sign saying scan your room key room here. We only did that once. Is the security personnel just doe show like a deterrent? Must be
