Bellagio

No help with the bags from the car. Queue up to check in after having fought through the crowds in the foyer. Vague instructions to the lift and then you’re on your own, dragging your own cases through the casino floor as you search for the lift. The walk to breakfast from our room was half a mile round trip and we queued for 45 minutes for a table for two for breakfast, then a further wait for service. Food arrived cold. It’s a huge hotel with bonkers decoration and a fountain show but it’s lost the personal touch that America is famous for. Huge crowds were just milling about, kids screaming and running around,the stuff you’d expect in a lesser hotel, not one of the so called premium hotels on the strip. Pretty disappointing and won’t be back.

The Bellagio truly is the crown jewel of the Strip. From the moment you walk into the lobby and see the stunning Chihuly glass ceiling, you know you’re in for a world-class experience. We stayed in a Fountain View room, and watching the water show from our window at night was pure magic. The Conservatory & Botanical Gardens were breathtaking as always with their seasonal display. If you’re looking for that 'iconic Vegas' feel with high-end dining like Prime Steakhouse, this is the place to be.

My wife and I stayed here on a SW US road trip. This was our starting point. We really set a high bar for the rest of the trip. The hotel is beautiful. Parking was easy. It is a pretty big garage, so make sure you know where you parked (take a pic of the garage signage). I messed up the online check-in. I was offered a fountain view upgrade but somehow upgraded to a suite. They graciously put me back in our original room with a refund of the suite upgrade. This was definitely my mistake, so I'm grateful for the excellent customer service. We had breakfast at Sadelle's, and it was very good. I had a bagel sandwich, and my wife had an omelette. The hash browns were excellent. The portions were huge, so be prepared. I really liked the kiosks for getting the room keys. You get a QR code that you scan at the kiosk. The kiosk then prints your keys. I like technology and not waiting in long check in lines. Win win.

Belliago has been very amazing! Starting with our check in with Jacqueline at the front desk. She helped make my son’s birthday so special. She is truly a gem! Also, got wonderful service with Valerio in retail at Goardini. He went the extra step to make sure my gift was special for my friend. Sadelle’s was awesome for lunch. 5 stars Belliago

We have not stayed here for a few years but returning was as much the wow as it was previously . The fountain view room was amazing and the 10th floor view was perfect . Room was so clean and beds super comfy .
