We were in Las Vegas for a quick weekend to attend a concert and made the Bellagio our home base. It was around 100 degrees outside most of the day and night but our fountain-view room remained at a perfect temperature and was a wonderful oasis from the heat. We arrived a bit before our check in time but we were allowed to go to our room right away. Our room looked out over the Strip and Paris Hotel. When the fountains were going off, the music was piped into our room via television channel 22. We heard everything from Whitney Houston’s “Star Spangled Banner” to Celine Dion to “Your Song” by Elton John. The bed was super comfortable and we had two sinks in our bathroom that made getting ready a breeze. The blinds and shades were automatic and we had an ice machine on our floor. My only regret is that I forgot about the $150 banana split cart that they will bring to your room….we would have done that if I had remembered. We enjoyed breakfast at Sorrell’s and had snacks at Bellagio Patisserie (the world’s largest chocolate fountain). The Conservatory was just changed and smelled amazing. Overall we had a fantastic time!

I stayed at the beautiful Bellagio Resort – Hotel and Casino for a two-night stay last week. Conveniently located on the Las Vegas Strip, the Bellagio gives your that Las Vegas feeling. The staff so kindly accompanied me with my requests and always displayed such a friendly, helpful attitude. My comfortable hotel room with its cozy bed, good TV viewing, and nice shower and tub made for an exceptional experience. The top-notch swimming pool area with its five, yes five swimming pools made me feel in the lap of luxury. I ate at the delicious, reasonably priced buffet – though it only stays open until the afternoon – and at Sadelle’s next to the always stunning indoor botanical garden. Also, I had a delicious meal at Lago restaurant with its view of the spectacular water fountain show in front of the hotel. The Bellagio speaks of opulence and Las Vegas sheen as it delivers with beautiful rooms, sleek interior design, including the reception area with the Chifuly sculptures in the ceiling, and in so many other ways!

Bellagio was built as a luxury adult hotel. One of if not the classiest hotel on the strip. From the top notch restaurants to the employees throughout the property, Bellagio delivers and gives guest more for their value than the neighboring hotels . I have eaten in all of the restaurants and yet never stayed in the hotel. This was my first stay. Everyone at the hotel we encountered was very friendly and smiled down to the cleaning staff. I would like to point out two employees we met during our stay Giavanna Scuderi who is a training manager happened to be out at the check in area during a wave of guests checking in . Evidently there was a glitch with the online check in and she was there assisting guest any way she could. She was very approachable . We were there celebrating a milestone anniversary and the last thing I wanted to do was stand in a very long line. She offered some tips to reducing the stress of that line by explaining an easier want to check in while avoiding that long line. She answer all of our questions and couldn't have been more gracious. The Bellagio has a strong "front of the house" asset and should find away to hold onto her We also encountered Adrian from Human resources who also was out front helping in a similar fashion that very next day. I have stayed many times at other luxury properties where the managerial help couldn't be found much less bothered,. They would answer your questions with a cold stare, but both Adrian and Giavanna were a breath of fresh air and two of the most personable hotel employees we have encountered in a very long time. I do hope the Bellagio reads these reviews and makes note of two gold star employees they should cultivate and move up the ranks

I stopped by Tutto at the Bellagio during my birthday trip to Las Vegas to pick up a few Jellycats, and I had such a wonderful experience! Theresa was incredibly kind and helpful during checkout, making the visit feel extra special. The store was beautifully organized, clean, and easy to browse. To top it all off, she surprised me with a birthday voucher, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made my birthday even more memorable. Thank you, Theresa, for your outstanding customer service—I can't wait to come back!

It was a nice experience in Las Vegas in Bellagio. Especially when we were in retail store/turto, Kimberly was so nice.
