Good in the restaurants was terrible, ESPECIALLY THE BUFFET!

Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. The staff and the service are by far the worst I’ve ever experienced for the money spent here. No one is polite and no one seems to want to be kind nice or helpful.

We stayed for 5 nights in a one bedroom penthouse suite. Trip was a graduation gift for our daughter to see the BTS concert. We hadn’t stayed at the Bellagio in years. It still stands as my favorite hotel on the strip. The location can’t be beat. Rooms have been recently updated and everything was in good condition. The automated toilets in the bathrooms were amazing. We did mobile check in and getting physical keys made at the little kiosk was super quick and easy. The check-in line was sooooo long when we arrived I was very glad we did the mobile option. Overall great experience and we will definitely return.

The customer service factor in Vegas is struggling, this place is ground zero for the "you need us more than we need you mentality". So many people with miserable attitudes. Listen when you come to blow a bunch of money on dumb stuff like gambling, you don't want to be treated like the idiot you are, a least pretend like your happy we are there. Stay far away from the prive lounge bar. Their restaurants have such an opportunity to be great but fail in the execution. Carbone Riviera was the only saving grace. Obviously with such a low review the rooms were screwed up as well, typical issues like wrong room assignments, bad housekeeping (used wash rag in shower upon checkin), and not being maintained properly (glass shower door falling off the steam shower in bathroom)
