Great food, staff, very clean great pools great location

We booked through a travel advisor at a fantastic price and were very, very happy. I prefer staying in the Spa Tower, and we received a nice Strip view. The pool area is beautiful, and the location is ideal if you want to stay in the middle of the Strip. The rooms feel luxurious, and the only things I can complain about are the somewhat weak water pressure, the spotty Wi-Fi and the fact that room service cannot be ordered online. I want to give a special shout-out to Gianpaul at the front desk, who was truly amazing and provided the best service recovery I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. At the right price, Bellagio is a bargain, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Had a lovely stay here with my husband in July. A lovely lady Jaz checked us in and when we told her we were celebrating a birthday and our wedding anniversary she went above and beyond for us. She secured us into a high floor room, gave us two teddies to take home to our children and a $300 voucher to use in any restaurant at the hotel. The room was lovely and spacious, it had everything we needed. My only negative would be the water pressure which wasn’t great. Plus the mini fridge which had extortionate prices but there is a shelf for your own things so we just left everything else well alone. We had a nice experience in the casino, pool area and bars. It’s not a cheap venue but everything was very up together and clean. Can’t fault anything else, I’d 100% recommend to others.

As always, we had an amazing time at the Bellagio! The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and extremely well maintained. The staff was fantastic throughout our entire stay friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The entire property is beautiful, the atmosphere is second to none, and the level of service is exactly what keeps us coming back. We always have a great experience at the Bellagio and look forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Check-in took over an hour; food service took forever; food and beverages were very expensive and the service wasn't that good. The staff seems overworked. The rooms are hot, even if you have the thermostat set to 60; (many of my work colleagues expressed similar complaints). I was really disappointed.
