Bellagio

We had another outstanding stay at the Bellagio. Our host, Donald Liberty, once again made every part of our reservation effortless and made us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our trip was dinner at Michael Mina. The food was absolutely fabulous, and it was one of the finest dining experiences we’ve had in Las Vegas. I also visited the spa for a massage, and Laura did an outstanding job. It was truly the best massage I’ve had in years. My wife enjoyed a pedicure, and we both left feeling completely relaxed. The evening turndown service with the chocolates and thoughtful touches made our stay even more enjoyable. Bellagio continues to set the standard for luxury, exceptional service, and unforgettable experiences. We can’t wait to return.

Only stay here if you plan on spending half your trip waiting to check in and then for the room itself.

Good location, starting to show its age a bit. Lack of in-room fridge and coffee seems like a miss. Resort fee is a rip off.

Upon arrival, my Lyft driver was scolded for not moving fast enough. Something about the buses and the Lyft drop off is in the South Tour Bus lobby. Why is is there? Are the drivers supposed to throw us out if a moving car and speed off? My room was not clean. Guest services are condescending. I wanted to go somewhere else, but my company wanted us all here.
