For a fancy hotel, weirdly stingy on the amenities.
Good security, room quiet with working air conditioning. No coffeemaker in the room, and bottled H2O charged at $$$. Someone else's hair in the shower -- wondered how much cleaning between guests really got done.

It’s not the premiere anymore.
Check in slow and rep don’t know the property or rooms. Stuck us in a horrible suite. Bellagio did not honor Chase Sapphire Travel package amenities.

Amazing stay and enjoyed the VIP Lounge
I had a really enjoyable stay at Bellagio! The resort is beautiful and the service was very good throughout my visit. I also spent some time in the VIP Lounge which I really enjoyed. It was nice having a quieter place to relax and take a break from everything going on around the resort and casino. The staff in the lounge were all very nice but Althea from VIP especially stood out to me. She was very kind and personable, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. She has a naturally charming personality and made every interaction feel easy and welcoming. I really appreciated how friendly she was whenever I saw her. Very positive experience overall!!!! Bellagio definitely made a good impression on me.
