Brain from maintenance was fantastic. Great customer service. It’s only my first day. I definitely want to give him a positive review.

Terrible
Terrible customer service. Called engineer for stuck door. Were told they will arrive 30 mins but didn’t arrive u til after 3 more calls and confrontation and 2 hrs.

Exceptional service!
We’ve been to Vegas many times but this was our first time staying at Bellagio. The service was exceptional and the staff in every department helpful and friendly. Mayfair Supper Club is a must for dinner!
