Bellagio

I love this hotel because it is very clean. The rewards are great but the slots rather tight. We have been staying there for years and it’s become a great place to stay.

Overall great experience. The location is outstanding. In the center of the strip. We had a view of the water falls.

The staff and amenities overall were excellent as always

After being completely terrified when someone entered my room at night, the hotel chose not to investigate, check their cameras or allow me to feel safe, they tried to sweep it under the rug claiming it was turn-down service, acting like a 10:0-10:30 at night walk-in when someone is sleeping is normal, told me all guests get that service, but when I queried my colleagues and other people staying there, no one had that service or late night visitation happen to them. It was a security issue they wanted gone, thinking that comping me $300 I couldn’t use would be enough. It wasn’t. I should have called the police that night, because the hotel could care less about my safety and wanted to sweep it under the rug. I have no interest at staying at the Bellagio again. I do not feel safe there.

The location is great , the hotel was very clean and the rooms were a pretty decent size to be comps. Easy check in
