Birthday Celebration at Bellagio
We hadn't stayed at Bellagio in years, but given decent pricing (for a July stay, when it's hot, hot, hot in Vegas) we were pleased to return. Between the lovely property, attentive service, good food, and nice pool, we were glad that we chose Bellagio. But what made it most special was when we checked in and mentioned that we were celebrating my husband's birthday; the front desk clerk returned with a meaningful voucher to use at any of Bellagio's restaurants during our stay. We promptly used it at Spago, where we were treated to wonderful food, wine, and service. Quite a birthday celebration!

Please I don't want give me Smoke room.
I was very scared July 9. I was in the elevator during 10 minutes, It doesn't open door. Out of order.It was something wrong 3 times. In the Elevator

Not luxury experience
Poor value. For example, Bellagio brunch buffet served Folgers coffee. Encountered a hotel error issue which resulted in wasting a lot of my time, no compsensation at all. Bellagio anutomatically unlinked my credit card from hotel room. I was unable to charge my room and was told credit card was denied, which was false. Call to credit company revealed, no issue on their side. Resulted in directing me to wait in line twice the front desk. Took almost 2 hours for them to figure out it was an error on the hotel side. This all occuree during middle of breakfast.

Anti American Casino
Was not staying there had to walk along way to get to the conservatory to see the 4 th of July display. WHAT a total disappointment!!!!! I understand they did some outside stuff FOR America, but the inside was SO non-American. Will not be returning to that casino or stay there! Guess they SHOWED their true colors! 250 years and they leaned WAY left !!!!!
