Las Vegas is a city that redefines the meaning of the word superlative, and Bellagio stands among the very best. From the moment you enter the palatial lobby, veiled in 2,000 hand-blown glass flowers, bliss is yours. Beautiful guest rooms and dazzling estate-style suites triumphantly encapsulate luxury, while Spa Bellagio bathes you in sheer indulgence. A plethora of gourmet dining selections features some of the finest restaurants in the country, including the AAA Five-Diamond Award-winning Le Cirque and Picasso.

This was my third time staying at the Bellagio and it’d probably be the last. First the good stuff — the rooms are spacious, even if they are a little old. The pool area is clean and well maintained. The fountains and the gardens are always a joy. Really liked their Xmas decorations. Central location on the strip. The not so great things — food options, especially the cafe is particularly disappointing. Staff is inattentive and sometimes outright dismissive. Housekeeping was inconsistent — twice we came back in the evening to our room still not cleaned. The biggest one though would be the insane amount of crowd inside. Check in takes an hour unless you’re doing mobile check-in. Almost no place to walk inside in the evening. Given my generally disappointing time there, I was surprised to learn that Bellagio has made its way back into the Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts program (they were moved to The Hotel Collection previously) . “Fine” is now how would I describe my experience.

It was above and beyond my expectations. This is my 11th time in Vegas, and without a doubt, the Bellagio provided the best hospitality experience.

The hotel was overcrowded and not worth staying at. Our room was incredibly hot even though it said it was 65 degrees. Would not stay here again

I've been coming to Bellagio for 10+ years so figured it would be great this time of year. I guess shame on me for going to the most Christmas-y of the strip hotels for the holiday. We got a deal on Amex along with thousands of other travelers. Self park was full. The patisserie was a long line even at 8AM. Valet was 25 minutes every time you returned to the hotel. Sadelle's was decent but not worth sitting there for almost two hours for brunch. New York level congestion getting in and out of the hotel by car. Yes you get a bunch of credits with Amex but good luck making any use of them. The whole experience left me not wanting to return to Vegas ever again! Look if you are fortunate enough to stay at this hotel, it's a privilege. I shout out every single one of the hundreds of hardworking men and women who help make it all happen, every day, at this amazing resort. It just wasn't up to the standards I have come to expect after my many visits.

Not a good experience at all. $25 to get your in your dining meal delivered is nuts. $10 if I go downstairs to pick it up. No way.
