My cell phone got stolen. cops nor hotel really cared. Apparently it happens a lot. Hotel had pics / sec cam pics of him taking it, provided nothing. Cops did not care either. Terrible experience.

Our stay at the Bellagio was comfortable. The bed was good and the noise to a minimum. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because our room needed some maintenance. The bathroom mirror light would not turn off (new switch needed), the one sink would not drain, and the glass door on the shower was coming off (you could tell they tried to fix it.) Housekeeping is awesome and the place is beautiful. Just need to fix things that do not work in the rooms!

We were not guests, so can’t comment on the rooms or stay but from what we saw it was 10/10 in the foyer and all public areas. Effortlessly elegant, little things were thought of such as fresh flowers on the reception desks and the atmosphere was buzzing. Beautiful hotel. We were happy to get lost in here for a little while. Staff were friendly, so much to see and do too.

The hotel is in vegas so obviously when you pull up there are cars and people everywhere. The check in process took a while due to how busy it was we were queuing for a good 15 mins and this was 9 o clock at night. The room was clean but at the back of the hotel so not a great view but quieter as you could only hear the road. We were opposite the room with the ice machine in it, so I really enjoyed being woken at 4am by people getting ice - that was really good - also who needs ice at 4am? There was a gap under our door of about 2 inches, this meant that the light from the hallway shone through to our room when you turned the lights off, it also made me wonder how that had passed fire regs as if that was supposed to be a fire door? The room was clean and the beds were comfy there is one tiny shelf in the fridge for you to put your own things in and the minibar prices were extortionate. Overall not a bad stay but a few things let it down.

Wow can’t believe the lack of facilities at this hotel for the price paid !! One pool open in 27 degrees temperatures with a fight for sunbeds every day (exhausting )absolutely no food court for quick convenient options .. room tired and very dated .. it is clean though !! Pool area has one bar with one lady struggling to cope on her own to charge 14 dollars for a small can of beer .. We’ve spent most of the week at the Vanetian hotel which has options upon options for eating out and leisure activities with 5 pools open and heated .. made a huge error staying here it’s absolutely chaotic and stressful aswell as being twice the price of most places in vegas Surely it’s time to up your game as this is a really poor overpriced option that feels like it’s been getting away with it for sometime “so why try harder”type offerings that for some reason people seem to be eating up (for now atleast) Appreciate it’s slightly out of season and just my experience of the place and most people may not mind this type of service and amenities as you can always visit alternative hotels luckily during the day and night . Impressed with vegas and will return ..
