Las Vegas is a city that redefines the meaning of the word superlative, and Bellagio stands among the very best. From the moment you enter the palatial lobby, veiled in 2,000 hand-blown glass flowers, bliss is yours. Beautiful guest rooms and dazzling estate-style suites triumphantly encapsulate luxury, while Spa Bellagio bathes you in sheer indulgence. A plethora of gourmet dining selections features some of the finest restaurants in the country, including the AAA Five-Diamond Award-winning Le Cirque and Picasso.

The Spa Tower is dated. Towels were dingy, the shower head spray everywhere but where you wanted, we didn’t have hot water for several hours, and the AC did not cool to the temp set. This is a “luxurious” hotel with a luxury price tag, but the experience was far from luxurious.

The atmosphere was great location was OK but the value for the rooms I didn’t feel it was pretty good and then cleanliness. There were a few nuances with the cleanlinessthat I would expect when you’re upgrading to a two bedroom suite would be flawless.

This was our first time to Las Vegas, and the Bellagio has a reputation for luxury. Overall it was a great stay, but there were certain issues that lowered my rating for this resort. 1) The check-in process was more than a hour wait, and check-out was even longer. I’ve never been to hotel that had such an inefficient front desk process. 2) The bath towels were terrible - so rough as to nearly cause brush burn! 3) Many of the escalators were not working. This makes it especially difficult for people with mobility issues. 4) The smell of smoke in the casino was unbearable. I’m not sure why smoking is still allowed inside casinos in Vegas, but we weren’t even there for the casinos. We were forced to walk through the smoky casino in order to get to our hotel tower. Each time we passed through the casino, we came out smelling like smoke for the rest of the day. We ended the trip with scratchy throats just from the minimal time we spent walking through the smoky casinos. 5) The price gouging at this casino and everywhere along the strip is absolutely disgusting. Charging $8 for a bottle of water is unacceptable. It is clear that the big companies that own the properties along the strip cooperate in order to set prices to such extreme levels so that visitors have no choice but to spend outrageous amounts of money.

Perfect location to other casinos and all connected without having to walk outside

Nice stay but not as impressed as I should have been.
