Bellagio First time.
Great facility and great view. The gym was under renovation, so that was one of the few negatives—also, it’s time to have smoke-free zones in the casino.

Worst stay at Bellagio ever!
I had a block of 9 rooms that were all prepaid. 1. People had trouble checking in because they were told that the rooms were not paid for. 2. Then one room got a call at 10:45 PM that they were going to cancel their reservation because they did not pay their security deposit. I had the front desk call me. They suggest at 11PM for me to come down and pay it. I refused, because I was already in bed AND the room had been PREPAID, it was not like they were going to miss the room being paid for. 3. When I got to my room, the previous guests left over food was in the fridge on the personal shelf. I took it and gave it to the housekeeper cleaning the room across the hall. She said, oh that is my room. I turned and went back into my room. Then when I went into the bathroom and there was hair in the sink. I called to complain and they said they could have someone clean it tomorrow. Tomorrow came and the sinks were clean, but I had a wad of hair show up on my shower wall. It stayed there for 2 days. I finally just put the do not disturb sign up and cleaned my own room. I will not be staying or recommending ANYONE stay at the Bellagio. Compensation is due, but doubtfully it will be received.

If you love excellence customer service, Bellagio is the hotel for you! Food games and staff are all top notch!!!
My girl friends and I stay here each year on our annual girls trip to Las Vegas and I must admit that theirs no other hotel we would prefer than Bellagio!!! Their spa is definitely our most anticipated event that we always look forward to!!!

Terrible experience.
Room was not cleaned when I arrived. There was a dirty water boiler on the table, trash everywhere, dirty towels on the ground, and the bed was not made. After repotting the problem, staff offered me a $150 credit, which when I checked out I discovered was not applied. The front desk said it probably came off the total of the room charged, which when I checked my receipt was inaccurate. They refunded $150 to my card but only did so after I brought it up. Will not recommend Bellagio to anyone.
