It doesn't get any better and the Christmas decorations are fabulous. Restaurants on site were excellent. Everybody is helpful.

Rooms are spacious, but a bit outdated. Bad chemical smell in hallways. Resort fees are ridiculous! Cost as much as another room night. Will not go back to Vegas if this continues.

Beautiful place but no coffee in the room and only 1 working hot tub. We spent an hour each morning trying to get coffee. You have two choices for coffee, wait in line for 30 minutes or longer, or walk to the other end of the resort and go to Starbucks. I will stay at the Venetian next time.

Unfortunately, our experience at the Bellagio was disappointing due to the poor housekeeping service. It felt as if guests are being subtly pressured to opt out of daily room cleaning, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this category. At check-in, I specifically requested full daily housekeeping service. However, on the very first day, by 3:00 pm the room had still not been serviced, and I had to call and request it myself. Later, I went to the front desk to express my concern and was told that everything had been “taken care of.” Sadly, the same issue happened again on another day. This time, we only realized it very late at night when we returned to the room, making it too late to request service. For a hotel that positions itself as a luxury experience, this level of service is unacceptable and frustrating. Attention to detail and consistency are essential, and unfortunately, that was missing during our stay.

Very poor communication with check in staff. Mattress needs to be updated. I expected 5 star treatment. It was not close.
