Since when did Bellagio become so cheap and bad?
We have stayed in Bellagio as a group many many times before and this was by far the worst I have ever had. We were greeted at the door by some doorman asking for a $30 delivery free for a box we had by force. I wasn't allowed to just do it myself, it was like a mandatory fee. We ordered room service, it was the worst food I have had in a very long time. Soup tasted like plastic, wings tasted like dry chewy rubber... It cost us an arm and a leg. It was the worst food ever. Opened a chips bag in the room, that literally had 5 pcs of chips that was so dry because of how old it probably was and after check out they charged us $30 for it. And on the last day, we had sickness and our flight was delayed, so we asked for a few more hours for check out due to health reasons... We were asked to pay an extra fee that was 3 times our regular daily rate to extend the check out for a few hours.... Since when did you guys become so cheap and annoying? I hope to never be back.

Bellagio is the Best, Made us feel special.
The Best Vacation. Hotel Clean. Restaurants clean and friendly. Casino friendly. Room the Best ever so comfortable and clean. good overhead music. Staff the Best friendly and knowledgeable.

Disappointing
The hotel is not catering to its consumers who stay there. Directionals horrible both app and in hotel area . Shower dripped all night. Concierge desk not manned all the time. Had some folks waiting in line. No pool reservations allowed same day unless u work it out at the pool. Just seemed like I had to do a lot more work to stay here. Not as enjoyable an experience as I had imagined.

Check-in is disastrous. Beautiful resort. Great location, restaurants, staff. Worst management.
Check-in was disastrous. I arrived to the hotel at 11:30. The line was almost to the door so I used online check-in. It was 138 still had not been issued a room fortunately why I was waiting for a room to be assigned. I was also in the line I ended up having to get a room from the front desk instead of the Mobile check-in experience considering I flew out of central time it was now 4 AM my time when I was finally able to get to our room.

The Bellagio was exceptionally clean, and the staff goes out of their way to help you. just a great place to stay.
