Bellagio

An amazing hotel but they really messed up for my sons 30th which was so disappointing. I pre paid for a cake which did not turn up during our stay was suppose to come to a restaurant in the hotel but didn’t turn up and I was told we were a no show when we did eat that night, balloons turned up that had been taken from someone else’s room and were deflated and not the ones I had chosen and paid for, charged for all these things including the upgrade but I had already paid for these over the phone prior to our trip. We was then given a 200usd credit to use during our stay but was never given this when we was given our last days invoice which wasn’t ready on our departure so was sent to us by email. I have never received the cake and balloon payments back or the 200 deducted from the final bill or the room upgrade removed from the final bill. 12 emails later they have tried to take money from my account whilst I am still disputing the final invoice. Also had breakfast in bed and the fruit was moldy. All problems were discussed during our stay but they are that busy they can not cope with these issues. Apart from that rooms are huge and our view was great, I’d stay at the Wynn if I went again

Wonderful stay at the beautiful Bellagio! Went with family of 6 after a road trip from Sedona, Grand Canyon and Zion. Check in was seamless and we were so tired that we were so happy to relax at the pool when we got there! Rooms were absolutely clean and comfortable! All staff was very friendly and we especially enjoyed the Gelato cafe for breakfast items and of course gelato and sorbet which was delicious! Prime location in the middle of the strip and you can see the Paris hotel across the way especially at night when it is lit up! Loved the fountain show at the Bellagio! Wish we could have stayed longer! Number 1 hotel! Loved it for our first time in Vegas!

Easy mobile check in, right to a beautiful room. Great amenities. Wish I’d stayed longer.

First time to stay at the Bellagio. We usually stay at other properties. This time the Bellagio had a great price and we wanted to try the pool. Our room was great, nice view of the fountains and then we noticed a very distinct perfume smell. We opened the window vent and that helped until housekeeping closed it. Smell returned. We stayed 4 nights and everything smelled like this fragrance, including our suitcases. We had an amazing time at the pool, enjoyed oour cabana. Excellent meal at Spago, Mayfield was terrible, good time at Lago. Walking distance to the concert we came for. did okay gambling. The fragrance will keep us from returning. Our suitcases still smelled several days after being home. I'm not sure if they are covering up a smoke smell or what, but it was terrible.
