Reviews for Bellagio

Exceptional Stay! If you are looking for an exceptionally adventuresome stay, choose the Bellagio!

The Bellagio has it all: adventure, shopping, beauty, dining, and fun! The atmosphere is always exciting! The rooms are clean, beautiful, and great for a good restful night or day. No loud outrageous noise to disturb your peace! Service is given with a smile. Everyone was very friendly! The hotel is located near everything. A short walk and you can end up at either high-end shopping or regular folks shopping.

I called to reserve connecting rooms only to find out upon check in they didn’t know about that. They sorted out hour later. Rooms were very basic with astrcious view of garage parking. We paid 2K for 3 nights. That’s a lot of money for Vegas hotel to get that kind of service and that kind of view. Bellagio should do better than that. Very disappointing and won’t be staying there again. Stressful chaos sums it up

You Can’t Buy Good Customer Service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

The Bellagio is undeniably a beautiful property. The hotel was clean, the location on the Strip is hard to beat, and my room was comfortable and well-maintained. I also encountered several staff members who were genuinely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my overall experience was overshadowed by how an issue was handled by management. Rather than demonstrating empathy or taking ownership, I found the management team to be patronizing, condescending, and seemingly more interested in asserting authority than resolving the situation. It felt like they were on a power trip, which was both frustrating and disappointing for a hotel that prides itself on luxury and service. The hotel did provide a food and beverage credit as a gesture of goodwill, but that wasn’t what I was looking for. I would have much preferred a sincere apology and respectful communication. A credit can’t replace feeling heard or being treated with courtesy. Luxury hospitality is about more than beautiful rooms and amenities—it’s about how guests are treated when something goes wrong. While the Bellagio gets many things right, the way management handled my experience left me with little desire to return.
