Beautiful resort - horrible check-in, great staff, amazing room
My daughters and I started our girls trip in Vegas for a few nights before heading to Zion and the Grand Canyon. The resort is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and quiet. The check-in is pure chaos and remained that way our entire trip no matter the time of day. We met an amazing staff member who helped us check-in (and later check-out) named Damien who was professional and kind and saved our trip from being started in such a negative chaotic way. There is a constant stench of cigarette smoke in the lobby due to the casinos. If you like clean air you'll need to go outside and hope no one is smoking. I'm surpirsed none of the casinos have a non-smoking section but I'm guessing their high-rollers are smokers and they are catering only to them. I mention it because it was off-putting and one of the first things we mention when we reminisce on the trip.

Not a great experience
Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t the best experience. This was the first time I’ve ever stayed at the Bellagio. They did not have enough handicap stalls in self parking. We stayed in a guest room with a king size bed that was extremely uncomfortable and made our backs hurt every day. However, the gelato was excellent. Not enough regular restaurants too many upscale restaurants. It’s supposed to be a luxury hotel but it did not feel that way. Two bright spots were from valet parking and housekeeping. Those two employees had great customer service.

Bellagio is Vegas and of all the casinos on the strip their slots play the fairest, from my experience and ive played at every casino in Vegas. Gambling has a me problem.
