Bellagio

Jenny Luna at the Bellagio pool was absolutely exceptional. If you’re someone who values a great pool experience, you’ll understand why she stood out. She was attentive, incredibly quick, and always seemed to anticipate what we needed. Her service was even better than cabana service we’ve received at Bellagio and other resorts. She genuinely cared about making our pool day enjoyable and made us feel like a priority, even during a busy shift. She was friendly, professional, and consistently attentive from the moment we arrived. If you’re visiting the Bellagio pool, hopefully Jenny Luna will be your server. You’ll be in excellent hands, and she absolutely deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service.

Most comfortable mattress I have slept on and love the bathrobes in the room

Exceptional service from the staff member at the bell desk, through check-in, room service, and housekeeping. Everything is exceptional. You can clearly notice the difference between the staff here and other hotels.

The room and spa were great! Pool nice and food good, friendly staff.
