Bellagio

I was disappointed with my stay. The room itself had several issues, including a neighboring unit’s alarm clock that went off repeatedly between 4:30 and 5:00 a.m., despite the room being unoccupied. While the in-room refrigerator was a nice size, the portion designated for guest use was surprisingly small. Additionally, I did not receive fresh towels, nor was the room cleaned or restocked by the housekeeping staff during my stay.

Save yourself and stay at The Venetian. Bellagio’s check in lines are long… The rooms are clean, but pretty small. The employees, with the exception of Lost and Found employees, are incredibly polite. Lost a phone which was immediately confirmed to be found and logged in with the hotel. It is virtually impossible to find lost and found, and when we finally did, we picked up the ‘black phone’ and were told that lost and found was closed between 10-11 AM. Seriously? Lost and found is closed during hotel check out time? Who is running this circus? After much cajoling, and 45 minuets of waiting, the phone was retrieved.

I have a fondness for the Bellagio, although I find some of its staff to be less than friendly. Certain employees appear to be unhappy, which detracts from what should be an enjoyable experience. Additionally, I encountered an unpleasant situation with room service. The staff was not friendly at all. They promote 24/7 service, yet they close early due to a lack of motivation to work. The service was disappointing.

Lucked out to receive the Black Friday special as passing thru town. Ended up staying two nights instead of one for the excellent price and perks awarded with being an MGM member. Stay was lovely. Pool is amazing. I would def go back!

Hotel and rooms are immaculate. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The decorations throughout the hotel are spectacular. The machines are loose and it is possible to actually win.
