Great check in employee
The room was great, the check in was a challenge due to the number of convention people checking in, but the experience was great due to the person helping us get the room we reserved. Azra was the angel that took care of us and fixed our check in issue. She will forever be remembered as the single individual that saved our anniversary experience at Bellagio!

Great facilities. Luxurious environments. Friendly services. Excellent locations. However, it is a little expensive.

Nice place with a long queue
Stayed there during CES 2026. The check-in line was long and the staff was slow in handling my reservation. However, the room is excellent and the experience was really nice. Please note, any tips towards the restaurant cannot be covered by the food credit. If you plan to use the 100 dollar food credit provided by amex platinum, make sure you don't count the tips into it. Those tips will appear on your final check-out bill.
