A lovely day at the Bellagio Pools!
I booked a daybed for a group of four at the Bellagio pool on Wednesday, June 24th. The experience was flawless. Our server, Ianna, was exceptional—upbeat, highly personable, and proactive. She provided excellent menu recommendations, managed our food and drink service promptly, and kept us completely comfortable throughout the day. This high level of execution extended across the entire operation. From the initial check-in desk to towel service and the cashiers, every staff member was on point. An outstanding job through and through; we could not have asked for more!
