Two couples came here late June to stay for the Chesney show at the Sphere. We arrived late at night on a Thursday and I had previously completed the mobile check in on the MGM app. My room was ready and our friends needed to go to the front desk, so I accompanied them to have physical keys printed. There is a station just before the desk where you can check in/out and print keys to save a desk visit. We were located in the south tower on the 22nd floor and our friends were in the main tower, both in King tower rooms. I hadn’t stayed here in over 15 years but was impressed with the maintenance and recent renovations of the rooms. This place is all class and is one of the most visited hotels on the strip. The rooms are nicely updated and the bathrooms are beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. We went to the pool each morning around 8:30AM and had breakfast at Como’s, which was very good. The seats are first come first serve and people start saving seats right around 8:00AM when the pool opens. The pools get busy by noon, especially on weekends. I get that it’s Vegas but I did find the 32 ounce drinks priced at $35 a little ridiculous. The smaller drinks were $23.00. The servers were certainly busy attending to the guests, consistently during the day. I only played slots here as the table games got expensive, especially towards later in the night on the weekend, with tables reaching $50 and $100 per game. You can find closer places for lower rates, such as $15 a table. I find this unfortunate for staying at the hotel, but adapted quickly. On Saturday night we dined at Prime steakhouse and had made reservations for 8:00PM. The food was delicious and the service was excellent, as usual. Overall, the hotel is centrally located on the strip and is a very classy, clean establishment. Wish the tables were more affordable, but this won’t stop me from returning.

Just came off of our first family vacation at the Bellagio. The family agreed that it was one of our best. Any concerns we had were small and taken care of promptly. The entire staff seemed to care about their jobs and making a good impression with the guest. We were debating staying an extra day or not, lol. We will definitely return.

My suite was amazing and had a view of the fountains. Luxurious details with a bath and shower.

The location was central to the Las Vegas Strip making it convenient. The hotel’s digital checking did not work so we had to stand in a long line. When we reached the desk we were told that only one of our rooms was ready. The other room was not even on the same floor. When the finally got the other room ready on the same floor the rooms were not even close together as we were promised. The hotel and casino was extremely crowded and noisy. We gambled there for hours and could not get a drink delivered to our gaming area. The rooms are over priced for the service you receive. The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. We will definitely choose another property for our trip next time.
