Bellagio poolside bar
Lance, the bartender at the outside poolside bar at the Bellagio, was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we sat down, he greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel welcome. He was incredibly attentive, worked with impressive speed, and never missed a beat, even when the bar was busy. Every drink he made was fantastic—perfectly crafted and consistently delicious. His friendly attitude and outstanding service truly elevated our entire pool experience. If you’re at the Bellagio pool, do yourself a favor and grab a drink from Lance. He’s a true professional and a huge asset to the Bellagio!

Bellagio, not the same at all. Poor management.
Horrible experience with the check in first to the rooms poor amenities and poor winning percentage on the floor. Bellagio is changed to the worse. I hate to verify this and agree with a lots of people on the floor. No more winning at the Bellagio at all. That’s started to be the worse since last summer.

Not good, stay somewhere else
Overall I was not impressed with the price I paid for the room. Bed had hair on it as well as the towels. Doesn’t look like it was vacuumed. Appears that house keeping quickly flipped the room to mark it clean. The previous guest checked out and we’re issued room key, the moment we walked in and the maintenance guy knocked on the door saying he got call from this room that the shower door is not locking properly. We’re surprised because we just entered the room, moments later I figured that the room was not cleaned as it should be and HK just flipped it for next guest not knowing that we can figure it out by smell in the room.
