Went home with a foot fungus

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 17 hours ago

Check-in was smooth but the early check-in I was charged for was not worth the money. There needs to be more clarification on the 24 hour restaurant and what they serve at a certain time. We never received the food we ordered but they still took the tip we left on the order. Checkout day felt rushed. I started receiving text messages and emails to checkout at 5am the day of. Multiple emails and text messages “reminding” me to check out. They also cut the TV channels off a few hours before checkout. I have never dealt with a checkout process like that. It felt like staying in a cheesy motel. Then I get home and have a nasty foot fungus that I know I received from walking in the room without shoes which means they are not properly cleaning the carpet or floors. I would never stay here again. It was a major disappointment.

Awful experience - you have been warned!

We stayed for 3 nights, check in was chaos with not enough staff members on duty to check people in. We booked via Amex and were given a few extra cash benefits, which included guaranteed late check out at 4pm. This morning I called down to be told we had to leave by 1pm, I explained that we had guaranteed check out at 4pm. The manager called and told me we had been given the wrong benefits and even though we had it in writing (see photo) they couldn't understand how we got the letter will all the benefits on. I explained that we were given it and check in, I was told to bring the letter downstairs as she didn't believe me! I couldn't believe my ears. I called back and said if you want to see the letter come up to our room and see it. A guy arrived and said how did you get this letter, intimating that we had someone printed it ourselves! I said to him you cannot have the letter I will come downstairs and see the manager myself. He then said I was being argumentative and he was going to call security and have us kicked out! I was in absolute shock. Five minutes later the phone rang, it was the same guy who said, it's ok you can stay until 4pm and as a sorry for what just happened we will honour the letter and refund you the resort tax. We were so upset with this interaction we simply cannot recommend anyone to stay here. The hotel itself is also very very expensive. Two cocktails in the vault were £120. Cheapest bottle of wine £94. Breakfast for two £100. The walls in the hotel are quote thin, we could hear coughing from the next room all night! We are so saddened by our experience, please choose another hotel, you have been warned!

The interior design of the newly renovated rooms in the Bellagio Tower is commendable. Also bedding is super comfortable

Wonderful check in experience

My wife & I went to Bellagio to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary. The Front desk gentleman JD was amazing and can’t say enough about him. He was certainly a 5 star employee that Belagio should be proud to have. Thank you JD For the Red Rose you gave my wife it meant so much to her.
