Bellagio

I have attended a conference at Bellagio every summer for many years, so I have always had a positive impression of the property and have continued to return. Unfortunately, this most recent experience has been extremely disappointing. After I departed, I noticed an additional charge on my credit card that I did not authorize or expect. I have now called and emailed the hotel three separate times to have the matter reviewed and resolved, yet no one has taken action or provided a satisfactory response. What is most disappointing is not simply the charge itself, but the lack of follow-up and accountability after I brought the issue to the hotel’s attention. As a repeat guest who returns every summer for an annual conference, I would expect a much higher level of service and attention to a billing issue. I hope someone at Bellagio will finally take ownership of this matter and resolve it. After years of returning to the property, this experience has certainly changed my perception.In

As a Marriott Platinum Elite member, I was told that an upgrade had been provided, but honestly, the room did not feel upgraded in any meaningful way. It was difficult to see what the upgrade actually was, and the room did not meet the expectations I had for a property like Bellagio.

If you don't mind playing the slots without getting any pay back, or hand pays, then this is your place. Bring lots of cash to feed the machines. Expect to spend quite a bit for food too. Since it was my first time to visit Vegas, I didn't know what to expect. Now I know and that why this is my first time and my last time.

Great restaurants front desk very helpful. Lots of towels never used housekeeping.

I can't rave enough about the staff at Bellagio. They are friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The restaurants are excellent. Our favorites are Lago and Noodles. We always stay in a fountain view room, and the staff always does an excellent job of keeping the room clean. The casino is kept clean and the noise level is decent. Since the Bellagio is set right in the middle of the strip, it is easy to go see other venues. But we rarely leave the Bellagio since it has such a nice atmosphere!
