Bellagio

This is a wonderful place to stay, and the rooms are beautiful and exceptional compared to other hotels on the strip. I will certainly look forward to returning to the Bellagio.

The issues began immediately upon arrival. The check-in experience was unacceptably poor, and the first associate I spoke with was entirely unhelpful. I had to wait an excessive amount of time just to get into my room. Furthermore, I was forced to go back and forth between the front desk and the MGM Rewards desk multiple times just to have my resort fee waived—a stated benefit of my tier status that should have been handled seamlessly at the desk. Beyond the poor customer service, the property conditions were highly disappointing. The quality of the room fell far below the standard of other luxury resorts. To make matters worse, I found a roach directly outside my room, which is completely unacceptable for a property of your caliber. We initially chose to stay with you because of our favorite restaurant on the property. However, after this experience, while we may return to dine, we will absolutely not be returning as hotel guests

What an amazing Hotel and experience. The show O by Cirque du Soleil is worth seeing. The restaurants were all great. The casino 5***** The room and view 5*****

The Bellagio, Las Vegas provides an awesome experience with a lively fun casino atmosphere along well appointed very clean hotel rooms. The staff is professional friendly and knowledgeable. Also access to the Bellagio from the Airport was very easy and convenient. Overall the value for the hotel and its amenities are great. One more thing..the level of noise , smoke, etc are totally acceptable which makes for an excellent accommodations.
