Bellagio

I don’t like to write bad reviews but after my experience here, it feels necessary. For having a reputation as the “best” MGM hotel property in Vegas, my stay here fell incredibly short. I booked a stay for three nights with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday. We were given a connecting room. The walls are already paper thin in the hotel, so with there being a door on the shared wall to the neighboring room, noise cancelation was nonexistent. Our neighbors blasted music & partied until 5am every night. Yes, it’s Vegas, but all hours of the night was inconsiderate. We got no sleep & were miserable. When we politely asked the front desk for a way to alleviate the situation, they stated that the neighbors were checking out that day so the problem was solved. No accommodation or apology for the damage already done. Not worth hundreds of dollars a night when you can’t even enjoy sleep in your room. The pillows are very uncomfortable, the front desk staff is borderline rude, & the guest treatment leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel is beautiful & the heated pool is very relaxing, but I have had much better experiences at other Vegas properties.

It’s the attention to all those little details that makes such a difference. This is my second visit in the last year and each visit thus far is better than the last. I love that my Bonvoy status translates into discounts. I love shopping at Tutto for quality mementos of my visits. Anna Liza Nogra and Rose were attentive and helpful without being overbearing. They both seemed happy to help and I appreciate that so much. Stop by during your stay. All the room details are quality and thus carries throughout the property. Highly recommend the Bellagio.

Fantastic location on the Vegas Strip. This really is a beautiful hotel so you can’t go wrong in choosing it. It is a very large hotel but everything is laid out very well, several easy access points directly to the strip and although the lobby is busy, check in and valet was seamless! Our room was large and clean. We enjoyed the food options and service in the casinos was also great. Excellent choice!

Had to call desk every day for housekeeping- otherwise room not done & no clean towels provided. I would expect better from such a pricy place.

Stayed in the spa tower. Very clean rooms and common areas, friendly staff. Bellagio is definitely worth a visit but value for money I wouldn’t stay here again, although clean the room was very tired, broken shower door, broken bathroom door handle and just overall in need of a refresh. I got caught up in the hype and booked here when I should’ve researched better options.
