Beautiful hotel overall. Just wish there’s more places to eat.

They booked my room in the wrong tower, I had to wait two hours for the correction. The new room was clean and comfortable but the view was of a wall. The only other issue was a 6:00am wake up call so I could make my flight never happened.

Pretty and Vegas-esque but service has slipped considerably

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 18 hours ago

Bellagio has always felt like an obvious place to stay, but the service and staffing has slipped so considerably I probably won't do it anymore. Even if you are stuck in the Bonvoy / MGM ecosystem and don't have great choices beyond Bellagio, Aria, Cosmo , etc., service and staffing at Bellagio is unexplainably poor. It's not really the staff's fault, there simply aren't enough on duty, and the fact that the place is 24/7 a mob-scene is in direct contrast with Bellagio closing up shops and services at 11pm despite their being literally thousands of people in the lobby/atrium/casino. Getting help at the front desk should not take 20 minutes. Yes, these are ENORMOUS hotel properties. I'm confident they can afford proper staffing levels. If I were going back next week, I'd choose Aria over Bellagio pretty much for sure.

Comfortable and Memorable Experience

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 18 hours ago

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the overall environment was very pleasant and relaxing. It was a perfect destination for a family getaway, and everyone had a great time. The staff was welcoming, and the atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable family vacation.
