Horrible cigarette smoke smell
The hotel is beautiful and love the botanical garden. My room was nice and so was the staff. However I will not stay at this hotel again unless it is for business due to the cigarette smoke smell

Great stay at the Bellagio!
We had a wonderful experience staying in the Spa Tower. The hotel itself is a great place to stay, and the food was fantastic—we thoroughly enjoyed eating out by the pool and had a wonderful meal at Sadelle's. What really made the trip stand out, though, was the service. A huge thank you to Brad, the front desk manager, who was absolutely great and made us feel incredibly welcome. Also, a shout-out to Corey from maintenance—when our AC wasn't cooling the room down, he came up and fixed it right away. Great food and fantastic service all around!
