Bellagio

There are beautiful mosaics and other decorations in the lobby area. While there are many staff members to help out, the facility is very, very crowded. The room pricing is reasonable, but the 'regular' food is pretty expensive and you should be super careful if you have a minifridge or snacks in your room. If you even pick an item up to look at, you'll be charged and all the items are quite expensive for what you get. The rooms are very nice (spacious, comfortable beds, etc.), although the decor is a bit dated. The building layout forces you to walk through the casino to get to your hotel room from the registration desk. This isn't a huge deal, but it's quite a hike from your car to your room. The casino is fine although it's essentially just another casino. There's not any physical separation between the smoking and non-smoking areas. Since they don't seem to enforce not smoking in the non-smoking areas, you can smell the smoke in most of the casino (the level varies depending on where you're at).

Been to Vegas many times, but this trip was outstanding! Treated VERY well @ the Bellagio! All employees were beyond amazing! PRIME Steakhouse was the best meal yet and the service couldn't have been better! This place will be hard to beat!

I recently purchased a beautiful cherry blossom piece of art from Giardini at the Bellagio. The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Fatima assisted me with the purchase and she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It was a fairly large investment, but she made the transaction completely seamless and enjoyable. When the package arrived, there was a small issue with shipping damage, though thankfully the artwork itself was only minimally affected. Fatima immediately put my mind at ease, allayed my concerns, and assured me I would be fully taken care of. Excellent customer service like this is rare and I truly appreciate her dedication and care. Highly recommend visiting Giardini and asking for Fatima!

Although we’ve been going to Kas Vegas for many years, this was our first stay at The Bellagio. We had a great experience on our return trip from the Philippines. Unexpectedly, we got a comp room for two nights. A very nice room, very clean, and comparable to the Venetian rooms, although not in a suite style. The online checkin and room key acquisition was flawless. Our casino play was very nice as well. We plan to visit again. The Bellagio is so big that I got lost on the casino floor numerous times. I’m curious to see how well the MGM comps evolve compared to my typical Caesars comps. Oh yeah, they still have an excellent buffet at a reasonable price. Staff were superb as well.
