Disgraceful - don’t stay here if you are used to high end Easy coast or European customer service
Sad really as up to today and the absolutely appalling and unacceptable service we have received from guest services we were struggling to understand the number of negative reviews as the online check in, rooms, cabanas and restaurants have all been of a decent, no exceptional, but definitely acceptable standard and we would have retuned. Our treatment today by guest services has changed all of that. We will never return and we will openly share our experience at every given opportunity. Absolute disgrace for any guest to be treated in this manner but but having spent a significant amount of money on two rooms daily cabanas and waterside dining at Largo it’s even more so: Sadly it’s all to obvious that had we lost out shirts in their casino they probably would have treated us better. Shame on you MGM.

Best place to stay
Beautiful hotel, easiest check in/out and e-key on phone through app. Perfect location. Comfortable and large rooms.
