DISAPPOINTED EXPERIENCE “luxury hotel” for cheap experience
Disappointed experience. Check in stressful, horrible room view, stayed 5 days and my room was cleane only once. I found a bloody booger on the wall, door handler broken. “Luxury hotel” for a cheap experience

Bad Rooms and Awful Customer Service
The first room smelled like raw sewage. They lied and said they had no other rooms even though I could see many available online. They eventually changed course and gave us a new room. But we were locked out of that room. They told us security was coming, but they never came up. We waited in the hallway for half an hour to an hour before my seven-month-pregnant wife had to walk downstairs for new keys. The front desk worker then argued with her about whether they should give us new keys for a room they locked us out of. They eventually gave us new keys for the room they locked us out of. We woke up in the new room at 6am because construction in the spa or somewhere else in the hotel was vibrating the bed and very loud. The front desk was again unhelpful with this issue. Who would ever have construction going on at that hour? We have several videos of the construction noise. The front desk was consistently rude with all these issues, never apologized, and never offered any comps for the horrible experience. And we stayed with the Chase Edit program. They offered us no free upgrade even though several upgrades were possible and part of the Edit program. And they still didn’t after the first room smelled like raw sewage in the shower. There also was no late checkout offered. My friends, who booked through Hotwire, were treated much better. I hope Chase drops Bellagio from the Edit. We have had other bad experiences in the past, including a shower door that was broken and duct taped.

A- property on the strip
It's a nice property in a great location. I found the property and the room to be a bit dated. Still clean and comfortable. Aria, Cosmo, W, Mandalay/Bellagio is how I'd rank the MGM properties today.
