Great staff and great service

Rooms not ready for hours past check in
Had terrible experience with room not available for 7 hours well after check in time- missed Cirque show which we paid $600+ for tickets because we could not shower. Attempt to resolve by manager with group chat entry to housekeeping not effective. Food was overpriced and not good at Lago and Noodles. Only positive was room was comfortable once we finally got in. Poor, poor experience especially for a hotel. We were not only ones with this problem.

Outstanding experience at the Bellagio.
This was the largest hotel I ever stayed in in my life. It had everything anyone could possibly want. Beautiful architecture, great shops, top-notch restaurants, the fountains, the botanical gardens, three swimming pools and multiple ballrooms and meeting rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and very professional and I felt important to each and everyone of them. Checking in was very easy and checking out was even easier.

You simply have to experience the Bellagio. The beautiful hotel, the gardens, the slots, the restaurants, the scenery. It's all so surreal.

Not a place I would stay again. So many better options on the strip.
Rooms were hot on one end and all they did was bring a fan. The breakfast Buffett is no longer there and brunch buffet was over priced for what you got.
