Las Vegas is a city that redefines the meaning of the word superlative, and Bellagio stands among the very best. From the moment you enter the palatial lobby, veiled in 2,000 hand-blown glass flowers, bliss is yours. Beautiful guest rooms and dazzling estate-style suites triumphantly encapsulate luxury, while Spa Bellagio bathes you in sheer indulgence. A plethora of gourmet dining selections features some of the finest restaurants in the country, including the AAA Five-Diamond Award-winning Le Cirque and Picasso.

Stayed at the Bellagio for a 4 night stay over the Memorial Day weekend. The good and the bad. The good: Beautiful hotel and excellent service at the breakfast restaurants (specifically Como) The bad: Went over the Memorial Day weekend and it was very crowded with wall to wall people. The lounge chairs by the pools are incredibly uncomfortable as they have no cushions. But, you can always reserve a lounge chair that has a cushion for a measly $125.00 per chair. Limited number of umbrellas and no attendants that walk the pool areas to help with any setup. When cashing casino winnings (hehe), the automatic machines do not dispense change. Certainly a mechanism for the hotel to get additional revenue if you consider the sheer number of people who likely use these machines over the year. Breakfast for two will cost you over $80 per person (including tip). Did enjoy the food, but the price is ridiculous, although I assume this is Las Vegas prices. The check-in person at the front desk promised us $20 off daily breakfast. When we checked out, the person at the front desk recanted and said that we did not qualify for the discount. Chose not to escalate the issue, but the hotel lost a forever customer that goes to Las Vegas every year. In summary, albeit the hotel is beautiful, the negatives far out shine the positives and we so much prefer the Venetian hotel (Palazzo building).

Wonderful stay at the Bellagio! We enjoyed a three night stay in a beautiful suite and the accommodations were fantastic! I also want to thank Virgie (the hotel gift shop) - I was making a mad dash to catch a ride to the airport and had lost the lock for my suitcase. She helped me find exactly what I needed and had me checked out in plenty of time to catch my ride. Thank you for great service!

Our check-in experience was absolutely horrific our suite was not ready at 3 o’clock check-in time. Of course we were told check-in starts at three but that’s not when the room is going to be readybut we were told it would be expedited. We came back 2 1/2 hours later and the room still wasn’t ready at which point we werepromised $550 in food credits and a comp first night to make up for our troubles. A suite then became available. The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The toilets were amazing but when I come when it came to checkout time, they didn’t have any note of the comp or food credits that we were promised and I quote they said they were not inclined to honor that arrangement. I said I would dispute that I had a discussion with upper management.we spent hours negotiating with them at check-in and check out and at this point I would never go back to this hotel, regardless of how nice the room was the service is not customer focused, absolutely horrific. it added much unneeded stress to what was supposed to be a fun vacation avoid it all costs.

Our stay at the Bellagio was absolutely unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegance, sophistication, and world-class service that make this hotel one of the most iconic destinations in Las Vegas. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered breathtaking views of the famous Bellagio Fountains. Every detail was meticulously maintained, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The hotel’s amenities are outstanding, from the stunning pools and lush gardens to the exceptional restaurants and vibrant casino. The Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens was particularly impressive and is truly a must-see attraction. What stood out the most was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Every team member we encountered was attentive, welcoming, and dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The Bellagio is much more than a hotel—it is a destination in itself. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, elegance, and an unforgettable Las Vegas experience. We cannot wait to return!
