Wonderful stay at the Bellagio! We enjoyed a three night stay in a beautiful suite and the accommodations were fantastic! I also want to thank Virgie (the hotel gift shop) - I was making a mad dash to catch a ride to the airport and had lost the lock for my suitcase. She helped me find exactly what I needed and had me checked out in plenty of time to catch my ride. Thank you for great service!

Our check-in experience was absolutely horrific our suite was not ready at 3 o’clock check-in time. Of course we were told check-in starts at three but that’s not when the room is going to be readybut we were told it would be expedited. We came back 2 1/2 hours later and the room still wasn’t ready at which point we werepromised $550 in food credits and a comp first night to make up for our troubles. A suite then became available. The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The toilets were amazing but when I come when it came to checkout time, they didn’t have any note of the comp or food credits that we were promised and I quote they said they were not inclined to honor that arrangement. I said I would dispute that I had a discussion with upper management.we spent hours negotiating with them at check-in and check out and at this point I would never go back to this hotel, regardless of how nice the room was the service is not customer focused, absolutely horrific. it added much unneeded stress to what was supposed to be a fun vacation avoid it all costs.

Our stay at the Bellagio was absolutely unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegance, sophistication, and world-class service that make this hotel one of the most iconic destinations in Las Vegas. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered breathtaking views of the famous Bellagio Fountains. Every detail was meticulously maintained, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The hotel’s amenities are outstanding, from the stunning pools and lush gardens to the exceptional restaurants and vibrant casino. The Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens was particularly impressive and is truly a must-see attraction. What stood out the most was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Every team member we encountered was attentive, welcoming, and dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The Bellagio is much more than a hotel—it is a destination in itself. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, elegance, and an unforgettable Las Vegas experience. We cannot wait to return!

Everything you need to know about a stay at the Bellagio in a two-minute read. Hopefully this review will help you prepare and set your expectations. First, I read several negative reviews on Trip Advisor that initially gave me some hesitation about booking the Bellagio. I quickly noticed that of the 5 negative reviews, those reviewers had a combined total of 7 contributions so don’t let a few rancorous riffraff types cloud the fact the Bellagio is a bonified lux property. That said, there are a few areas where guests should set realistic expectations. The Disney size crowds. We were there Memorial Day weekend and the “zoo factor” was huge. If you are planning your stay on a holiday weekend or during a major event, the hotel may struggle with service at particular touch points starting with the 32 minutes, yes timed, wait to drop off your car in valet parking upon arrival. I would recommend self-parking, saving you $15 per day plus tip and the wait. In room coffee: The hotel was very upfront, as documented in a welcome e-mail, that rooms do not have coffee machines. If you relish your morning coffee you need to buck up and order in room breakfast as while there is a Starbucks and two other places to grab coffee, both the Bellagio Patisserie and Café Gelato had wait times of 34 and 27 minutes respectively the two mornings I was a guest…..sorry are just unacceptable wait times. How about an express line for just coffee? If you are a Marriott Bonvoy member, you’ll appreciate the dedicated check in/check out line. While there is some type of loose affiliation between MGM and Marriott, the rewards program is slanted toward MGMs. Regardless of your Bonvoy status, don’t expect much in the upgrade department; the hotel is very upfront about these expectations as communicated in a pre-arrival email to Bonvoy members. Our room was spacious and clean and yes, the mini bar amenities are excruciatingly expensive as one should expect. We dined one evening at Prime. Get an outside table if you can - weather permitting; the view is incredible. Food was well prepared. Wine list is extensive and a tad spendee. Each interaction with staff was pleasant and professional. A fabulous hotel and a great stay!
