Amazing
Staff was friendly and very helpful. Our stay was fantastic. Very excited to go back. Highly recommend the Bellagio. Rooms were clean. Room service was fantastic. Rewards program is worth it. We love the Bellagio.

Unsatisfied check-in experience. Everything else as good as usual.
First, the penthouse suite check-in was no longer eligible for VIP lounge check-in, which was inconsistent with prior experiences and expectations for this room category. Second, the hotel system showed that housekeeping had been working on the room since 11:00 a.m.; however, the room was not ready until 4:00 p.m. During this time, I had to repeatedly contact the front desk and housekeeping for updates. Unfortunately, no one was able to provide a clear explanation for the delay or an accurate estimated time of readiness. For a penthouse suite and a premium-level stay, the lack of communication and prolonged wait fell well below expectations.

Excellent
The Bellagio has a great location on the strip. The entire hotel team was excellent from the front desk to housekeeping. The rooms were large, well maintained, and had light and bright decor. We had a great room overlooking the fountain and the strip.

Christmas is alive at the Bellagio.
Only in for one night but the Bellagio did not disappoint. From check in to check out everything was on point from the beautiful people to the rooms and the hotel itself. I was so happy when I returned that evening to see the space dedicated to Christmas. All the flowers and lights were magnificent and made me smile.

Bellagio Parking garage
Parking garage a nightmare. Ruined Christmas day for us. The bedding is exceptional and the property is very clean. Housekeeping was great.
