This is a review of the buffet only. After having the buffet at Ceasars, we thought this would be just as good, if not better. Best thing I could say was at least it was cheaper. The selection was smaller, but that wasn't the issue. The shrimp cocktail was watery and tasteless. The cocktail sauce was just as bad. The pasta was ok but the prime rib was tough. I got a beef rib which should be very tender, but between being tough and very salty, it was pretty much inedible. The turkey was a bit dry but the gravy helped. The stuffing was too wet, almost seemed undercooked, and ridiculously salty. Dessert was ok with a limited selection. I would recommend skipping this one unless they really step up their game.

This was my first time in Vegas, so I couldn’t compare it to other Strip hotels, but I wasn’t impressed. The lobby, conservatory, and fountain show were lovely, but the room fell short. We had to request basics like toilet paper, and housekeeping never came for 5 of our 6 days. The room wasn’t very clean—a pillow had a blood-like stain, and the bathroom wasn’t well cleaned. Two mini-fridge items were missing on arrival, though they were eventually replaced. Most of the fridge was filled with pricey sensor-items, leaving almost no space for our own. We also had issues with the garage and had to visit the desk twice. Paying $20 a day for parking on top of high rates and resort fees felt excessive. Walking through the smoke-filled casino to reach the guest elevators gave me headaches. The room and bathroom were spacious, but overall the experience was disappointing.

Everyone was very lovely. The VIP room had much better offerings than other reviews. Although, if you went after the opening times, the good food was gone. The staff there was kind and happy to help you. The rooms overlooking the fountain had a great view. Eating by the fountains was amazing. We had a really nice trip.
