Bellagio

we went to celebrate our friends 60 th Birthday and the price for the rooms were a good match for us, the restaurant Carbonne was great and after we went to Tinkering to Dance and had a great time, the next day we survived in a Cabana by the pool. Everything went as planned and was perfect, everyone even the casino croupiers were very patient! Some tables at the casino were reasonably fair.

While standing in line waiting to check in, I became emotional because my mother had recently passed away. By the time I got to the front, I was crying and Eloise cared enough to find out why and was so kind with her words-and took the time to talk to me. It made me feel better. I truly appreciate her kindness. she is what customer service is all about.!

The Bellagio is located in the center of the Las Vegas strip. It is easy to reach other casinos and has a beautiful fountain water show in front of the strip. The atmosphere inside thecasino is exciting and they have the best casino host ever. We were in the high limit slot machine area and our host was very accommodating. He was helpful in getting us beverages, helping us find the kind of machines we wanted and offering great conversation. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The value was comparable to other casinos on the strip, and the were affordable restaurants. We wish there more of variety with complimentary music entertainment, but we enjoyed the atmosphere immensely. We can't wait to make a visit in the future.

I was part of a large team hosting an event at the Bellagio Resort and cannot say enough good things about the level of care and attention provided to our attendees by the Bellagio team members. As a collective group they displayed great attention to detail and a willingness to pivot at a moment’s notice to accommodate multiple changes in every area of event execution leading to a very successful outcome for the attendees. I was not very happy with my staycation (birthday) at Bellagio. This hotel is listed under the bon Voy (Marriott) umbrella. However, I did not quite receive my perks as a platinum Bon voy member. They tell me that they are owned by MGM and if I was a member of MGM, I may be eligible for their perks. I will choose another bon voy hotel the next time
