Very rude service. For the amount of money spent there you would think the service would be a little friendlier. From the front desk to the pool staff. All was pretty rude.

I could not have stayed at a more staff friendly Vegas hotel on the strip in some time. It was a week long stay. During the entire time I was there the total ambiance and visual candy made the stay well worth the time and money well spent. There is a reason why this establishment is well regarded with a 5 star class distinction.

This is an absolutely amazing hotel! Also located in a great area on the strip. I highly recommend this place!

Visited Bellagio for a short trip and was very surprised about the lack of customer service from the Baggage/luggage handlers Bunch of middle aged dudes that are very nice and turn super grumpy if they don’t get a tip. They keep pushing and bagging for tips and shamelessly asking for money and larger tips. Not sure how management allows and tolerate this but the behavior is completely unacceptable. I’ve been to over 320 hotels in the last 18 years and I’ve never experience such abusive behavior. They are like some type of mafia begging for tips. “Reminding” everyone This service is Free but we work for tips. I personally dropped my bag to the dedicated door and guy was begging for tips. Then I go and pick it up and another person asking for a tips. They give you receipt saying something along the lines - complimentary service but tips highly recommended… what the heck The interactions with those individuals during checking and check out left me with very bitter feelings. Check in person try to upsell us $500 so we can get in our room 2 hrs earlier than 3pm. I had an option for early check in $50, so her upsell tactic was shady. Room was nice upgraded and clean however the shower door was not closing completely and was sagging around the hinges. I really hope management does some type Of training with those individuals to address this homeless like behavior

We had an amazing room overlooking the fountain. Great restaurant choices, and great pool area. The location on the strip is awesome. Loved everything about this hotel.
