Great time at Four Seasons, Especially Veranda
Everything has been excellent. Staff have been very helpful.. We had an amazing breakfast this morning at the Veranda. I had eggs with caviar. Our server was Lauren Myking, great energy and handled all our requests with patience and competence.

Best hotel
Best best best best four seasons in America! The Four Seasons in Vegas is simply exceptional, thanks largely to its incredible staff. During my visit, the team went above and beyond to make everything perfect—from booking the best experiences to getting me into the hottest spots in town. The theater show was a standout, truly the best show in the city. I'm already looking forward to my next trip! Special thanks also to the staff member who helped me find my wallet during a torrential downpour, and to the spa team who accommodated me even though they were fully booked.

Terrible Service when they are busy
terrible service when they are really busy for a conference. Get ready to wait and not get any responses ...I have stayed at so many Four Seasons all over the world. This is by far the worst one. Stay on the strip. This is very upsetting for the Four Seasons brand.

Oasis Of Tasteful Luxury Amid The Vegas Party!
The Four Seasons offers an oasis of tasteful luxury amid the 24/7 party that is Vegas! Occupying the top 5 floors of Mandalay Bay with a "secret" access door to the Mandalay casino floor and restaurants, the Four Season is a discreet retreat from the casino fun. You could stay here and if it wasn't for the stunning views, you would not know you were in Las Vegas. The hotel is typical of Four Seasons five-star standards with excellent staff and facilities. You have a choice of the private pool area, or you can also access the more elaborate pool complex at the Mandalay. If you want a high-quality restaurant without the casino noise and atmosphere, the Four Seasons delivers that with The Veranda. However, there are also excellent casino options next door, especially Michael Mina's Orla which is highly recommended. I heard that Mina may soon open a new restaurant at the Four Seasons, which I suspect will become a destination in itself.
