They were unable to find my reservation upon my arrival. Once they walked me into a room they told me it was an upgrade. Get into the room we find the comforter was stained up, the bathroom floors had hairs all over it. Dust all over the room. Shower was still dirty. 2nd or 3rd day we start to notice an odor and come to find out there was a previous guests left over food sitting in the fridge that was moldy and absolutely stunk. It wasn’t a very pleasant stay. When we talked with someone at the front desk he was rather rude and just said your room was cleaned before you came, I had to say clearly not very well or thoroughly. It was a disappointing stay to say the least.

It was a great experience. All staff except maybe one were all helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Overall Mandalay Bay is a good resort. Staff extremely friendly. Rooms felt overpriced for what we paid. Beverages extremely overpriced so buy them off site if you can.

The convention center was nice. The breakouts rooms were nice as well. The hotel is pretty clean. The staff was welcoming. I like how the taxis are very convenient. The beach looked like a lot of fun.

We love Mandalay Bay! It’s great that MGM hotels have dog friendly rooms so we’re able to bring our fur baby with us! The rooms are spacious and clean. The pools are really nice and our kids always enjoy it! Location is the beginning of the strip so it’s a little far from the rest of the happenings. It’s quite a long walk, but there’s a tram that takes you to the center of all the action so that’s convenient!
