My stay was amazing. Check in and Check out was a fast process. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The Casino, to the pools, to the dining was amazing.

We were checked into a room on the 60th floor and there was a loud whistling noise coming out of the vent in the bathroom and dried urine spots on the toilet seat. We called down to ask to have the room changed. We were told the hotel was full and that was not possible. Basically "too bad". We went down to the front desk and a young lady was very understanding and changed our room and gave us a $250 spa credit which on checkout was reduced to $150. Again, sorry we won't honor what the other Mandalay person promised. When we went back up to our original room, the head housekeeper and a room attendant came up and cleaned the bathroom and verified the condition we complained about. Our new assigned room had a significant amount of hair in the shower drain. How does that happen if your head housekeeper is checking rooms? That is one of the prime areas to check for room condition cleanlinest. Obviously, it was never checked. We stay over 100 nights year in hotels in the Marriott system and have the Ambassador status. We are very experienced in hotel processes. This was a failure in so many system aspects. We moved to the Vdara later and had a wonderful experience. You failed.

Terrible check in process. Room was nasty. Fitness center with broken equipment. Not enough food options.

so yeah - the old mandalay bay - its nice - lower key than the newer casino resorts - still operating on a very high level - sure its vegas and many underage wondering casino floors - disetteling - strip steak in hotel not quite decent anymore - i went off strip to partage french - during this trip - perhaps best French Fine Dining anywhere not just las vegas - ask for Virginie - yeah its amazing - moorea beach was nice - but its older - not for people under 38 - fun though - sports book in mandalay is tops - their people care - not sure why drinks in the sports book were $16- don't u want people to drink ? overall compared to other places - mandalay bay is just lower key - just great options and great experience - they super nice people who care

I was in Vegas for a convention, and I was delighted that the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino was chosen for lodging. The staff was amazing especially Tak at the Front Desk and the property was great.
