In Vegas for a conference that was taking place at this hotel. Guys at front door are good, told me about the free shuttle to places along the strip, and shuttle driver good, returned my phone which slipped out of my pocket during the ride. Gym is decent as are the lap pools. View was ok, not as good as Wynn Encore where I last stayed. I could see Park MGM, Aria and the canyons in the distance. But the low rise parking lot and another low rise container looking structure kind of ruined the canyon views just beyond. Elevators and corridors have a darkish theme, where you feel like someone should switch on more lights. Room was ok. Not as spacious as Encore but comfortable enough. Biggest drawback is that you can hear doors in the hallway opening and closing all the time. That’s annoying. They need to fix how the doors shut to dampen that noise. Housekeeping needs training. They clean ok. But they simply do not respect the do not disturb sign. On my first day, she knocks and then tries to open the door and was surprised when I opened it. She couldn’t explain why she tried to enter despite admitting she saw the impossible to miss red light is on. I wondered if she was up to no good so reported it to front desk. The manager texted me and said he will call me to speak but never followed up on that so we never spoke. On my last day, I got a late check out to noon from the standard 11am. A few minutes past 11, housekeeping again knocks and opens the door. Maybe this time she is wondering if I checked out already despite the do not disturb lit up. But if the red light is on, it’s common sense to call front desk and find out if guest is still there or not. For a tier 1 brand hotel, this is sloppy at best, suspicious at worst. And the manager not following up to speak with me shows amateur hour on full display. At the price point, I would go with Encore any day of the week unless you need to attend a function at the Waldorf itself.

I was due to stay at the Waldorf Astoria for a two night, three day stay. Something unexpected and horrible happened, so I reached out to customer service to resolve and salvage what I could of my reservation. For this to be rated a 4/5 star hotel, the customer service that I received from Crystal (guest services support to the front desk) and David W (assistant hotel manager) was not only condescending and unprofessional, but it was the worst hospitality experience I've ever had. They spoke to me like i was beneath them, uneducated, and could not understand simple policies (none of which I asked them to reiterate). They both cut me off mid-sentence and overpowered the conversation. I felt uneasy, uncomfortable, and unappreciagte as a customer. I asked to speak to David because of Crystal's lack of professionalism and honestly his was more worst. I very rarely do this, but please DO NOT book here based on the lack of customer service, alone. There are hotels, stays, and properties that actually value their patrons and Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, from my experience, is simply not one of them.

We had an amazing time at the Waldorf, Service was amazing, rooms are beautiful. Highly reccomended! When we had the do not disturb on, they texted us to make sur ewe did not use DND by accident, and to check if we wanted our room serviced! Tof shelf, 10 out of 10!

Very nice, calm hotel on the strip. We loved being in a non casino hotel but being able to walk 5 mins to multiple casino resorts. Rooms are beautiful and housekeeping was detailed. The concierge was able to make us a few hard to book dinner reservations. Highly recommend if you want a quiet luxury hotel in the middle of the strip!

Beautiful resort centered in the prime location of the Las Vegas Strip. The staff here are wonderful. We fully enjoyed our King Junior Suite and all of the amazing amenities it came with. Beautiful views of the Strip. Excellent service. Astounding F&B operation. The best Spa in Las Vegas. My Wife thoroughly enjoyed the pool's laid back atmosphere. If you are looking to party hard there are other resorts nearby that will facilitate. Hear at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas you can expect zen and with the most exquisitely luxurious comfort.
