The rooms were tired and the plumbing was very noisy. They were however clean. Annoying that there was no kettle in the room to make a hot drink. The very well stocked mini bar was on a sensor system so stock couldn’t be removed to put own personal items in and there was a charge if requested for it to be cleared. The casino was much like any other-the smokey environment was a bit of a problem for us. The couple of places where we ate were perfectly acceptable if a little pricey but then nothing comes cheap in this town! The Beatles show was phenomenal! An absolute must if visiting Vegas. There were issues within our party and we had to visit customer services many times during our visit but all were resolved by the team. With a refurb by Hard Rock imminent, let’s hope the overall experience improves for guests. The security guard at the pool caused conflict with her dictatorial attitude unfortunately. The pool hours were also inconvenient for us as we would have preferred earlier access to swim.

The hotel is good by Las Vegas standards. Check in was easy and fast. My room was good. Of course all the in-room food and beverages are crazy expensive, but that's Vegas. I was able to check in early, so thanks for that. All around a good experience. Nothing exceptional.

The staff at valet, bell service, front desk, room service, are all extremely pleasant and helpful. I have to say the rooms are quite beat up and dated. We have a king room on an upper floor. The furniture is dinged up, not newly renovated, bathroom is small and dated as well. Although it felt clean and the bedding decent. I don't think it's worth $225 a night. We did like the convenience of the location being close to other hotels to walk around. Bring your own water and snacks! Water bottles are $18 each in the room.

Had an amazing stay at the Mirage, the hotel and casino were fantastic. Plenty of bars and restaurant options. The resident Cirque du Soleil "Love" show was mind blowing and a definite must see. Central to all activities, we packed the week with loads of fun including a Raiders game at the Allegiant Stadium, the Titanic Museum, dining at Paris Paris (in the Eiffel Tower), and the obligatory roller coaster ride at New York New York. Absolutely no complaints about the Mirage or Vegas.

Hubby and I came to the outside location of the Mirage, to watch the fire show, that was still ongoing in Mar 2023. It was a great show, with many people stopping outside to enjoy it. After the show, we then went inside to tour around the lobby and casino area. Lovely plant area inside! This hotel will be changing soon.
