Palazzo is centrally located that’s why we like to stay there. It has a good variety of restaurants & they have a good size Starbucks by the casino. The room we had has the view of the Sphere and the golf course. My husband and I had enjoyed the whole 3 nights stay. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very clean.

A very nice hotel, perfectly located, the Sphere is a highlight in Vegas, right next to the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The athmosphere in the hotel was very good. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a very nice add on. I would book a room in this hotel again.

I always love staying here it's great, however the last 2 stays I've had issues with the rooms being cleaned, this last stay my bed was very sweaky where I didn't move not to wake my mother. A bit uncomfortable, other than that it was a nice stay.

The room is basically the same as The Venetian. Very nice. Of course no coffee pot, just like other hotels I have stayed at in Vegas. Checking in was a pleasure. I will say I prefer the rooms at the Aria. Still, overall the room is nice, and it was very clean.

Never again "The Palazzo"!!! We stayed there for 2 nights. On the day of departure we were woken up at 7am by security. They banged vigorously on our door at least 10 times and shouted "make open". We were celebrating our silver wedding anniversary (25 years) there and definitely wouldn't have gotten up so early because check-out isn't until 11am! Security claimed that we had called them because a couple of drunks in the corridor were being quite loud. That's not true at all, we were both still asleep when security banged on our door! At check-out at around 9:30 I said that I would like to speak to the manager. A very unfriendly and unprofessional lady arrived. I described the whole incident to her and asked her if she could offer me anything to make amends. She replied very unfriendly that she would not offer me anything and that I had to pay now. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional and we really do travel a lot. We were left totally annoyed. It would have been so easy to make us happy by perhaps offering us a free breakfast or something similar. So in this hotel only one thing counts and that is to cash in on the guest as much as possible, everything else doesn't matter! We travel so much, but we have never had such a bad experience as at the Palazzo!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. From the first encounter to the last they make you feel special, and like you are at a special hotel. The lobby is beautiful. The room was very spacious and well decorated. The casino is large and laid out in a fashion that allows you to move around easily. Overall we loved this hotel and look forward to returning!
