Never Again!

I won't be staying at Paris LV again. The carpets were filthy, water pressure in the shower was non-existent, windows were dirty. The wash cloths and towels were thin, rough and need replacing. The room was overall unsanitary and gross. The bathroom door would not stay open and their solution was to put a trash can in front of it. For $369 per night, this was not a luxury hotel experience. In the elevators, there were broken mirrors, the floors in the common areas were dirty, it smelled like sewage in the hallways and elevator. Inside the casino, a guy was begging for money. I looked around for security but could not find anyone. This happed two mornings in a row. This my 3rd stay at this property but also my last. I've had better stays at hotels charging half the price. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

So many issues, cannot recommend.

My Wife and I booked 4 nights here for our wedding for a total of just over $2600 CAD. We arrived 30 minutes early from check-in time and were told we had to pay $25 for "early check in". I asked if they could waive this fee since we're spending almost $2000 USD and were just told no, not at all possible. We figured fine, we're desperate to get into our room since we were tired from traveling all day, so opted to pay the fee. Unfortunatey, the room wasn't ready so we waited anyway. At 2:58 (2 minutes to check-in time) we were standing NEAR the check-in line when a woman behind the desk calls us over to check-in. As we walk towards the desk we see a heavy set worker stomping aggresively towards us and yells at us "DO YOU GUYS REALLY WANT TO PAY 25 DOLLARS FOR 2 MINUTES??". I said "whoah, relax, she called us over". He quickly calmed down but his way of handing that was completely uncalled for. I don't care to be yelled at after a long day of travel and frankly my Wife was quite scared of this thug. We booked the Versaille 1 King bedroom suit with a pool view and that's not what we got upon check-in. We got the "strip" view if you can even call it that. We were told what you book isn't necessarily what you get. Okay, haven't heard that before. The woman behind the desk was kind enough to get us into the pool view the next day, but with our wedding that day we were just too busy to bother to move rooms The room was located in the Horseshoe hotel which was honestly disappointing.I'd previously wanted to stay at Paris because of the ambience when you first walk in. The Horseshoe is just.. boring and lacks any character. I thought we were staying in Paris. The only time we got to see the actual Paris hotel is when we went out of our way to walk through the connecting corridor. I see they now specify on the Caesars website that if you're staying in the Versailles tower you'll be in the Horseshoe hotel. This wasn't the case when we booked. Perhaps our fault for not doing the homework. The room itself was gorgeous. Recently renovated and everything seemed new. The bathtub was so new that I don't thin the plumbing was even connected because it didn't work. Again, one of those things where we were just too busy to bother. Seriously though, other than a decoration only bathtub, the room was top notch. And housekeeping did an amazing job having it cleaned when we came back at the end of the day. Too many issues to recommend this place. Value not at all there.

Not Impressed

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

Pros: Great Front Desk team. Special shout out to Antonio, who waived my early check-in fee and hooked me up with a room with a spectacular view. Nice conference facility and catered food and beverage Nice dining outlets. I ate at Café Americano, Café, Belle, Alexxa’s, and Mon Ami Gabi. Cons: The room was dated and dirty. I found hair in the bed and the comforter was still wet from being in the wash. Horrible. Housekeeping did not do a thorough job. They’d come in, make the bed, fold the toilet paper, and leave dirty towels on the floor… Engineering could have been better. I had to call twice to have my TV fixed. Overall, I wasn’t impressed with Paris, but there are worse options in Vegas.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean and my interactions with staff were all positive. I'd like to thank one of the managers, Jeff, for going the extra mile and giving me assistance above and beyond. I strongly recommend this hotel. BTW the morning coffee in the lobby is worth every penny.
