Never stay here again

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 8 hours ago

Horrible customer service. Their promotion to diversity and inclusivity were not practiced. Two of our staff were treated with rude, dismissed and even when shown proof they still did not apologize or fix their mistake. Called for days after staff arrived and got the run around. Will never place staff here again. This is also our second time trying this hotel.

Good clean hotel in a good location

Decent views of tower, central location on the strip. Good east to finding parking and reasonably priced for vegas. Stayed for three nights, room was clean and spacious. Lifts can be bit of a nightmare around mid morning. Overall a good hotel for the money and the tower restaurant is well worth a visit!

Poor

Booked through Virgin, picked it because it was centre strip, can't fault the location. However, the rooms leave a lot to be desired! Threadbare carpets, paint chipped on doors, wonky handles on bathroom door and filthy windows. Very poor toiletries, no shower gel, only soap and 1 tube of shampoo and conditioner. Other people have complained about housekeeping, someone was available to 'clean' every day, but what they did beside emptying bins was unclear. Went away for my 60th birthday, 2 sisters and a friend contacted the hotel in advance asking what was available, they were willing to pay, they weren't asking for freebies. All got a generic email back listing what was available but no prices included. Several more emails were sent but no response from the hotel. Customer Service non existent.

Definitely needs more staff and a refurb

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

In common with others, check-in left a lot to be desired. Only two desks open, we had to wait for over an hour. The only offer to clean our room was on the sixth (and final) day. Window of room was absolutely filthy. None of the restaurants were appealing. However, the location is fantastic and all of the staff were extremely friendly.

Cool Time, Cold Water

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

Mostly good experience but shower hot water was rare and finicky. Not ideal considering price. I think I had one reasonably warm shower in five days, and only after letting it run for several minutes first. We’d heard other guests complain about the same thing as we were first heading to our room. Hot tea had to be cold steeped. Also, the UV film on the windows was bubbling and impeded the view we’d paid extra for.
