Only 2 EV chargers total for The Signature and MGM Grand. That's ridiculous nowadays. I was told my Valet that I should have brought my own charger. Then 2 of the 3 nights, I was told Valet was closed and I needed to park at the MGM self parking. I'm staying at the MGM Signature, not MGM Grand. It probably is a 2 mile journey after parking to your room.

No valet was disappointing , kids had to go through casino. Less towels, was not convenient . Water $9 was too expensive.

This is my first solo trip back at the Signature since last year. The service provides a welcoming and helpful experience. The hospitality is great, everyone knows how to smile. If you still like a quiet experience and still goto a casino, The Signature is good choice.

Sharing my experience here as I think it’s important for families. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and they weren’t adjoining.

Very poor customer experience. Valet parking at The Signature was full, so I was told to park at the MGM Grand self-parking garage and that the front desk would reimburse the fee. After walking back late at night (11:30 PM), the manager refused reimbursement because I didn’t have the entry ticket—I had left it in my car. No flexibility, no solution, just “company policy.” The garage is far, it was late, and this inconvenience was caused by the hotel, not me. Extremely customer-unfriendly and disappointing for an MGM property.

We just had the pleasure of staying in a lovely suite at the MGM Grand. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the action on the strip and come back to the hotel for peace and comfort - we loved the jacuzzi tub and plush bed. I will most likely only stay here when I return to Vegas!
