So the rooms are nice, the place is very clean and modern. The beds are very nice. The private pool area is wonderful so you don't have to deal with noise in the regular pool. I would love to give this place a 5 star and would except the girl at the front desk who would not add another night to my booking unless I paid 625.00. This is after I explained to her that I am seeing it online at 399.00 plus tax. She didn't care and hung up on me. So I book 2 nights on 2 different bookings and saved myself 125.00 , But what a hassle she made for me.

Great facilities, a large suite with a balcony and a pool area which is so relaxing in the heart of vegas. Only a short walk to the Strip or the MGM. The staff were so nice and helpful. This was my second day stay here and it was just as good as the first time.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and loved, loved the super comfortable bed, kitchenette, jetted tub, large walk-in shower and access to the lazy river and surrounding MGM pools. The lazy river is by far our favorite, and we have stayed in a number of hotels on the strip in our previous Vegas stays. Our room's kitchenette included a toaster, microwave, coffee pot, blender, stove, and a fridge to store our yummy dinner leftovers in! Our room also had a safe, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, television and DVD player. The living area was nicely divided by a little glass partition from the bedroom and included a couch, chair, and a writing desk with 2 chairs. Our only complaint is that during the day we could clearly hear the noise from the Wet Republic swimming pool. Next time, we will possibly consider staying on a higher floor.

Husband booked this with the impression that it was a hotel within a hotel, like the Delano at Mandalay Bay. Boy, were we in for a surprise. To be fair, I think he missed the details when booking. Under our misinterpretation, we tried to check in at MGM. Oops. So we got redirected (thank goodness we were in the gold line because the normal line was crazy long). So we walked back to the Signature and weren't sure where to go. Popped into Tower 1 lobby and that seemed to be the right place. We had three days booked via but had come a day early, booking another night through MLife. Now, still under the impression that this was a hotel, we asked at check in if the reservations could be combined. That's kind of when things went South because the agent kept telling us that our reservation was with "AirPad", which we'd never heard of. So no keeping one room for the entire stay. We were confused, but the agent never really explained things to our understanding and we surrendered. After a long travel day I just wanted to start my vacation. The agent also said something about housekeeping that we didn't understand until later. Night one was in a large suite that we upgraded to a strip view. The next day we packed up, checked bags. Explored the strip and came back in the afternoon to check in again. The second unit was smaller, which was fine, but it was in much rougher shape. Broken bathroom TV, burned out lights, barely connected toilet seat. Same strip view. It wasn't until the next day that we learned that housekeeping wasn't included. That's what the agent tried, but failed to explain fully. Fine, so uneventful after that. But check out on the final day was at 11 and "housekeeping arrived at 9:30am. Woke me up before my 10am alarm. Then she came back at 10:30am. Super annoying. I could see where this condo rental option might be for families who want a beach-type vacation. The kind of vacation where you load up a cooler with beer from CVS and BBQ in the shared fire pits. We're not those people. Although we were in Tower One, it's a huge walk before you reach the strip. The only plus is if you use the monorail to escape the resort. It's still a very long walk to get to the monorail, but there are several moving sidewalks. Another plus is that you get access to the MGM pool area. For my money, I'd prefer to stay at the MGM Grand, though I think in the next visit we'll return to our regular hotel, Vdara.

This was our second visit to the Signature - first time 6 years ago was just perfect. Don't get me wrong, this is a beautiful and quiet hotel, little chance of getting disturbed at night which is very valuable. Also the rooms, whilst they haven't changed in the last 6 years, are still beautifully appointed. We were on the 30th floor in Tower 1, had a lovely balcony and view. Facilities are great, link with the MGM provides so many eating and entertainment options, albeit these are not cheap (and I appreciate this is also to do with the deteriorating exchange rate). So what's my problem you might ask? Here they are. We arrived late in the evening and our car was taken to be parked by the valet, but there was no attempt to help us with our baggage either out of the car or upstairs to our room. Perhaps we didn't look like we were going to leave a tip, but we were given or offered help everywhere else. Although we had clearly indicated 3 visitors when booking, the sofa bed wasn't made up, and we did this ourselves. Having been to the pool we discovered our door card wasn't working, so went to reception to get this sorted. The receptionist actually asked us for ID which, of course, we always carry around with us, even to the pool (not)! I retorted where do you think it is? Stupid question! Really aggravated me particularly as I had the strong impression she thought we'd done something to demagnetise the key. As it happened, the key is used to get into the pool, and many people had problems with this, and I suspect that mechanism had done the damage. What really upset me, though was what happened at the checkout process. The lady on reception told us that we had been entitled to 25$ per day towards food, a total of 75$ for 3 nights (approximately Ā£58), but as we were checking out we could only grab some food for the journey from the cafe, but we had already bought that! We could not use the discount against the resort fee either. For information we booked through (this is where the entitlement to discount arises) and their paperwork also didn't inform us of this, so I am upset with them as well. But why weren't we told when we checked in? It ruined an otherwise pleasant, if expensive, stay in Las Vegas and I hate wasting money! And the moral of that story? Check what discounts or freebies you are entitled to at the start of your stay. All the other hotels we stayed at were very good at doing this (without prompting), unfortunately not so this one, so I feel cheated. I'll have to think about staying here again if we return to Vegas. Such a shame!
