We loved this place. We booked a one bedroom apartment. It excelled on every level. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable - both the king bed and the sofabed. We loved the second bathroom off the lounge which was unexpected as the main bathroom was enormous! There was instant hot water from every tap, every shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Valet parking for us was free which was a pleasant change. Check in was very fast and after seeing the long lines at casino hotel check ins, we were very grateful. We were in Tower 1 and we loved the view back to the MGM and of the airport which was close, providing great plane views without being noisy. A warning - the MGM Beach Club is literally downstairs and on the weekends has a huge party throughout the day. Wow, is it loud!! But all goes quiet by 7pm. There is an uncover walkway to the MGM Grand which is very convenient. It is roughly 5 mins walk. Whilst there is a Starbucks in the lobby which is super convenient, it is extremely expensive. We’re talking $28 for 2 grande coffees! But if you are willing to pay the price, the staff are quick and friendly. We would absolutely stay at the Signature again.

We experienced an issue at check in where the front desk agent wrote the wrong room number on our key card. After traveling with two tired and hungry kids, we went up to the room and repeatedly tried to open the door, only for someone inside to answer angrily and tell us it was not our room. We then had to go back downstairs with all of our luggage and wait in a long line to speak with the front desk again, which was very stressful given that we were all hungry and ready for dinner. When we explained what happened, the agent simply said “Sorry” in a nonchalant manner and confirmed the room number had been written incorrectly. No additional resolution or accommodation was offered.

My wife and I went to Vegas for her birthday and liked the accommodations at this hotel so we booked. We had a voucher for 2 nights and purchased a room for a third night. I explained when I checked in about the 2 bookings and I was reassured that everything would be taken care of and both reservations would be combined for our stay. Well, on the third evening we came back from my wife’s birthday dinner and we were locked out of our room. It’s hard to be romantic without a room! I ended up having to check in again. It will be difficult to spend my money with MGM in the future

Really nice hotel with nice staff. Rooms are large and clean. Lots of elevators. Workout rooms are great. The location to the MGM and the strip and the covered walkways to get there are very nice. The access to the MGM pool is a nice touch. The pools at the property are awesome (when they are actually opened). One of the days they could only open the 1 small pool because " Too many people didn't show up for work". The $50 resort fee would be worth it if the pools were open and there was actually SHADE by the pools that you didn't have to buy an overpriced cabana or chairs to get an umbrella. The WiFi is terrible. Room was centrally located and couldn't get a decent signal the whole week we were there. All in all, I wouldn't stay there again with that resort fee for what you get. But it is clean, nice, friendly, and has a good location.

My stay at The Signature at MGM Grand was absolutely outstanding! Everything was great - location on the Strip, proximity to shopping/restaurants, view of the Strip, and spacious suite layout.

We just had the pleasure of staying in a lovely suite at the MGM Grand. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the action on the strip and come back to the hotel for peace and comfort - we loved the jacuzzi tub and plush bed. I will most likely only stay here when I return to Vegas!
