Hotel has become dated and in needs of upkeep. Definitely didn’t feel like it was worth the price. Limited amenities that all closed early.

Didn't like how impersonal the hotel was

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Didn't like the Tower 2 experience, very impersonal hotel, kiosk driven everywhere. Checkin issues and no human help for 15 minutes No real food, just a kiosk driven 'diner', no casino, no open lounge(one in Tower 3 seemed always closed)....expected to go 10-15 minutes to MGM Grand. Might as well stay there. Trivial maybe but, NO drink glasses in room, per policy to save water we were told, even though there is a gigantic jacuzzi tub in room 🤣 Very nice room upper floor with balcony $9 for liter water, nice pool but charges.

Like staying at The Signature

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

We enjoy staying at The Signature. The rooms are large and comfortable. the price to value is good. Although its a 5-10 minute walk to get to the main casino and strip depending on which way you walk, we actual like being able to get away from the constant chaos. Be aware you will be nickel and dimed for any service you use or anything you purchase on the property, but that's all of vegas! The only downside is they ONLY have king suites. It would be nice if they added a couple 2 queen rooms.

MGM Signature - a great home just off the Strip

The Signature is a great option for people who don't want to be in a "casino" hotel but want to be close to the Strip. Great location, great staff, great rooms.

Centrally located hotel, 10 minutes walk to the strip.

The staff member at reception was very welcoming and polite. The room was in tower 3. It was very big and comfortable. We had a balcony with the view of part of the strip. The night view from the balcony was amazing! The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. Negative points: there was a kitchenette, but there were no plates, cutlery, pots, pans… there was nothing inside the cabinets in order to use the kitchenette. We had no water one night and no one informed us that they shut the water for some hours during the evening, so we couldn’t shower. On the second night we had no cold water in the shower. Manager was very nice and helpful when we brought these issues to their attention. But it would have been better not to have the above issues, especially as we were there only for 3 nights!

We just had the pleasure of staying in a lovely suite at the MGM Grand. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the action on the strip and come back to the hotel for peace and comfort - we loved the jacuzzi tub and plush bed. I will most likely only stay here when I return to Vegas!
