Although I had a slight meltdown at check-in (our room wasn't available at 11:45pm!), once they mysteriously found our room, our long stay was great. Everyone was helpful. The hotel was clean. Pool was fun! It was easy to get to the MGM. Valet parking was fast and easy. I don't know what the person was talking about re: not being able to get into Tower 1 after hours, we had no problems doing so.

We stayed at the Signature MGM over the weekend and I was impressed! When we arrived, there was no line for check in and the person behind the desk was very helpful. As I had booked with a 3rd party (Luxury Suites International), I did not need to leave a $300 deposit nor did I have to pay resort fees as I paid for those during my booking. I had the option to leave my card on file so that any rooms service could be charged to it, or I could just pay for room service as I went with cash. I had a Junior Vista Balcony suite on the 37th floor of Tower 1 with a view of the balcony. I had requested Tower 1 with Luxury Suites International before I had arrived and they were very helpful to accommodate this. The room was lovely! The kitchen was stocked with cutlery and utensils, the room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was huge! Large bath, separate shower (which had excellent pressure) and a toilet had its own door off the bathroom. One of the sinks was covered in black stuff, but I wasnt fussed as I wasnt planning on licking the sink, plus after the rooms had been cleaned the next day, the black stuff was gone. My only slight issue was that we were provided with no bottle water (I am pretty sure that bottled water comes as part of the resort fee package!) and there was no room service menu in the room. We went down to reception to get a new door key (one didnt work) as well as get a menu. The lady was a little short with me at one point and told me to speak up then explained that I was too softly spoken. I couldn't figure out the TV very well, but I didn't come to Vegas to watch tv! We had the rooms cleaned, beds made and fresh towels each day. Room service was very quick and the food was delicious! We took the dining room chairs outside onto the balcony, so we could enjoy the food out there. There were some noisy guests on the first night which we could hear as they went back to their room, but I didn't hear anything the other 2 nights. I couldnt hear anything through the walls either of the adjacent rooms...I know that's an issue in a lot of hotels, but luckily not this one! There were an awful lot of light switches in the room. With it being a studio, there was one when you walked in, one in the bathroom, one over the ice bucket, one in by the bed, one in the kitchen, one in the living area and there were 2 lamps next to the bed. Bit annoying that when you finally climb into bed and turn the lamps off, you then realise that you forgot to turn one of the many lights off...but that was my forgetfulness! There were 5 lifts in total and I was never waiting long for one. There's a little gift shop in tower 1, where you can by snacks and water. The walk to MGM hardly took any time at all! The moving walkways helped a lot and youre really close to the MGM pool! The walk through to Tower 3 is also not that far, but I didnt feel the walk to the strip was quite long. We went through the Tower 3 direction to head towards Planet Hollywood way. If the tempurature was cooler then I dont feel the walk would be an issue, but in the 114F heat it was hard work...the concrete and the cars, make it feel a lot hotter! We never walked the MGM direction though, so I cant comment on that. I also never used the pools at the Towers, so I cant comment on those either. Ubers/taxis are able to get through security easily. I called down the morning we were checking out to ask how our friend who was picking us up, could get through security and the front desk told me that I would need to come down in person to add the friend to my reservation. Before I got the chance to do that though, the friend messaged to say he was outside of the hotel. So a little bit of miss communication there. This would be an excellent hotel for those not wanting to be around the hustle of casinos and smoke. I would have liked to have been nearer the strip, but Ubers arent that expensive and youre near the monorail too!

Stayed at the this property from Friday - Tuesday of Memorial Day weekend. We had the one bedroom suite and it was fantastic. The property is very well maintained and the guest experience is really good. The property isn't located on the Vegas strip, but is a quick 10 minute walk to MGM Grand. This property is excellent for both families and couples wanting to enjoy Las Vegas. I really enjoyed that the property was smoke-free as well.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the balcony suite for my birthday and the staff were extremely nice! Loved how private the hotel is from the entrance gate and when they park your car under and it's shade so perfect ! Our view was the top golf which was pretty nice to see ! we came with other 4 family's and we were all in different towers and they were nice enough to put us in the same tower (3)and same floor !so thank you so much!housekeeping were so nice and deserve more for how much pride they put into it! Will be staying here again next visit !

Stopped in tower 3 for 4 days in a one bedroom suite. Very nice room. Plenty of space with a separate bedroom. Excellent facilities, clean and fresh rooms. Each tower had it own pool, with access to them all as well as MGM main pool. Tower 3 pool didn't get the sun till later on in the day so had to use another tower pool in the morning. Could not fault the hotel in anyway, would stop here again. Watch out for the happy hour round the pool, half price drinks was nice considering the price of them.
