Reviews for The Signature at MGM Grand
This was our first time staying at Signature MGM hotel, and our experience was great. When we arrived, we were greeted by Mario in valet who took care of us! He graciously helped us navigate the parking situation and was very patient. His customer service was excellent-- when our Uber driver was completely lost, he called us a taxi. Mario is the greatest, keep up the great work! -The annoying girls from San Diego
After a disastrous start, where our booking entered into the MGM System, the staff at MGM (especially Caeser) made up for the error. It appeared a 3rd party booking agent were responsibility for the issue so be careful who you book through. MGM may be able to rate match if you book directly so something worth checking Once checked in, the rooms & all services were great & really happy with our stay here. Last June me and 2 friends stayed at the signature for a week. The hotel itself is lovely. Our room was immaculate and spacious with a lovely balcony (which is rare in Vegas). The staff are very helpful and accommodating and the pool area is quite small but very relaxing and well looked after. Staying in this hotel meant we were allowed access to the MGM's pool too if we wanted a bit more lively of a pool. We done this one day and it was amazing so you really can get the best of both worlds. There is no selection of restaurants in this hotel (at least that I could find) but there is a snack bar at the pool and a Starbucks. My only issue with this hotel (and it is very specific to me and might not bother others) was that this hotel is not a casino. Signature is connected to the MGM through a walkway which takes you into the shopping centre of the MGM (about a 5 minute walk). Once you get through the shopping centre you are in the casino. Having been to Vegas before and stayed at Caesars I compared the two and I like the feel of popping downstairs and being on a casino floor, it's a time filler and just gives it a bit more of Vegas feel. But as I said that is very personal to me. Overall it is a lovely hotel and ideal if you want to stay close to it all but not pay as high of a price.

The Signature is relaxing place to stay in Vegas without all the casino crowds and smoke. This is a gated resort with guards 24/7. We stayed on the 31st floor in suite 821. The view was amazing and the suite was fantastic. We watched the High Roller light up every night along with many other buildings. We could also see a mountain range with snow caps. The suite is fully equipped with a kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and a huge bedroom. The living room has a dining table and a fold out bed in the couch with plenty of storage place for clothes and luggage if someone was to sleep in that room like our children did. The master bath has a glassed in shower so you may watch tv while you take a shower or bath in the huge jacuzzi tub. The bathroom also has his and her vanities with a separate room with toilet and a phone so you do not miss any calls. There is a long connecting air conditioned well lit hallway that connects all three signature buildings to the MGM Grand. We purchased tickets to see David Copperfield at 9pm which was easy to get to at the MGM Grand through the connecting halls. We also had tickets to see KA by Cirque du Soleil at 8pm which is also at the MGM Grand and could be accessed through the connecting hallways. We always felt safe in the well lit hallways. The hallways also have moving sidewalks. We ordered groceries through VONs and they were delivered to our suite. If you plan to stay at the Signature be sure to sign up for their frequent stay program, it's free of charge and it comes with perks. We received discounts on the shows and our suite for the week. Plus we were given water bottles daily which were nice to have while walking around the strip in the day time. The cafe downstairs was pricey but good. Taxi rides are cheap due to the Signature being close to the airport. We rode a taxi when we arrived for $14.00 (included tip) and the Signature took us back to the airport via private car for $20 which was well worth it. I would return to this resort with my family. The pools have poolside service and provide towels, pool toys and floats life jackets and cold water. Because the Signature is a sister resort of the MGM Grand you are allowed access to the lazy river at MGM grand. There is also an Adult only pool. If you or your kids would like souvenirs the Walgreens on the strip next to the MGM Grand has the best prices and you won't have to carry them very far back to the resort. Also the monorail has a ticket station and boarding area in the MGM Grand. The double decker Duece bus stops at the MGM grand also. We had a very relaxing week at the Signature. Enjoy your stay!
