This was our first stay at The Signature. There are three towers, and you should know that Tower #1 is closest to MGM, Tower #3 is farthest. The walking time between Tower #1 to MGM entrance is about 5 minutes, from tower #3 it is 15 minutes. They really should book each tower separately, as there is obviously much higher value in Tower #1, and I would have been willing to pay for that extra value if it was presented as an option or upgrade. Otherwise, the rooms are fantastic with with one minor exception / pet peeve. The bathrooms have the toilet in a separate closest (good!), but there is no fan (BAD!!!!!). Why in Gods name hotels don't install fans in toilet rooms is beyond me. Install fans in your toilet rooms for the love of all that is holy!

We had a recent 3 night stay at the Signature and have no complaints. We have previously stayed at the MGM Grand and really liked the pool complex. That is why we decided to try the Signature as it allowed access to the pools at MGM. Our suite in Tower 1 overlooked the pool complex at MGM. We liked that the complex was non-smoking and given the quick access to the MGM there was no issue with it being a non-gaming facility. The suite was large and very clean. The bathroom with large shower and Jacuzzi bath were a highlight. The tower 1 pool was also lovely and was adults only. Tower 1 has a Starbucks and lounge bar but we did not use either. Tower 1 is a short internal walk to MGM or if you go out the main door it brings you onto East Harman Ave pretty much at the entrance to the miracle mile shops at Planet Hollywood. We had no issues with the location. We did not use the kitchenette but you could call and ask for utensils if required. There is water provided in the fridge every day. Would definitely return. We booked direct with MGM.

We stayed at this hotel twice. Both times the check-in took us over an hour. We had to wait for some time because there wasn't much staff around and both times they couldn't immediately find our reservation. They had to check with the supervisor first which took some time. Especially the second time they even had to phone the agency although we had a confirmation with us. This took a really long time. In the end it worked out but at check-put they told us to pay the tax although we had a confirmation that it had already been paid. So front-desk wasn't great. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. It took us a long time to walk to the Strip. We tried both ways: inside the building, through MGM Grand and outside. It took some time but we didn't mind. Improve check-in and front desk and we may even go back.

Stayed here for a week from 4th April , Good hotel the deluxe suite was very comfortable, great bathroom with spa bath , only negative was the shower water wasn't very warm so used bath as much as possible , we had a large balcony in tower 3 on 16th floor great views, very comfortable large bed .The kitchen area was very useful we requested the kitchenware and it was brought up very quickly , we brought food items from Walgreens which isn't far from the mgm grand near m&m world so had breakfast and one other meal in the suite each day and ate out once a day which saved us a lot of money . Used the gym a number of times which has a good selection of equipment and water and fruit on offer . Also used tower 1 pool area twice during stay , the pool at tower 3 was closed . This was very relaxing , plenty of beds , hot tub and nice pool and good service from staff , we had lunch on both days , sandwiches/ wraps with fries and chicken and fries and fish tacos with fries all very nice . There is fruit water available which is very refreshing . Hotel is very clean and tidy only issue we had during our stay was our key card stopped working a number of times but security staff attended and fix it when we requested. The hotel is a fare distance from the mgm grand but the moving walkways help . We enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the quietest of the hotel compared to the other hotels with casinos .

We booked our room directly through the hotel's site. Entering through the gated entrance, we were assisted by a gentleman who was very kind and welcomed us with a huge smile. Check in took less than three minutes. We had a balcony room on the 23rd floor with a view of the strip. The oversized room was quiet and comfortable. We never heard a sound on our floor when we were in our room. We walked to/from the MGM and also out the gated entrance and down a few blocks to the strip (although at the end of the day the walk seemed a lot longer!) Each member of the staff was kind, helpful and patient. We will be back!
