I was a bit disappointed by the quality of guest rooms of The Signature at MGM Grand. The bath tub was too dirty to use. They didn't provide as many amenities as other hotels on the strip provide. We borrowed the wine opener from the front but it was broken. The next door guest was listening rap music till midnight so hard to sleep (I assume the wall is not thick enough) Since The Signature is more expensive than MGM Grand, I had some expectation but I must say I was disappointed. I will stay at another newer hotels on the strip next time if I pay that much.

We took a family trip celebrating mom’s cancer in remission. She’s your stereotypical little old lady gambler and she’s never been to Vegas. So three generations took off the week of Thanksgiving to make her dreams come true. We chose the Signature because Vegas hotel rooms are extremely small. Our room was a one bedroom suite with fold out couch bed. There is a small kitchenette with dishwasher, stove top, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The kitchen is not stocked with pots or pans. Maybe on request?? With all the great dining options we weren’t going to be cooking anyway. The television had a weird intermittent problem where the sound didn’t work. Luckily sporting events can be enjoyed without sound. The balcony was a nice view of the strip. Also found a prior occupants half smoked joint. The bedroom was a nice space. Had a large desk and a second television housed in it. Push the on button and it rises up out of the desk. The master bath was huge. Could have made a second bedroom. The jacuzzi jets were nice and strong. The shower had good pressure. The bed itself had an average mattress. Found myself rolling towards the middle at night. Despite the nice room layout, the consumables were on the cheap side. Toilet paper was thin rough one ply. Towels were thin and scratchy. At the end of the day you’re paying for location. Since I got the room at 109, I think I got what I paid for. There’s a Starbucks in tower 3. Small cafe in tower 2 where we stayed. The wall to MGM is enclosed. There are moving sidewalks to help with the distance but they are not always on. The walk was taxing on mom and next stay we may need to opt for something closer to the casino.

I've been here for work in November 2017 and all I can say is that I wish I had more time to spend in my room. I got a room with balcony and a great view on the 33th floor of tower 2. The place was really clean and comfy, with all the amenities you would expect by an hotel of this level. Check-in was super fast and the lady at the counter was super nice and kind and allowed me to check-in really early and gave me one of the best rooms. The bed was one of the bests I've encountered around the world and I had two awesome nights recovering from 5 days of flights around California for work. It was a shame I didn't have time to enjoy more the Jacuzzi in my room, the gym or a dinner in my room (I've been told that the restaurant in tower 2 is really good). I will come back here for sure if I will ever have the chance again, thank you!

Check in is slow, at least in Tower 2 (there are 3). Only 1 person handling everything in prime time, long lines, not overly interested. The hotel was full for an event, which may have influenced things, but there are always events in Vegas. Room spacious, bathroom as well, but average (and no replacement shampoo after day 1 is kind of cheapy). Good size TV. Comfortable bed. Hallways need a coat of paint. Wifi and elevators fast. Breakfast not much more than Starbucks level. (and actual Starbucks in Tower 1). Prepare for long walks to go to MGM and long waits for transportation from the Signature.

So this was my 1st stay at the Signiture, stayed at the MGM Resort, let me say when I made my reservation I actually wasn't aware it was at the Signiture, at check in at the MGM they had no record of my reservation, the staff at the desk pointed out I was in another part of the hotel but that was on my copy of the reservation and it seems the two hotels do not talk to one another, oh well fine so off I went, keep in mind this has it's own entrance and is it's own hotel, so away I went and it was easy to find going thru the casino following the signs above and here you have everything you need which was pretty cool seeing this part of the hotel, checkin was simple, the room and view was amazing, huge bathroom, stove, microwave & the room spacious, i'll be back
