My friend and I had the worst and most horrifying stay at The Signature at MGM. We planned to stay for three nights, and on our final night, we returned to our room and discovered a used needle head on the bathroom counter. A used needle head was lying among our personal items. I cannot describe the shock and horror we felt, this item clearly did not belong to us. Neither of us uses anything like that, and it appeared during our stay. But the worst part was yet to come. We brought the needle head to the front desk to find out what it was and why it was in our room. The front desk staff acted as if it were nothing and offered only to waive the $50 resort fee for the last night. The staff member showed zero sympathy and made no effort to understand how disturbing this was for us, even though he sanitized his own hands in front of us, clearly unwilling to touch the item himself. He even implied that we brought the needle in ourselves just to avoid paying the resort fee. All we were asking for was a reasonable explanation. Eventually, we had to escalate the issue to the manager and hotel security, and we even called the police to ensure there was an official record of the incident. Due to the dismissive attitude from the front desk, we are extremely concerned that if any health issues arise later, the hotel may deny the incident ever occurred. The manager told us that "risk management" would look into the matter and get back to us within 24–48 hours, but that time has passed, and we still have not heard anything from MGM. We are now looking to escalate this issue further. This is not something minor like a broken air conditioner or dirty sheets—this is a health hazard, and The Signature at MGM has shown nothing but indifference and unwillingness to help. Please think carefully before booking a stay here. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.

Pros: Internal covered walkway to MGM grand pool and monorail. Complimentary valet parking. Easy self checkin. Although no mention of this in the confirmation emails that there is no checkin desk at tower 3 . We had to figure it out. No need to walk through a Casino to get to your room. Central location with quick access to Sphere , monorail, strip and other attractions. Cons: Could not book online on mgm resorts site. It kept failing and saying call support and kept putting a charge on my card for each attempt. When I called the support staff were very helpful and able to book the hotel and shows quickly. No indication on which tower the room is at on the confirmation email. Google maps directions took us o employee parking. Bathroom door didn't lock only toilet door locks Not enough room for luggage to be stored away The bell desk guy wouldn't leave the cart for us to load ourselves. We had to pack up quickly while he waited. We can do this ourselves in 3 star hotels like Holiday Inn. Balcony door didn't open. Defeats the purpose of "Strip View" $9 for each bottle of water.

We just had the pleasure of staying in a lovely suite at the MGM Grand. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the action on the strip and come back to the hotel for peace and comfort - we loved the jacuzzi tub and plush bed. I will most likely only stay here when I return to Vegas!
