Bad experience
The rooms are not cleaned every day, and when they are cleaned, they only make the bed, although I left a tip, hot water in the shower is not every day, there was also a cold shower. Water in the room is charged $9. The room is noisy from the elevator all night, even though the room is quite far away. I would not recommend it to others

Great location and accomodations
This accommodation was very well located for easy access to the strip and some of the biggest hotels. There is an inside tunnel to the MGM Grand Casino. It is close to the F1 pits and has places nearby to eat. For the money it was descent value. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely loud construction noise
Extremely loud construction noises (100 decibels) - jack hammer and loud thumping. The staff weren’t helpful and said that we just have to deal with the noise. They said that they can trasfer to another room but can’t guarantee that that room won’t have similar loud construction noises. DON’T stay there ever or be prepared to deal with unbearablly loud noise.

Conference Great Experience
Was there for a Microsoft Conference. Excellent experience at the Signature. Close to the Convention Center and TopGolf event.

Great quiet hotel
Very nice hotel. Quiet even if it's close to the Strip. Nice pool and the beds are super comfortable. Would go back there anyday.

We just had the pleasure of staying in a lovely suite at the MGM Grand. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the action on the strip and come back to the hotel for peace and comfort - we loved the jacuzzi tub and plush bed. I will most likely only stay here when I return to Vegas!
