Reviews for The Signature at MGM Grand
Staying at the MGM Signature with my husband and two boys in the one bedroom balcony with "full" kitchen. Advised staff when I booked that we were using the pull out couch and that I would need the kitchen to be stocked with dishes etc as I need to cook for my family (food allergies making eating out difficult). We arrived late. The hotel is lovely, the room is spacious. The master bathroom is HUGE! The problem was that I specified that there would be four in the room and there weren't nearly enough towels, no bedding for the pull-out couch, nothing in the kitchen - not even utensils or plates. I asked for them to stock it today with plates, etc but There were still no dishtowels, no dishwashing soap, no oven mitts, no drying rack for dishes. I understand they supply all this (except oven mitts - safety issue when you are providing an oven - and a drying rack - odd when you have only one sink. The kitchen is lovely with Sub-zero fridge and lovely stove/oven and microwave but I feel they've missed the mark here and am disappointed that I've had to ask them to provide everything (including towels) when it should have been properly set up as I had requested before we arrived. On another note - the free water provided by the front desk is great. The valet parking is convenient but expect to wait awhile. The staff we've dealt with have been helpful and polite. My biggest issue was that the kitchen was not set up as I had requested, no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch and not nearly enough towels for four people. May update as still here for a few more days.

Stayed at this hotel Xmas 2016 , it was excellent . We stayed in Tower one so it was closer to MGM , the tower lobby had a shop , a Starbucks a restaurant & a bar , & you were only a few minutes from all the attractions of the MGM & the strip . The suite was very high end , the bathroom was huge , bedroom area , kitchen area , lounge with sofa , chair , coffe table & dining table / desk & bacony with view of the strip . This hotel is at the bottom off the strip but transport ( taxi’s & buses ) right outside the entrance to MGM . I would not recommend this hotel if you want to be in the thick of the strip , but it’s a great place to unwind , relax & chillout after all the noise & glitz of the Las Vegas strip .

The hotel was brilliant, we were upgraded to a luxury apartment, we had great views, the staff were brilliant, there was an adults only swimming pool which was always quiet even at 4th of July weekend so you could relax. The breakfast we had delivered to our room was brilliant and we though the hotel as a whole was outstanding.

Did a one night here en route from SF to FLL and what a blast! I have read the mixed reviews seemingly as a result of different owners which I think is a bad strategy by the hotel because that means there is no set standard. I was fortunate to get an awesome room. My check-in process was very warm and welcoming as the clerk was very friendly. sometimes you get a "side on" approach on short visits but this clerk wanted to make sure I had a great one night..Can't believe I didn't get her name. walk to MGM and Wet Republic is a bit of a "trek" but not in the sun as it is a fully enclosed walkway. MGM is their resident casino and has a host of restaurants but that lends to the rooms and the environment at the signature being quiet and a bit secluded. I had no issues with my stay and I would surely return. I guess I have to remember my room number though!

This was a really nice room in a very well managed and well kept hotel. I had a one BR suite with balcony view of the strip, and two baths. For the price these rooms cant be beat. Two warnings though. The casinos are a long walk and there is only valet parking. I am a photographer and am in and out quite a bit and at odd hours. I like to park myself. I also tip pretty well. I am in and out 6-8 times per 24 hours. While there I spent more on valet tips per day then the $39 per day resort fee. I wish there was an option. Late at night only one of the three towers has valet. Short easy walk unless you are lugging 50lbs of equipment LOL. My two tips; The room price fluctuates frequently. After you book check back once a week and you might save $20 per night. MGM also will offer you an upgrade from your initial room to a better room/size/view/amenities about a week or two after booking. The upgrade fee is half the normal difference between rooms.
