Nice hotel, room was quiet, clean and spacious with a kitchenette that had no dishes or cutlery so needless to say we never used it. I upgraded to a balcony suite and was hoping to get a nice view of Vegas but the hotel put me on the third floor, so a complete waste of money as my view consisted of the parking garage across the street. I told the girl at the front desk I was disappointed to be on the 3rd floor of a 34 floor hotel for my first time in Vegas and I asked for another room and was told it was the only one they had LOL okay there girlie ;) . Would I stay here again, no but because it's off the beaten path. Next time I would stay more towards the middle of the strip near the Mirage, Caesar's Palace or Bellagio area this is central and will limit the amount of walking you have to do. Loved Vegas lots to do, lots to see and lots and lots of walking so leave the flip flops at home folks!

We had two suites in tower 3. Both were very comfortable and roomy. Very much on par to a City Suite at the Cosmo but has a coffee maker! My biggest complaint about the Cosmo. For this trip turned out convenient being off behind the Strip as we were there during the unfortunate occurrence. Everything was comfortable, accommodating, and professional.Would be happy to stay there again

I stayed at MGM Signature 3 nights for business during a conference. They really pay attention to details and it was hard to find anything to complain about. Below are specifics that i observed: Good: -- spacious and clean room - free internet and just lots of space! Nice view. I stayed on floor 18 room 607. -- spacious and clean bathroom -- property overall is clean and visually appealing - peaceful and quiet -- very quick walk (10 mins) to the strip / casinos approx .8 of a mile. This can be walked inside or outside. The MGM Signature has connected hallways (with moving walkway) to the MGM grand where there are many restaurants, shops and large casino and shows. Then the MGM Grand connects to NYNY and also has tram to other casinos. After the 3rd night i have to admit that although I loved the quiet of the the Signature - I did not enjoy even the 10 minute walk anymore. But to be fair I think it would be hard to have it both ways. -- Quick ride to airport -- Lyft always nearby so easy to get around if you don't feel like walking. -- bathroom had huge tub -- everyone who worked there was extremely helpful and friendly -- business center small but secluded and easy to use (just printed boarding pass). -- see picts.

My adult son and I stayed in the MGM Grand signature tower from August 27-30 2017 while attending a conference at the conference center associated with the MGM Grand. The room was nice enough, but we had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when they moved us to the signature tower they only had a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa, So my son had to sleep on the pullout bed for three nights. It was about a 15 minute walk through the rat tunnels to get to the conference center. Be careful if you want to take an Uber from the hotel because the hotel restricts where Uber and Lyft can pick up to one single obscure location in the whole complex. Be prepared to spend 10 to 15 minutes finding that location before your pick up. My real gripe with this place has to do with billing and the computer billing system. In the morning of our check out the computer system was not working properly and the clerk spent about 10 to 15 minutes trying to get the bill worked out correctly. First they wanted to charge us over $400 for last night of our stay even though we had early reservations at a rate below $150 for the conference. We eventually got the rate straightened out, and checked out with a zero balance. Then on October 12, (six weeks later.) The hotel charged $32.88 to my credit card. I called them and asked what the charge was for, and they said they had forgotten to bill me for the resort fee. I told them that I had closed out the account when I checked out and had a zero balance. We went round and round about this, But they refused to take the charge off of my credit card bill. When I asked to speak to the customer service rep's supervisor, she hung up on me. As a result I am posting this very low review and making the general public aware of their unscrupulous business practices and poor customer service. You can stay there if you want, but watch your credit card for unauthorized charges after you leave.

I enjoyed our brief stay in Tower 2 of this hotel. All the facilities you would expect and a large and comfortable room as well as a huge and well appointed bathroom. There was a coffee maker with coffee suplied as well as a kitchen area (kitchen utensils on request from housekeeping). We did not eat anywhere at the hotel as there are so many options available at all the local hotels and casinos. A trip on the monorail was interesting to get an overview of the city. We felt very safe walking around everywhere in the daytime and at night before the unfortunate events which occurred about a week after our visit.
