The Signature at MGM Grand

We are just coming to the end of a 9 night stay in Tower 3 at the Signature. It has been an absolutely fantastic holiday and perfect for our needs. We stayed on the 12th floor of Tower 3, in a one bedroom apartment which meant our 14 and 12 year old boys could have their own separate room from us. The apartment was lovely and spacious with a Jacuzzi bath, two showers and two toilets!! The 12th floor was pretty high and gave us spectacular views, but not too high to sit out on the balcony, so we could enjoy many evenings outside watching the view. I wouldn't recommend the higher floors if you want to actually use the balcony (unless you have nerves of steel!!) The signature one bedroom apartment has a kitchenette which meant we could make our own breakfast and other meals when we wanted to, which was great and helped us save a few dollars. The towers are also the perfect blend of on-strip convenience and fun, with off-strip peace and quiet. The suites are non smoking and family friendly which is perfect for families, and as I discovered today, you can also use the on-site laundry room (for free) if you are staying more than 7 nights. So useful!! We booked through airbnb rather than direct with the hotel, which saved us some money as we had Airbnb vouchers to spend! The apartment was spotless and although a little dated, everything was in great condition. The towers are in a fabulous location - we used the mgm lazy river pool a couple of times and ventured out on the strip every day. We could also play top golf and even managed to hire a car via booking dot com for three days at a bargain price, to drive out to Grand canyon and route 66. All in all a wonderful stay and I can't recommend the signature suites enough. Thanks MGM and thanks Airbnb!!

During my recent stay, I experienced several service lapses that fell significantly below expected hospitality standards. On the first night, the toilet in my bathroom backed up in the middle of the night. Housekeeping came to dry the bathroom floor, but the next day the room had a strong, unpleasant odor. I notified the front desk and requested housekeeping service. A housekeeper arrived early while we were still sleeping and stated she would return in an hour. We left the room for the day, but upon returning around 6 PM, it was clear the room had not been serviced and the bathroom had not been cleaned. The odor remained, and no follow‑up was provided despite my request. I approached the front desk again to ask for assistance, but no one was sent. At checkout, I mentioned the incident to the front desk associate, who dismissed the concern without acknowledgment or apology. His response was cold, disengaged, and lacked any sense of accountability. Additionally, at the pool, all front sun beds were marked as reserved, leaving only a few beds available in the back. When I asked the pool manager/supervisor for assistance, I was told that the front beds required a $100 fee or that I could “come back later” and hope one became available. The tone and delivery were uncaring and disingenuous, offering no genuine hospitality or effort to assist. Overall, the experience reflected a breakdown in communication, follow‑through, and guest care across multiple departments.

Very nice room, (36th floor, bedroom with adjoining room with small kitchen). View of the Sphere was pretty cool. Excellence location Clean area, elevators fast and easy. Very friendly and responsive staff! The small kitchen was very nice to have with full size refrigerator/freeze, coffee maker, sink, stove.

The stay an all was great I feel like pool they be extra with kids when even the pool is alone and under parents supervision
