Reviews for The Signature at MGM Grand

Comfortable weekend stay.

The Signature at MGM Grand Towers had a spacious room and comfortable bed. The room and bathroom were both clean and there is lots of room in the shower. Black out curtains worked well and there is a coffee maker in the room. Valet parking is the only option. There is a pathway connecting to the main MGM hotel with moving walk way. We went there for meals, casino and shops. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, There is a digital concierge that helped with basic requests and would link to a person if needed. I highly recommend staying at the Signature at MGM Grand towers.

Great Hotel

Great room, quiet but located on the strip so you all get the full vegas experience. The one thing that we had to overcome was, the hotel doesn't have is own casino, it's connected to the MGM GRAND, but it's a long walk, especially from tower 3, but overall I would 100% recommend the signature Mgm

BEWARE - Disappointing Experience for Families at The Signature at MGM Grand - Is it MGM Grand or Third Party Rental?

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Our recent stay at The Signature at MGM Grand in Las Vegas did not meet expectations, particularly for families traveling with young children. While the property presents itself as a luxury destination, several critical issues detracted from our experience. - Limited Accessibility and Wayfinding: The hotel’s location is difficult to navigate, with insufficient signage and unclear directions. This created unnecessary stress during arrival, especially while managing young children. - Inaccurate Room Descriptions: The unit was advertised as a “suite,” yet the layout and amenities did not reflect the quality or spaciousness typically associated with that designation. Families anticipating well-equipped accommodations may find the setup lacking. - Inadequate Housekeeping Support During Illness: When our five-year-old daughter became seriously ill, we urgently requested fresh bedding and room cleaning. We were informed that our unit (25-705), booked via the Signature MGM website, was managed by a third-party operator and therefore not eligible for housekeeping services. Despite multiple calls, we received only a sheet, mattress cover, and thin blanket. The staff member who delivered the items was the only individual who demonstrated empathy, acknowledging the discomfort and odor in the room. The presence of standard hotel phones in the unit further added to our confusion regarding the third-party arrangement. - Unprofessional Customer Service: The following day, a request for an additional blanket was denied. A representative named David responded dismissively and informed us that a blanket would incur a $65 delivery fee, with an additional $10 charge for a pillow — despite our circumstances and the room’s location on the 25th floor. Given the premium rates charged, this level of service is unacceptable. Families should be aware that essential support — including housekeeping and compassionate customer care — may not be available. We strongly encourage hotel management to reassess their third-party partnerships and service protocols to ensure that all guests receive appropriate support, particularly during unforeseen situations.

Easy location to find in Vegas -- however, it was a pain to navigate the route changes due to the F1 race construction/re-routing. The Tower 3 valet and bell staff were efficient and considerate -- huge plus! Check-in was smooth, and our accessible room (15th floor) was more than adequate in size, view (Top Golf), and amenities. The room was spotless and had no smoke or pet smells (yeah!), nor did wet hear our neighbors or the room above us. Only (minor) downside to the room was that when we used the roll-in shower water went all over the bathroom floor - not a well thought out design. The distance from Tower 3 to MGM Grand is long if you have mobility issues - I'd staying in recommend Tower 1 for easier access.

Disappointed isn't the word. We arrived at 5pm after a very long flight only to be told our rooms weren't ready. This is a BASIC expectation when arriving at a hotel in any country. To make matters worse, the rooms we were given were on completely different floors, 6 floors between to be exact! After emailing the "manager" multiple times months in advance due to celebrating a special birthday and we requesting joining rooms. When we queried this at reception we had nothing but bad attitude from the staff and were made to feel like we were idiots because THEY hadn't communicated and left notes on our accounts. We were then told that they could put us in separate towers to one another and that we could down grade even though we had all paid an upgrade fee. To make this experience worse we had to wait 2 days before they could get us the rooms we paid for. We were told that we would get the rooms and that ALL of our fees would be wavered. This sounded too good to be true and we questioned this on MULTIPLE occasions and asked if we would need to do anything else and were told no! Despite this declaration, when we then checked out we were informed that we had to pay the fees for the 2 rooms which totalled $340. When asked why this fee was (after explaining everything 6 times already to 6 different receptionists) we were given AI like responses and the receptionist tried to brush us off. We were told that we would need to speak to a manager who was in the other tower. It is LEVEL 1 of BASIC customer service to not make your customers feel this way and I recommend to step it up or find another non customer facing job because the service provided was disgusting from the reception staff. After, yet again explaining the situation, we spoke to the manager who showed 0 empathy and was rude about our experience. If you get to the end of this review then please take my advice when I say set your expectations low if you are going to stay here.

We just had the pleasure of staying in a lovely suite at the MGM Grand. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the action on the strip and come back to the hotel for peace and comfort - we loved the jacuzzi tub and plush bed. I will most likely only stay here when I return to Vegas!
