I've stayed at the Signature MGM twice, last July and this past March. I will be staying there again this month because I love this place so much. I've stayed in a deluxe king amd deluxe king with balcony. Even though I'm not a fan of heights, I prefered the balcony room. The furnitre seemed a bit less worn and I loved openning the door to let air in the room. I love the size of the rooms and the fact that there is a fridge that you don't have to pay to use is a bonus. They even add a couple of bottles of water in there for you. The bathroms are beautiful, beds comfortable. The pools are clean and quiet but if you want more of a crowd, your Signature room key gets you into the MGM pool complex free of charge. Tower 1 is closest to MGM walkway, but I don't mind the walk from Tower 3. Delights café serves awesome sandwiches and breakfast bowls. The Monorail is just a quick walk over to MGM. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The second time that I went, there were minor repairs being done in the room above mine for about 3 hours. I complaned when I checked out and the resort waived my expenses from breakfast that I charged to my room. They do hold fees on your credit card for incidentals but I've never had a problem getting my money back within a few days. Best place that I've stayed in Vegas so far, hence the third visit this summer.

We only stayed 1 night but the room was nice and clean, very quiet. The bed was nice- not too soft or too firm. A little confusing to find how to get to the elevators when going back thru the casino the first time.

Loved this hotel, stayed 6 nights, had everything in the room and view was amazing over Vegas. Pool area not too big but enough to suit everyone. Staff friendly and ample attention at pool. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Suites are very spacious, master bedroom has a beautiful desk, great closet and magnificent views. Master bathroom is large, marble double sink, big bathtub. The living room as a couch that becomes an extra bed. Small kitchen but very well equipped for basic cooking. The table sits 4 very comfortably. Indoor walk to the MGM is about 10 minutes, and you have access to all the restaurants, shops and the strip. The only thing that was quite bothersome is the valet service. it takes a good 20 minutes to get your car.

This was absolutely worse stay I have ever had at this hotel. Our rental car sustained a dent to door in the valet. We let that go. If that wasn't bad enough when we check out we notice hotel charged us a bogus $300 fee for having a cigarette bud on balcony and claimed we must have smoked. My wife and I don't smoke. We can't stand smoke that is why we booked this non smoking property. When I explained that the wind could have blown the bud onto our balcony the night manager Augustin just dismissed it. They stated they had cameras facing the building that would show we somehow did put bud there we told them to provide the video. He comes back on phone and states that the camera is not facing our room. Before you stay here BEWARE it seems this is a money grab from a once great hotel for revenue. There is nothing that shows anyone smoking in the room. He says that there was a bud on balcony. So now the guest is supposed to check balcony for debris while on vacation that should not be there. I would give this a ZERO if it were allowed it and I will tell everyone I know about this experience. I had previously stayed at this hotel 3 prior times and have stayed at most MGM properties in Vegas and this is the first time we have been treated so poorly. But I guess things have gone downhill fast at this establishment.
