The room we had was amazing. It had a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms one with a shower and the other with a shower and large tub. The service was incredible . You have full use of the MGM Grand facilities and pools and restaurants. Free Valet parking.

Room is a 'timeshare' type condo attached to the MGM by an indoor walkway. Probably a 10 min walk for most people to the casino. The room was okay. Cleanliness could have been better and because it is managed through a timeshare company not the MGM, getting cleaning service is a lot more challenging. Good size.

I am extremely upset with how poor of an effort the team at the MGM Signature have put on behalf of me and my friends. We stayed at this particular resort because a good friend of ours Kyle Price recommended it and regularly stays there. Today I was notified that we were charged $500 on top of the $657 ($1,157 for two nights at a one bed suite) or so dollars we already put down on the room because 1 or 2 guests of ours had smoked cigarettes outside on the balcony with the sliding glass door sealed closed. We even had them wait to let it air out before they came in to make sure we were being mindful. We assumed that was OK since no air came in the room that could have affected the cleanliness with the door air tight shut. Also those guests were outside in open air so we assumed it was OK. On top of that the Signature staff made ZERO effort to warn us in any way to be mindful of this large charge. You would think that if your policy was to penalty bill $500 you would mention that to take care of your guests right? When we checked in they made NO mention of their policy which makes me think this was a strategy to over bill their customers. Their response when I asked how they did not think to mention this at check in or put up a sign or notice to warn people was that it was MY fault because I did not reference the fine print at the bottom of their checkout page and cited a small plaque in the kitchen that noted it was a 'non smoking' room. I will never stay with, support, or let any friend or acquaintance of mine EVER support a business affiliated with MGM and I recommend that anyone reading this posts does the same

I brought my dad to Las Vegas and we picked this hotel as I read it's a bit quieter than properties on the strip however it's not really "that" close from the strip as advertised. We stayed at the 36th floor and paid for an upgrade to have a view of the strip... that's a big disappointment as the hotel doesn't really see the strip at all, but rather parking lots and afar the tall buildings. Hotel room is comfortable, large bathroom and a nice kitchenette. I wish they had something to warm up my water for tea, I tried once what they have in the room (a coffee maker with sachets) but even washing that out 3 times brought me water with coffee flavor. The hotel doesn't have a formal restaurant - the closest it gets is a very small cafe. Be ready for Vegas prices if you haven't been here yet, breakfast for 2 with tips was 47 dollars - an egg sandwich, a fruit cup, a yogurt parfait and a small late - yup! The hotel is very quiet, but having my dad walking through MGM Casino every day in and out was tiring - although he's in good shape I would not come back here for this and the other reasons mentioned above. This was my 7th time in Vegas and I'd recommend Aria and the Cosmopolitan vs this place. Pool is also quite small and disappointing - not what you'd expect of a Vegas hotel.

Absolutely disgusting place. Room is filthy. See the pics. Stains everywhere, carpet is stained. Furniture looks like it was used in WWE wrestling training, sheets looked like they were not changed, crowd at the hotel is sketchy at best. LONG walk to MGM, which is also filled with questionable characters. Absolutely do not stay here. Most disgusting place I've ever stayed.
