Took a video clip of the heavy noise in our room starting at 9:00 am! They could have mentioned that there was heavy construction going on in the adjacent room or building? We could not figure out WHERE it was coming from. We are on floor 34, room 821, 3rd Tower

Just back from our 3rd visit to The Signature and it was still lovely we had 9 nights in a one bedroom balcony suite in Tower 3 to celebrate my 50th birthday 2 other couples who were there with us also had one bedroom suites and they were all located on the same level in the same tower with us. We love staying here for the private pools and suite size having a balcony is also lovely this time we had a corner suite so had strip views and airport views. I always say the main MGM building is the Blackpool of LV but the Signature is much more refined quieter with private pools ample sunbeds and a great apmosphere. The food around the pools is fantastic and if you pop into Delights in Tower 1 you will not be disappointed great staff and service. The only negative was The Lobby bar the staff this time just needed to up their game not that friendly and it closes at midnight,we tried to enter for a night cap at 11.45 but was refused which i found unacceptable considering guests were still at the bar. Would i return to The Signature? Yes Most Definitely a very enjoyable 9 nights and thanks to David for getting us a late checkout it was much appreciated.

Would not stay here again as it attracts a party crowd and 3 of 4 nights we were woken up around 330am with people being very loud in the hallway as they returned to their rooms. It wasn't a short burst of noise as they carried on for some time. There were a lot of bachelor and bachelorette groups staying here. Other minor issues. On one day we were at the pool most of the day, then went out shopping and to dinner and the maid service never did come. Also, only one waitress at the pool and she couldn't keep up so service was slow. Finally, tv sound wouldn't work one morning and had to call twice, after a long wait, before someone came to fix it (repair person was very friendly). Reception and store staff were very friendly and it was nice that the lobby (and the Starbucks) was not crazy busy and full of smoke like the casino hotels. I would try it again if it wasn't for the noise as it could be a nice place to stay if it attracted a quieter crowd. 3 out 4 bad sleeps means I will stay elsewhere.

Once I entered the room and up packer my bags on May 19, 2017 early afternoon. I called to complain about bathroom conditions. The lady that answered the telephone was just short of being rude. It appeared as if she didn't care about my concerns. She was curt and initially said that I would have to be further inconvenienced by having to return to the front desk which was located in a completely diffrent tower to obtain a key for a new room. After I expressed my desire to not go because I needed to pack my bags to prepare for the move, she eventually replied that she would have someone bring me a new key up. After about 15-20 minutes a young man called the room to see if I needed bags moved or just the key. After about an additional 5 minutes he came up with the new key. It took about 30 minutes of my time and other inconveniences that I was subjected to without even a hint of an apology.

Yes it's a 10-15 minute walk to the MGM Grand casino, but in my opinion it's well worth the walk. We booked a strip view balcony room and opted for the VIP checkin since we were arriving early. Service was outstanding. We were checked in around 8 am and given access keys to the property and told they would call us as soon as our room was ready. Around 9:30 we got the call. We were placed in one of their penthouse balcony rooms. It was awesome. View at night was fabulous. Loved the spa tub and kitchenette.
