Stopped in tower 3 for 4 days in a one bedroom suite. Very nice room. Plenty of space with a separate bedroom. Excellent facilities, clean and fresh rooms. Each tower had it own pool, with access to them all as well as MGM main pool. Tower 3 pool didn't get the sun till later on in the day so had to use another tower pool in the morning. Could not fault the hotel in anyway, would stop here again. Watch out for the happy hour round the pool, half price drinks was nice considering the price of them.

I've had maybe 100 trips to Las Vegas, stayed in suites at Belagio, MGM, Wynn, Flamingo, Aria and the Venetian but liked none of those as well as the one bedroom suite at the Signature. It has a great view, 950 SQFT, two full bathrooms, excellent kitchen, comfortable living room and a walkout balcony. Above all it is quiet! Room rates are inexpensive. The Signature has separate amenities like pools, restaurant and Starbucks, but also is connected to the entire MGM property with an indoor moving walk. I enjoyed this hotel so much I've already booked a return trip.

I've stayed at this property many times in the past, but my last visit was over 3 years ago. I booked via the Hyatt website and requested an upper level walk out balcony. At check in (about 12:30) I was told my room wasn't ready yet, but it would be on the 7th fl-- I asked about a higher floor and was told none available (not sure if that was due to Hyatt or not). I was also told they would call me when my room was ready. I left my bag and went into the MGM casino. With no call, I came back around 3:30 and was told my room had been ready 'a hour ago'.. (But No Call ??) The room (7-316) was a one room suite with Micro, fridge, etc.... but no utensils, dishes, glassware, or pans. In the past I do remember the kitchen being fully stocked. There was a note saying I could call down if necessary. Also there was a mini bar (I think), although it was locked and no key had been offered. Aside from those issues, the room was comfortable with a nice Strip view, but the only way to enjoy that view is standing up, as there are no chairs or furniture on the balcony.

The staff is what make this hotel great. This was my second time in Vegas, the first time I stayed at the Cosmopolitan which was very nice but I prefer this hotel over the Cosmo. Let me start off by saying that I've stayed at 5 star hotels all over: Tokyo, Kobe, Bangkok, NYC and if it counts the Ritz in Denver. The staff at 5 star hotels is always very helpful and extremely polite and at the Signature they met this standard. However what blew me away was how genuinely warm the staff was. I knew it was going to be a good stay from the moment I checked in. The girl at the reception was all smiles and very warm. I caught a cold right before arriving so unfortunately I was under the weather the entire time. Every time I ordered room service it was very quick and the service excellent (I recommend the chicken noodle soup and the salmon Caesar salad). One day I was in the room when they came to clean and one of the cleaning folks was a very gay guy. He was hilarious. He saw that I was sick and demanded that I drink tea with lemon and something else. He did get on the phone and did his best to find me that tea but couldn't get the ingredient he was looking for. I had to insist a few times for him not to worry but I have to say this guy went above and beyond. Other observations: 1) The hotel is a real short walk to MGM Grand just a few minutes. 2) Each of the three towers has a pool and they are not overcrowded - easy to find a chair. If you prefer you can use the MGM Grand pools. 3) The gyms are very good for a hotel gym, 2 of the three towers have one. I'll definitely go back to this hotel!!

Our first time in Vegas, and we had chosen the Signature because of the reviews and good price. We got a warm welcome from friendly front desk staff Tanja, and as she saw that we were German, she talked in fluent German to us. We were quite early and Tanja offered us an upgrade to a penthouse suite with an amazing strip view, if we could wait 1 hour more. That wasn't a problem as we had to return our rental car anyway. We got a room in tower 3, which is the closest tower to walk to the strip. We did that once on the hottest day.....never again. Bell boys call you a taxi any time of the day, that's more convenient. Our room was beautiful, spacious and super clean. The most comfortable bed we've ever had and everything worked well. You can use all pools from all towers and MGM pool as well, but we were happy with pool at tower 3. In tower 2 there is a little cafe, delights, where we got nice breakfast. We would return for sure. All staff and housekeeping super friendly and accommodating.
