The signature at MGM was beautiful and clean and the balcony views are amazing. Only thing I was not prepared for was the resort fee that was charged upon check in. Probably me who missed the done print out something, I just stupidly thought it was included in the price. Also not sure if it was noted but this property is 100% smoke free and you have to walk out the property gates to indulge. Which is why I was excited to get a balcony to avoid that. I Love that they have a Starbucks on sight. Location to the strip was pretty awesome. Miracle Mile shops is legit across the street. The towers connect to MGM so no matter the weather you can stay indoors. Over all it was a great trip and id recommend any non smoker to stay here ( smokers too of your up for the walk). O, and the Jacuzzi tubs...Star 5.

A beautiful hotel with NO HOT WATER?! I shouldn’t have to ask for hot water two days in a row on a weekend to take a shower. This is America, not Europe. We’re in Vegas and this is the MGM. I should’ve have to plan ahead to request a reset of the water heater with engineering to start my day.

I stayed at the signature for one night. Just passing through. The hotel is nice. Connected to all towers including the MGM. Clean rooms, nice gym. Walking distance from the strip. You have to request kitchen items. You won’t find any in your room. No one asked me during check in. Not a big deal. Good experience over all.

Rooms are old, look very worn for the price. No room service, buying drinks or food from vendors in the hotel is very expensive. If my business was not paying for this, there is no way I would stay here. People used to come to Vegas because it was a great experience for the money, now it is a great deal of money for not much of an experience unless you are willing to drop thousands. Nope.

The parking was full at the Signature so we had to park 10 to 15 walking minutes away at the MGM Grand and haul all of our luggage to our room. My husband has a bad ankle that needs surgery so this was not a great experience.

We just had the pleasure of staying in a lovely suite at the MGM Grand. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the action on the strip and come back to the hotel for peace and comfort - we loved the jacuzzi tub and plush bed. I will most likely only stay here when I return to Vegas!
