The Signature at MGM Grand

This accommodation was very well located for easy access to the strip and some of the biggest hotels. There is an inside tunnel to the MGM Grand Casino. It is close to the F1 pits and has places nearby to eat. For the money it was descent value. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Was there for a Microsoft Conference. Excellent experience at the Signature. Close to the Convention Center and TopGolf event.

Very nice hotel. Quiet even if it's close to the Strip. Nice pool and the beds are super comfortable. Would go back there anyday.

Fantastic place… There are more party oriented hotels where I occasionally stay on short trips but for longer stays nothing is as good as the Signature MGM. Maria at the Essentials retail store in the connecting hallway that goes to the MGM Grand is the BEST! Super friendly, helpful and great at her job. She gets 5 stars! 😃

I had the pleasure to meet John Price (Manager), I had two separate one day reservations at MGM Grand Signature. This was my first stay at a MGM Grand resort and thanks to John Price providing an exceptional customer experience it won’t be my last. I informed John how I had two one day reservations (Check-in 10/24, Check-in 10/26) with a day between the two. I needed to move the second reservation back one day to make my reservations a two day reservation without a gap additionally I needed to stay in the room I had checked-in because it met my square footage standards and exceeded my expectations with some of the amenities. John confirmed this was my first ever stay at a MGM property and said he would do his best to combine the reservations. John stated it would be additional cost due my second reservation was a different room type and he wanted me to be happy and stay in the room I was currently checked-in. John worked for 15 minutes trying to accomplish my request as John typed and searched he informed it was difficult but he was close to getting it done. John said success and informed me it was done and informed me of the additional cost. John offered me a nominal food and beverage credit in honor of my 17th wedding I was celebrating. I was elated John took ownership on my issue and made it a priority to earn my business as a new guest of MGM Grand Resorts. The kind gesture of offering a food and beverage credit in honor of my 17th wedding anniversary. This is type of customer experience I feel needs to be brought to the attention of executive management, when managers exhibit their desire and ability to resolve customer’s issues small or major that directly puts a smile on the guest face will be positive impact on the company image.
