This was a short 2 night stay to meet up with friends for a concert at the Venetian. We've stayed here before and prefer this location near the airport and just off the strip and not in a casino. No smoking in the towers is a plus. This location is more relaxed and upscale without the casino crowd. Just basic eating areas for bfast, a Starbucks, and drinks (bar). The scene is more adult, upscale, and chill. Pools are smaller and sometimes sun blocked by towers during morning and later in afternoon. If you want more traffic and excitement you are just a short walk from the MGM and restaurants. Even the parking and pickup is more manageable, and the staff very professional. Will opt there again.

My husband and I are paying $1000 for a 5-day stay in Tower 3 on the 25th floor. The decor is beautiful and as advertised. It is comfortable - except for the serious wind drafts coming from the windows. I have to wear a light jacket while sitting at the desk although I have the temperature set at 76 degrees. The employees know we're staying for 5 days so why wasn't our phone turned on? My husband had to walk down to the elevators to talk to someone about how to get the phone operational. I filed a complaint with a manager about the fact that there wasn't a thing in the kitchen except for a coffee maker. Why isn't there instructions stating you have to ask for an extremely basic set of 2 glasses, dishes and silverware and 2 pots? Since no napkins or paper towel have been provided... I'm using their wash clothes and hand towels for these purposes as well as pot holders when taking hot dishes out of the microwave. The water coming out of the faucet is undrinkable. After asking for our car to be returned so that we could access the Dasani we brought for the long drive, found out that 10 ounce bottles of water are available again upon request. Why aren't a few bottles left in the refrigerator and instructions that more are available upon request? We use 4 bottles for breakfast alone. I got tired of waiting on line at the desk twice a day so brought a bag down to get 8 bottles at a time. This constantly asking for bottled water is annoying. Why doesn't Housekeeping just leave bottles in the room? For 2 days navy material has been sort of hanging off the hallway wall by masking tape. Why is this unsightly mess just taken down if no one is going to immediately complete the job? I've filed 2 complaints about this so far. The quality of Housekeeping is excellent. The location is great. Except for that manager with the aloof manner, the staff we encountered (desk and parking) are extremely friendly, polite and efficient. Because of all the problems we've had with our suite, I'd rate it 2 star in a 5 star hotel --- one I over paid for.

Not sure whether it was because of the off-season or what, but while looking for options to stay in Las Vegas for a 4 day trip, I spotted a deal and it was hard for me to digest the prices. The property is absolutely stunning, opted for a higher floor too for a USD 20/ night charge and trust me, the strip view, the room, the service and the hospitality had absolutely no flaws. I still can't believe that I got a 1 bedroom suite with the resort tax at a steal at MGM Signature. I look back and recall how much money I have spent for average properties even far-off from the strip and how amazing this stay was comparatively. Keep up the excellent hospitality, I must and will certainly recommend and visit again and stay with you guys. Pro's: 1. Excellent room and view, option to upgrade to higher floors 2. Cleanliness was impeccable 3. Suite option is worth the buck as you can literally make your breakfast and laze around if you wish to after a long night out 4. Excellent hospitality adds more credit to the property 5. Staff was very prompt, all needs addressed even at wee hours 6. Proximity to the strip, access to MGM, resort and fine dining options 7. Recommended for family stays too 8. Ample public transport options 9. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze, seconds to be precise! Con's- 1. Just the one, i.e. a few basic utensils with the kitchen set-up and some cutlery would be awesome. Nevertheless, I called house keeping and got what I requested within minutes Cheers!

The rooms are very nice and spacious. The jetted tub was also a bonus. Didn’t really have a view in the room we stayed in, but we didn’t spend much time there anyways. The walk to get out onto the strip was very long, especially if you’re staying in tower 3 like we did. It definitely became annoying and painful after making that walk several times during our stay. The prices for food on the property are expensive. The prices for food at other casinos were much more reasonable. The resort fees were also expensive and unnecessary, especially in winter when you can’t even use the pool. Overall, I can’t complain about the hotel itself. It was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the room also had a kitchenette. I also liked that it was a smoke free property and very quiet. I guess it really depends on what you’re wants are when deciding to stay here. If you plan on exploring the strip, I would stay somewhere more central to everything. A tip for getting around Vegas is to use the Deuce. It was $20 a person for a 3 day pass. So worth it.

We stayed at the Signature for two nights while visiting Vegas for the shows...not the gambling. We were in Tower 2 on the 32 floor, which is apparently considered part of the "penthouse." Great view of downtown Vegas. The towers are a breath of fresh air (literally) after the smoke-filled casino and noise walking through the MGM casino. The room was lovely--a king bed in one area and a sofa (bed), chair, and small desk/dining area in the other. "Kitchen" area has a two burner stove, full size microwave and small fridge. It's also equipped with dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils. Note that these are condos, so they may not all be alike in amenities. I particularly like the full size jacuzzi tub in the large, well appointed bathroom. Double sink, separate shower, and separate room for the toilet. It is a bit of a walk to get to the MGM for the shows, but it's all inside and there are moving sidewalks most of the way. After that, you walk through "The District," part of the MGM with shops, restaurants, and a food court where you can get a cup of coffee for less than $5! The Signature Towers have two restaurants--the Lounge (bar and food), which serves brunch from 10 a.m.- ?? and Delights, which serves breakfast and lunch. Meals at both of these restaurants are excellent and considerably less expensive than any restaurant at the MGM. If you want to walk the strip, DON'T go to the MGM first. Just head out your tower entrance, go through the gate, walk a block, and you'll intersect the strip at least 1/2 mile closer to places like the Aria, Bellagio, etc. I suggest booking on a "hotel booking site" because, if you contact the Signature directly, the rate is about 3 times higher per night! We booked this on Christmas (for the middle of February) and paid $79 a night! I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!
