Reviews for The Signature at MGM Grand
Yes it's a 10-15 minute walk to the MGM Grand casino, but in my opinion it's well worth the walk. We booked a strip view balcony room and opted for the VIP checkin since we were arriving early. Service was outstanding. We were checked in around 8 am and given access keys to the property and told they would call us as soon as our room was ready. Around 9:30 we got the call. We were placed in one of their penthouse balcony rooms. It was awesome. View at night was fabulous. Loved the spa tub and kitchenette.

We stayed at the MGM 2 years ago and thought the rooms were not very nice. This year we are at the Signature Tower 3 and it's OK. It is not great and I have noted previous comments about staff and housekeeping and have to agree. In the gym one machine was not working, the water cooler was not working. This hotel and the walkways between the MGM and the Signature already look dated. No wow factor here and such a disappointment.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Booked our tours. Room cleaned everyday. Choice of pools plus adults only area. Fully equipped kitchen. Free coffee and tea making facilities. Easy undercover walk to MGM casino.

LOVED this property last May...only liked this property this May. We were in building 3 this visit - the one furthest from the MGM but closest to the side street and it's quicker access to the strip and the Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood. where by the way you can hit up ABC stores and stock up on snacks and wobbly pops, so that was a wash....it is a long trek on tired feet to the main MGM building through the snaking corridors past the other 2 signature buildings to hit yours, so that's not entirely enjoyable. We payed once again for the high floor upgrade, which you simply must do and were again treated to strip views from the 37th floor....we opted for the regular room and not the one bedroom suite this time as the we never really used the massive seating area in the one bedroom suite much....but the suite does come with robes (the room does not) and we actually missed having these to throw on after a bath or shower or in the mornings while lounging on the deck. I called down to have the complementary kitchen ware brought up to the room, dishes, pots and pans etc. my first nite upon arrival, that's all fine, tip the bell hop. The next morning we scramble up some eggs, use the frying pan, the spatula, a few bowls, utensils and the maid takes it all away, without replacing one single item! Seriously we're here for 4 nights, do you think we only wanted to use the kitchenware the 1st night? Now I have to call back down and have the items replaced that next evening, tip the bell hop. Ok whatever, no big deal, but waiting 30-60 mins for them to arrive back again is a bit annoying. Next morning after changing around noon - we were in the room for maybe an hour at the most (we were at the pool) we missed our scheduled maid service window - so no coffee packets, no fresh towels - so back down we call again, seriously having to call down to the front desk daily is a bit frustrating to say the least. Also sadly through no fault of their own the lazy river at the MGM was drained and being repaired from Monday through Friday! totally closed the entire time we were there! Which made the other MGM pools an absolute nightmare. I realize that each Signature Suite has their own small pool and hot tub but we really like (at least for a few hours) party people watching while floating around the MGM's lazy river. And for a $35 resort fee what exactly are you getting if the access to MGM is so severely limited? Refunded (or discounted) resort fees should have been offered. But no. Will I stay here again....if the price is right, maybe. We did become MLife members simply because we thought we would love to stay here every time we came to Vegas, but now I'm thinking its unlikely we'll be back. :(

We stayed here for three nights in May 2017 as part of a business trip. Very nice hotel located just a bit off the Strip. It's geared toward business travellers, so there's no gambling in the building. However, it's connected to MGM Grand, and Signature guests get access to all amenities at MGM (such as the really nice swimming pool). Staff are professional and quick, and there are several dining options in the building. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with a TV, coffee maker, and couches / tables. The bathroom has both a shower and a separate bathtub, and the toilet is in a small "side room", which we appreciated.
