I recently stayed at the Signature at MGM in the One Bedroom Balcony Suite on the 25th floor for 4 nights. I was in Vegas for work and was hesitated with my choice at the beginning. However, I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised with the Signature and would definitely recommend it to business travelers. From a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the highest) Valet - 7 for check in / 7 for check out. The valet service at Signature was very slow. The staff were nice but I think they were understaffed for valet. It takes around 15 to 20 minutes each time to get the car and it wasn’t even during busy hours. Bell Service- 10 for check in / NA for check out. - The Bell Service was very prompt and deliver my luggages to my room shortly after I arrived the room. Check in / Front Desk / Concierge - 10 - The girl that checked me in (can't remember her name) at tower three was able to find me a great room on the 25th floor of tower 2. She gave me two options, one at 25 floor with less view and one on the 15th floor with strip view. I asked her which one she would prefer and she said she would go with the one on the 25th floor. That room, in my opinion, was the perfect location and perfect view. I can see top golf and the airport from the living room and NYNY from the bedroom window. It is like having the best of two worlds. I actually enjoyed watching the planes flying by. I think it was pretty cool. Front Desk at Tower 2 was great. I needed some help with my bills and the clerk was able to resolve my question in a timely manner. I was also told that Tower 2 is the only tower that has 24 hours front desk. Concierge was very responsive to my email prior to my arrival. I didn't get to use the concierge service because the hours are short. Hopefully, management would consider to extend the hours for the Concierge Desk. House Keeping - 11 - The house keeping staff was AMAZING! Which is why I think I had a great experience at the Signature. I have stayed at many MGM resorts in Las Vegas and the house keeping staff at Signature is one of the best! I personally believe that the house keeping staff performed better than when I stayed at the Penthouse Suite at Bellagio and Bellagio Suite earlier this year. The house keeping staff supplied everything that we left on the note in the morning and followed exact instructions. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! Wifi - 9 - Wifi speed was good - about 9 mbps down and 1.5 mbps up in the room. The only problem is that because Signature is pretty spread out, the wifi drops pretty much as soon as you get to the walk way that connect the 3 towers to MGM, so I had to remember to connect to cellular or I would lose internet connection. (Speed test photo attached). Bed - 7 - The bed is definitely something that I would recommend management to improve upon. It really is not the best mattress from all the MGM resorts that I have stayed at. I stayed at the Aria right after and Aria has a much nicer bed. I called house keeping and they said that they would send someone to look at the mattress but I don’t believe anyone ever did. The mattress is still one of those that when you sit on the side, the whole mattress surface will lean over. I was there for work so I didn’t really sleep that much but it certainly would be nicer if the mattress is newer. Room - 8 - The layout of the room is pretty good and functional. The full kitchen was great for extended stay. I didn’t cook at all but it was great to have a big fridge to store the drinks and snacks. The furniture, artwork, and carpet definitely felt dated. The mirror in the master bathroom was bent (I am not sure how that could have happened). Dining - NA Didn’t get to go. Lobby Bar - NA (Didn’t use it) Pool - NA (Didn’t use it) Gym - NA (Didn’t use it) Overall value - 9 What I love most about the One Bedroom Balcony Suite - The room size and house keeping. What improvements can be done to make my experience better? - Valet and update the mattress and interior decor of the room.

I was so surprised and relieved when I first walked into our suite at the Signature for our 4-night stay. The amount of space, the view from the terrace, and the modern, attractive decor made this a great stay. Housekeeping comes in daily and even does your dishes for you. The room was quiet, with 2 bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi and the size of my bedroom!) and loads of storage space- and is beautifully set up for basic cooking, with a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, and even a dishwasher. Two televisions with plenty of desk space. MGM really did this right.

When we arrived the lady on desk was very friendly and chatty, we explained that it was our honeymoon. Originally we were put in tower two but I explained that I wanted a room high up in tower 1. Straight away this was sorted and we got a beautiful room on the 37th floor. Our room was lovely and very clean. There was lots of space for our clothes and shoes and the bathroom was lovely with a big shower and jacuzzi bath. The kitchen and fridge came in handy too. We went straight to tower 1 pool which is adults only, had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We ordered the nachos (they were yummy) and got our mgm cup which is reusable for drinks which does work out cheaper (even though all drinks in Vegas are expensive! It is cheaper for food and drinks at the signature pool than mgm pool) The walk to mgm is not far at all and is all under cover and air conditioned. We used the monorail to get around and uber which made getting around Vegas easy. One evening we walked from ceasars palace back to the signature which wasn't too far (especially when you can stop in different hotels and have a look around) Overall I would really recommend this hotel to couples and families. It was nice to get away from the craziness of Vegas and the smoke from the casinos to a lovely room and very comfy bed after a mad day and night on the strip.

Anyone can tell by looking at my reviews this isn't my first stay at the Signatures. I tend to stay at this facility for many reasons. They treat everyone as if they are a VIP no matter what room or floor you stay in.The overall stay was very pleasant, the hotel is a great place to stay if you want peace and quiet and the end of a long day on the Strip. This is why I was shocked by the recent lack of attentive customer service. Upon arrival August 1, 2017 14:40 I was informed my suite wasn't ready. This can happen and I do understand that from time to time. I was told by the gentlemen who checked me he would check for me when the suite would be ready. His other option he could put me in a room much lower that I requested or paid the extra fee for. I declined. After waiting :30 mins I went back to the desk and check when the room would be ready. A different guy said he would check, still no definitive answer. Upon waiting now I had been there about an hour I spoke with a very friendly woman at the front desk. She informed me that they were extremely busy. She attempted to call housekeeping to get some answer for me. After she got no answer, she informed me that there was no time table when the room would of could be made available. She also offered to move me to a different room on a lower lever, She also informed me she could not refund me the money I paid for the suite on the 38th floor as I booked my room through their parent company. I again said I would wait. She mentioned they had no time table when room could be ready. It could be from now until midnight. I walked away she was very pleasant, sadly couldn't provide any real answers as her hands were tied. Finally after about two hours the room was ready. With technology there has to be a system housekeeping and guest services could have to offer guest information. All and all I will continue to stay at the Signatures. Even with the recent issues. Also my room wasn't cleaned on multiple days, as well as others on my floor for whatever reason. As told my guest services when I called to get someone to clean it. The housekeeping staff confuses the colors red and green. Green light means service red light means privacy.

The suite was nice and had a partial Strip but mainly McCarron airport view. We decided to splurge and took a one bedroom suite with balcony on 38th floor. Two bathrooms, the en-suite was large and sported a bathtub Jacuzzi. The king mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable, the pull-out sofa Queen in the living room was not. Overall very happy with our visit and will likely stay there again.
