Reviews for The Signature at MGM Grand
Absolutely disgusting place. Room is filthy. See the pics. Stains everywhere, carpet is stained. Furniture looks like it was used in WWE wrestling training, sheets looked like they were not changed, crowd at the hotel is sketchy at best. LONG walk to MGM, which is also filled with questionable characters. Absolutely do not stay here. Most disgusting place I've ever stayed.

2nd visit to Vegas within the year and for a total price of 500 dollars (23rd-26th) on the 2nd week of March Madness was perfect. One of the more convenient hotels that doesn't require to travel on Las Vegas Blvd to enter the parking/valet garage. Entered on Koval St from Flamingo Road off the 15 freeway. Great quality room, that provides a hot tub, standing shower, separate privacy divider between the bed and sofa(pull out bed). Cool options provided was a microwave, stove, fridge, coffee maker, big screen tv, dining table, Iron/board, and money safe. View was cool. Just over looking the pool/cabanas at MGM (pool party music starts at 9:30) and we had a nice sight to Top Golf, also. It is one of the more enjoyable hotels I have stayed at, within a 10 min walk to the food courts, casino floor, Top Golf and Pool/Cabanas! One bonus was being able to order Papa John's and having them deliver it straight to our room. How sick was that! Only lame part was the 2 hour window to get the food. Great Trip and I rank MGM signature and the Palazzo as the best price and quality of room that I have stayed at!
I returned with my husband after staying at the property last August. Everything was done well and we have no complaints. We love the extra room and the option to take our time in the morning with our breakfast rather than having to get dressed and go out. The bathroom is very large with a double spa tub as well as a large separate shower. The toilet is in a separate room. We appreciate being able to go downstairs and not have to walk through a casino to go outside. The location is great if you enjoying walking around the strip as the hotel is very central. The front desk staff are pleasant and we the cleaning staff do a great job. Only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport.

The signature is located in a very convenient location. Tower 1 and 2 have pool -- not sure about tower 3-- but most of guests use the MGM grand pool. We had a nice big room with jetted bathtub. Inside room there is a stove, sink microwave and I think dish washer. A jetted bathtub comfortable for two people. We stayed two days but we didn't receive cleaning or toiletries. I needed to ask for extra towels. Overall 4/5 is a fair rating to my opinion.

We checked in today and happy with the room. Front desk ask if we want some plates, cutlery, etc. to which I said yes. A few minutes later, housekeeping came with a trolley of kitchen stuff. He was wondering if we are with another family to which I confirmed not. He checked the cupboard and saw that there are already plates, bowls, cups, and glasses for around 7-8 people. He said it's too many and started removing the extras and ensured we only have 4 of each. I argued that it will be good to have spare to use as serving plates and also so we don't quickly have to wash things after every use especially the glasses. All I got was it's the policy. I was asked to call in-suite dining to request for extra dishes not realizing it will be a purchase. I called the Front desk to complain and all I got was it's the policy. For a supposedly 5-star place, they don't behave and treat their guests like they are staying in a 5-star hotel. Considering the kitchen items are of low quality and of low value, and they have our credit card on file for any incidentals, their policy seem to be designed to strongly discourage the use of the kitchen. What is the point of having rooms with a kitchenette when it will not be well supplied? We paid extra for these amenities so we can utilize them properly and be comfortable as a family. It's time for management to review these illogical policies. We will not stay here again. When there are so many great options on The Strip, we don't need to put up with this substandard service.
