We booked our suites at the Signature through Airpads on Booking.com. My daughter and I booked our rooms at the same time and both of us put that we were traveling together and would like rooms close to each other. We arrived from the airport around 12:30. We attempted to check in and were told check in was 3:00 and that one of us was in Tower 1 and one was in Tower 3. The staff at the desk were unable to change our rooms because we booked through Airpads. We spent some time in the lobby contacting Airpads. They were completely unwilling to work with us. The woman told me that all the rooms were fully committed for that time. We pointed out that many people had not yet checked in as it was too early. She was unwilling to work with the front desk to see who had checked in. I was eventually able to check in a little early, around 1:30 in Tower 1 but my daughter could not check into her room in Tower 3 until after 3 pm. Another negative about Airpads - you must call Airpads for housekeeping, and only until 5, so don't run out of toilet paper after 5! I called for an ironing board and was told that the previous customer had sat on it and broken it, so "sorry", we don't have an ironing board for you. The Good: The rooms were spacious and well decorated. Having a kitchenette was nice. There was a gym in each tower and a pool for each as well. It was bonus being able to use the pools at the MGM. My room looked out over the MGM pool complex so that was actually a bonus for seeing how busy things were getting. The Bad: As far as the Signature goes, the lobby is very "perfumed". I'm not sure what they use as air freshener, but it could really give an asthmatic or someone with allergies problems. The refrigerator in the room was open upon arrival and warrm. The pools closed early, 2 at 5 pm and 1 at 7 pm. I asked for disposable cups and was brought little white paper cones like come in a water dispenser - not the best for ice and beverages! I bought cups from Starbucks, then discovered nice plastic cups in the gym. Having no sleep timer on the TV was annoying as one who likes to fall asleep to noise. OVERALL: The staff we interacted with were pleasant, and as helpful as they could be. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and being connected to the MGM Grand by an indoor walkway made it a convenient location to restaurants, the monorail, the strip and the Lazy River and pool complex. You really could find plenty to do just a that end of the strip and never have to venture further! I would definitely stay here again, but would not book through Airpads.

We stayed at the Signature by MGM Grand as part of the final 4 days of our 16 day road trip honeymoon across the USA, and we saved the very best until last! The hotel is connected to the main MGM Grand hotel and casino and is very well situated in the middle of the strip. The Signature suites are very well kept and the staff work relentlessly around the clock to keep it in such a pristine condition. We stayed in Tower 1 which is the closest to the main hotel and is connected by moving walkways. We initially read reviews stating that it was a long walk - this is not the case. From Tower 1 to the main hotel is no more than 5 minutes! The walk actually takes you past the Tower exclusive pool and the main pools with the MGM Grand. We also used Tower 2 pool one afternoon as this was open later than Tower 1 (7pm as opposed to 5pm respectively). The pools are clean, there are plenty of sun beds and they're a pleasure to relax around. They also play music around the main pool for those wanting a livelier environment. The only criticism I do have is that you have to buy an inflatable ring if you want to use one on the lazy river! Or buy a similar from elsewhere which may be cheaper. We stayed on floor 27 in a Deluxe Balcony Suite overlooking the Strip. The views were spectacular! The Suite itself had everything we could need - a comfortable, large bed, sofa area, kitchenette with fridge and coffee maker, room safe, shower and jacuzzi bath. They were also cleaned to a high standard on a daily basis. The casino and remainder of the main hotel were also a cut above others we saw on the Strip. They had everything you could possibly need in a hotel/casino resort! Big shout out to Lisa at No 32 (I think that was the name) frozen cocktail bar! She was absolutely brilliant and it was great seeing her on an evening. We purchased one of the 32oz refillable yard sticks which were only $10 a refill after your first. Really good value however you can only take these poolside at the main MGM pool - NOT the Signature pools (which I found ludicrous). Overall, we would not consider staying anywhere else when we return to Vegas! We walked around a number of hotels whilst we were there and the Signature by MGM certainly looked the best!

We spent 3 days at Signature MGM and we had 3 perfect days. Our one bedroom apartment was spotless, huge and beautiful. The view was great even if this hotel it is not on the strip. We walked to the strip or took the monorail to go where we wanted to go. The pool was beautiful and quiet. Our room had a full kitchen with a big fridge so if you want to buy your food this is the place to stay, other hotels don't let you store your food in their fridge.Beware.

Fantastic view from the 31st floor. Great value and walkway to mgm! We loved the jacuzzi and big comfy bed! Our room for 2 nights came in at under £200 including the lovely resort fee (its vegas get used to it, there wifi must cost a lot to service ;) )

Good location. A bit away from the casino. Rooms have kitchen and all dinnerware. Staff is courteous and very accomodating. Overall good place for family. Bridge to another side of the street is currently under construction.
