Reviews for The Signature at MGM Grand

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 11 hours ago

Our 10-night stay at The Signature was the most disappointing hotel experience we’ve had. From our first night, the manager refused to provide extra blankets, pillows, towels, or even enough glass cups for the three guests in our suite, claiming it was “hotel policy.” When we asked how we were supposed to rinse our mouths without cups, we were told to use our hands. Throughout our stay, we were repeatedly denied basic comfort items and felt unwelcome rather than cared for. On our final night, my son was up all night vomiting. I called at 1:30 a.m. to request a 2:00 p.m. late checkout so he could get a little more rest, was left on hold for about 45 minutes, and then manager Justin was rude, denied the request, and hung up on me. The only bright spots were the housekeeping staff, valet team, and bellman, who were outstanding—especially the bellman who compassionately helped us with a wheelchair, our luggage, and loading our car while my son was still very sick. Because of these repeated service failures, I cannot recommend The Signature and hope MGM reviews our stay and makes meaningful improvements.

Worst customer service

Valet extorted me for the free valet, stepped on a needle in the room, blood on the sheet, and every step of the way the staff at the resort looked at me and basically said “what do you want me to do about it ?” Never staying here again

The Signature is going the way of the Mirage as far as quality. Too bad!

The only good points are the bell hops and the valets. It’s on it way down in quality.

Smoke free hotel!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Flew into Vegas to continue the last 3rd of our trek down Route 66 to Santa Monica, CA. On our way back to Vegas, we stayed here. Fairly new. We weren't up very high but our suite was very quiet. It's more like an apartment. Amazing amount of room. 2 full baths so my husband and I had our own bathrooms! The room has a full kitchen but not stocked but if you need anything just ask and they'll bring stuff up for you All appliances available. TV in living room and bedroom. Automatic drapes (so fancy. I felt like a movie star)! The biggest draw as to why we stayed here,,, it was smokie free. A huge plus for me. I have always disliked (that's putting it nicely) cigarette smoke and I've had cancer, so I was thrilled to find this hotel. No casino here but it's attached to the MGM Grand so you just walked over there (all indoors). Nice pool area with drinks and food available. I will definitely stay here on future trips.

We just had the pleasure of staying in a lovely suite at the MGM Grand. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the action on the strip and come back to the hotel for peace and comfort - we loved the jacuzzi tub and plush bed. I will most likely only stay here when I return to Vegas!
