Mgm grand signature suites was at the Excalibur end of the strip and set a way back but fully enclosed carpeted (& travelators) walk through the casinos to the strip. Not ideal location for popping in & out as minimum 15 minutes walk between tower and the strip. Lots of pools and facilities available, however we were quite disappointed with the room. No house keeping service for the 5 days we were there, despite putting the sign out and very random selection of unlabeled toiletries in the bathroom. We tried to apply for late checkout as our flight wasn't until 21h but as the unit/condo was independently owned, 'hotel' staff couldn't help us, neither could our booking agent opodo/edreams. Considering it's a 4* hotel and part of a huge group, we were quite disappointed and we won't stay at this 'hotel' again.

Ok check in experience. No recognition for Titanium status and made us wait until 3PM to check in. We had to go ask before they gave the room. I would skip this property next time.

Checking in went smoothly. It wasn’t until it was time to shower that we hit issues, no hot water. We didn’t have any drinking glasses etc either only throw away so I left a note to housekeeping advising that our water in the shower was cold and that we had no glasses, cutlery etc. When we got back the glasses and cutlery were delivered however no mention about the water so we thought all was good. The shower was still cold. We asked assistance and they sent the maintenance guy to our room. He advised us that there hasn’t been any hot water for a few days from the 2nd floor to the 9th floor. Two water tanks, one not working and the other needs to be manually turned on each time. Why didn’t they tell us this when checking in? Why didn’t they offer us another room? My husband called the assistant line again and was told that they’ll manually push the button on the water tank in the morning for my shower. I didn’t think that was good enough. Three days with cold water. Paid a lot of money for a room with no hot water. They said I’ll get the manager to call you. Waited 30 minutes and no call. We had to go out to dinner and then I was told they’ll write a note for the manager to call me between 8 - 9 am the next day. Once again no call. We obviously weren’t important enough to get a call from the manager. Handing in our keys I expressed my displeasure to the desk clerk who said I’ll refund the resort fee. The least I could do the desk clerk said as I wouldn’t be happy either. Frankly that isn’t good enough. We had a spa bath but no hot water to use it. No feed back no calls from the manager. Our taxi was waiting to take us to the airport so we had no time to stay and argue. I have been advising family and friends about the way a hotel such as this treated us.

My husband and I celebrate our Anniversary here at The Signature MGM and we had the best time. Despite the rain and cold weather, the staff was very friendly and making sure they met every expectation with giving directions to the best restaurants and shopping areas near by. Checking in was fast and they gave us they best view of the strip.

Great hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The walk to the MGM Grand was not too bad but had people movers so you can take a break

We just had the pleasure of staying in a lovely suite at the MGM Grand. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the action on the strip and come back to the hotel for peace and comfort - we loved the jacuzzi tub and plush bed. I will most likely only stay here when I return to Vegas!
