What a great place we came in 1 in the morning, that desk clerk was bright and cheerful and above all extremely accommodating. Wonderful room with a nice view. We are on the 37th floor. We would recommend this place to all.

This was my 7th trip to Las Vegas and my first staying at Signature and it will absolutely be my go-to hotel from here on out. Even before my husband and I arrived, our emails back and forth with concierge about various questions and activities were super helpful - special shout-out to Cecelia who was so wonderful and fast in her replies! We requested an early check in before we arrived and fortunately were able to get one so it was a very quick and easy check in process. We I stayed in Tower 1 which is closest to the MGM Grand (very convenient to the casino floor and the pools at MGM! Also very close to monorail access which was a huge plus). The room was very spacious and comfortable and the housekeeping service is top notch. We upgraded to a high floor with a pool view and with a kitchen efficiency for a minor fee and it was so worth it. LOVED having a kitchen area for keeping leftovers and for mixing our own drinks. Do note that you do have to request serve ware and cookware when you check in if you want it and that it doesn't come stocked in the room. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom area was huge. The whirlpool tub was fantastic, especially after treating myself to one of the bath bombs at Nectar (located in The District at MGM). We didn't end up using the pools at Signature but they all looked really nice and I loved the firepits in that same area. You do have access to all the pools at MGM and I highly recommend the lazy river - so awesome! Really the only downside I can see for this property is you do need to be prepared to do some walking, but I think that's true of most of the larger properties in Vegas so it's really not that bad. Plus the walkways are all indoors and air conditioned/heated which is very nice. Overall, this is my favorite hotel i've stayed at so far in Las Vegas and we already can't wait to plan our return trip!

Nice hotel, room was quiet, clean and spacious with a kitchenette that had no dishes or cutlery so needless to say we never used it. I upgraded to a balcony suite and was hoping to get a nice view of Vegas but the hotel put me on the third floor, so a complete waste of money as my view consisted of the parking garage across the street. I told the girl at the front desk I was disappointed to be on the 3rd floor of a 34 floor hotel for my first time in Vegas and I asked for another room and was told it was the only one they had LOL okay there girlie ;) . Would I stay here again, no but because it's off the beaten path. Next time I would stay more towards the middle of the strip near the Mirage, Caesar's Palace or Bellagio area this is central and will limit the amount of walking you have to do. Loved Vegas lots to do, lots to see and lots and lots of walking so leave the flip flops at home folks!

We had two suites in tower 3. Both were very comfortable and roomy. Very much on par to a City Suite at the Cosmo but has a coffee maker! My biggest complaint about the Cosmo. For this trip turned out convenient being off behind the Strip as we were there during the unfortunate occurrence. Everything was comfortable, accommodating, and professional.Would be happy to stay there again

I stayed at MGM Signature 3 nights for business during a conference. They really pay attention to details and it was hard to find anything to complain about. Below are specifics that i observed: Good: -- spacious and clean room - free internet and just lots of space! Nice view. I stayed on floor 18 room 607. -- spacious and clean bathroom -- property overall is clean and visually appealing - peaceful and quiet -- very quick walk (10 mins) to the strip / casinos approx .8 of a mile. This can be walked inside or outside. The MGM Signature has connected hallways (with moving walkway) to the MGM grand where there are many restaurants, shops and large casino and shows. Then the MGM Grand connects to NYNY and also has tram to other casinos. After the 3rd night i have to admit that although I loved the quiet of the the Signature - I did not enjoy even the 10 minute walk anymore. But to be fair I think it would be hard to have it both ways. -- Quick ride to airport -- Lyft always nearby so easy to get around if you don't feel like walking. -- bathroom had huge tub -- everyone who worked there was extremely helpful and friendly -- business center small but secluded and easy to use (just printed boarding pass). -- see picts.
