Reviews for SAHARA Las Vegas

This place is amazing!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 23 hours ago

Went here for an event(paid for by the event tickets) we did have to pay some but it wasn’t more than $200 understandable. The room was a two bed we didn’t know at the time if we needed one or two beds. The staff was super friendly and fast with it being busy. The hotel was beautiful and huge being my first time there. Loved how it had so many store and food options too and can’t forget the casino. I’m not a gambler but it was pretty cool to see. The room was beautiful and very nice. The beds were soft and the decor pillow were huge! The pillows themselves felt so nice. The shower was pretty cool I liked the shower head style and how it was a push glass door. It had the perfect full length mirror to take selfies on and it’s so cool it had a light on it to! Overall best experience here and I will defiantly come back next time I’m in Vegas! Did suck I didn’t get time to go to the pool but there’s always next time. Oh and there was many food options near to DoorDash from too. I’m still waiting for my money I was told would be returned to come back but all I can do it wait still happy with my stay

Great vacation

We stayed at Sahara for a week for my husbands Birthday. The hotel is fabulous and the staff cannot do enough to help. We ate at 3 restaurants they were all amazing and once again friendly. The Azilo pool is great fun $80 for two large and strong Margaritas isn't bad for vegas. Our room Marra King was lovely with great views over the festival ground and strip. The air con is the only problem, it works fine but if people smoke I their rooms it gets pumped through the air con so the Friday and Saturday we could smell cigars and weed in the night. This was resolved the next day and no further problems all week. Clearly someone was smoking in a no smoking area. The location is great we walked miles, to Fremont and all the way to NYNY we couldn't get a late check out but our bags were stored securely and we had an amazing final day. Employees definitely get 10/10 super helpful. 100% will return

Beautiful hotel just off strip

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

The hotel has been recently renovated in the past year . Slightly off strip but has a monorail in hotel that connects to strip which is very convenient. We got the room with king bed overlooking mountain view . Honestly the most comfortable bed I've stayed in a hotel. Lots of mirrors and drawers for storage space with glass shower doors Quieter hotel but if your looking to save a few bucks I highly recommend staying here

Disappointing Stay - Seeking Resolution

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

Checked into room 11006 today (5/3) My recent stay at the Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas was regrettably disappointing, falling short of the standards expected from a well-known establishment. Having stayed at numerous hotels worldwide, the conditions and service here were notably subpar. Upon arrival for a music festival that was later canceled, my sister and I were initially greeted by Rizza, a front desk representative who provided excellent service—she was empathetic and understanding of our distress due to the festival cancellation. Unfortunately, this positive interaction was the highlight of our stay. Our room presented several unacceptable issues: stained walls, dirty carpets, unclean bathroom floors, and a non-functional TV. When we attempted to address these concerns with the management, hoping for a reasonable solution such as a room change or a cancellation of our booking, we were met with indifference. Despite the clear evidence provided (attached photos and videos), the hotel manager, Jennifer, repeatedly stated that refunds were against hotel policy and only offered a minimal 15% resort credit. She informed us that the hotel was at full capacity and no alternative accommodations could be provided. The lack of effort to resolve our legitimate grievances was astonishing. As a professional in the customer experience sector, I find it unacceptable for a hotel to leave guests in an unsanitary room without attempting any remedial action, such as sending housekeeping. The response to our complaints was essentially that we were to be content with a substandard room because of hotel policy, which is simply not good enough. Given these circumstances, I urge the Sahara Hotel management to reevaluate their customer service protocols and the effectiveness of their management at the front desk and beyond. A hotel’s primary responsibility is to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for its guests, something that was not achieved during our visit. I kindly request the hotel to reach out to me directly to discuss a fair resolution to this matter, ideally in the form of a full refund. This experience has profoundly impacted my view of Sahara Hotel, and I am hopeful that the management will take swift action to address these issues.
