The cleanest room I've ever stayed in Friendly staff made us feel very welcome Restaurant food was good Very nice pool area and gym area Will return for sure

First off let me start by saying that this is customer service at its finest! From the moment we checked in Ashley had a smile on her face and made check in pleasant and simple. Her mannerism even when I was actually a little hangry and cold was on point. She made my first impression a good one to say the least. The room is very spacious, the bed is actually very comfortable and the room clean. The view at night was insane as one wall is all window it’s really nice. The pool area is on the smaller side but beautiful and well kept and we found chairs everyday no issue. The kids that work at the pool are respectful, kind and helpful. Really nice to see that the younger staff also aims to please. We ate daily while at the pool and in all honesty probably the food I enjoyed most. It was fresh, tasted good and Decent prices considering Vegas and hotel food. Coffee station is perfect for a quick grab and go early in the morning and the staff is super friendly as well. The ladies always had a smile on their faces. Also the added security check before getting into the hotel elevators is very nice to see as added protection. Also always greeting you with a smile. The resort fees are the lowest compared to some of the other hotels and free internet. Maybe the only thing is it’s a bit off the strip but literally it’s about a 5 min walk to the Wynn and main strip. We love walking so this wasn’t an issue at all! The mall is directly across from the hotel and you can even cross through it. some doors open as early as 6am which you can grab Starbucks if you wanted. It’s not the most modern or biggest hotels like the other ones but it was what we were looking for. Also liked that it had no casino and no smoking. All in all for me it’s the Staff and customer service that I appreciated the most. Well done !! Keep up the good work!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. It's close to everything. The pool staff is excellent, very attentive. The floors were very quite and clean

Clean, no cigarette smell, conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and had great windows. The bathroom was very large and beautifully kept.

After a long day on the convention floor, it's good to stay someplace clean, smoke free, that really is more of an apartment than a hotel. The restaurant is rarely more than a ten minute wait without reservations, the food is terrific, and the staff is exceptional. No walking through a casino, no smoke, no crowded restaurants, and it's easy to get a cab in the front back to the convention center (10 minutes @8am). Great view from the rooms also.
