Monique is the BEST cocktail waitress EVER! If you ever have the experience of her taking care of you, you should feel privileged. She takes such good care of everyone one in her section. I've been coming here for years and I always play wherever she is working. LOVE HER!

The Barry Mannilow show was fantastic!! You must go see it! Full Vegas style performance. The crew at Westgate was super friendly and accommodating at the venue. Thanks Joseph B for helping us out with seats! One suggestion would be to buy any Barry merchandise prior to the show. The merch shop is incredibly crowded after the show.

Half the elevators were out during my visit in the East tower. I stayed here for business, attended Waste Expo. Neighbors were loud, partying, throwing up, etc....I understand it's Vegas but maybe there should be designated floors for business travelers only. Just an idea.

Horrible guest services. Staying for a conference they make no accommodations to check out 30 minutes later when the conference ended to help with the headache of hundreds of people at luggage check. No hot water in the room, TV didn't work. Plan at least 10 minutes to catch an elevator. Rooms are dirty they don't vacuum or wipe anything down. The doors are so poorly fitted that light comes through the door an inch all the way around. The gym and pool hours are absolutely horrible. I have never seen such horrible hours for those services. Not to mention paying $7 for a bottle of water. No coffee makers or microwave in the rooms.
