Great hotel. Service at the highest level. Good, diverse kitchen. Behind us was fixed manager Kanen, who helped with the organization of our holiday in this hotel and beyond. For him special gratitude. A wonderful holiday that is remembered for life. The hotel and staff can put the highest score. Best hotel.

We have been lucky enough, over the years to travel extensively around the world, yet I have to say that this will stay with us as being the best holiday we have ever had. For sure, the resort itself is exquisite and you feel such a sense of calm as soon as you drive through the gates, the food in all of the restaurants is outstanding and the rooms are all delightful. However, what sets this resort apart from any other we have visited, are the people ! The butler who was assigned to our room was Tej, who was so attentive and was a great ambassador for the resort. Every morning we would be collected by buggy to go to breakfast. Khunkhun and Navin especially, were so helpful. On arriving at breakfast you are greeted by the lovely smile of Reena and escorted to your table where we were served by the amazing Tarvin, who provided the best customer service that we have ever experienced, anywhere. The breakfast buffet is incredible and really needs to be seen to appreciate the quality of choice. Days were spent on the beach being looked after by the wonderful Vicky, for whom nothing is too much trouble. His introduction to Mauritian chilli paste became a firm favourite. The restaurants are all of exceptional quality. Indya was our favourite and Kevin, who served us had great knowledge of his menu. Adash in the Floating Market was also really helpful in helping us choose from an extensive menu. My husband used the gym daily and was really helped by Yogesen. I have to also give a shout out to the Senior Management Team, at this resort as they were so friendly and more importantly, approachable. They genuinely were interested in you and were always ready to stop and have a chat with you. That is something that I have never experienced anywhere else. Finally, a big thanks to Neha our Customer Service Manager who not only looked after us during our time at the resort but also before hand in planning for our trip. Overall, this was a holiday to remember and we will most certainly be back.

Amazing place with the most beautiful beach, great interiors and spa. The Le Morne mountain is in walking distance and definitely worth a hike. Also, we appreciated many complimentary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to our butler Yash and sommelier Suraj.
