Never been to as good a hotel as, in a league of its own. Our room was stunning the terrace great. Close your eyes and try and imagine your perfect view , and that’s what I got when I was there ( room 262), pull back the curtains , uninterrupted sky , walk to the beach (36 steps) and you are on the best beach in Mauritius. Golden sand, warm blue sea , crucially protected by a reef which allows the water to be calm and safe. Bar was 10 metres away , press the button because by now you have lost the ability to to move , one of Harris’s charming team (Vikki and crew) make sure you never wait long and is delicious. Restaurants, all 5 of them . Tried them all , Japanese, Asian , Curry, Mauritian , General were all outstanding the choice meant you could mix it up never eating the same place. Breakfast , never seen anything like it , can’t describe it . First day I rolled out of there, slightly learnt a lesson , had to rein it in. You name it , it was there. Most importantly, I couldn’t work out why I felt this place was so special, and then I found out , the team were so well looked after by the management, you ask them , they listen and it is done straight away the crew said . Each and everyone had a smile , their happiness was reflected in everything they do , so much so that I asked the CEO had someone said something, I couldn’t help feeling that I was receiving special treatment, he answered me no, I didn’t believe him . I promise you , go there and see it in action. So , thank you Jean - Baptiste , Benoit, , Kevin (the Asian restaurant supervisor, Harris and his beach , Avish with his smile, but it’s unfair to mention just these guys , to each and everyone of you . A massive thanks to, I needed a rest ,and I got it , by the end I was so laid back I could hardly move . Again , thank you , it was beyond dreams

The location is outstanding, the rooms are high-quality and the service is amazing. Especially I would like to recognize two people Mr. Ayman and Ms. Noushreen they extremely attentive , they were very humble but at the same time their service was extraordinary. Also the GM Jean Baptiste is very approachable and a great leadership skills .

From the moment we arrived at The St. Regis Le Morne Resort, Mauritius, we were warmly welcomed by Sylvestre and the front desk team. We were celebrating my daughter’s 10th birthday, and everything was perfectly arranged, making it truly unforgettable. The room decoration by Nusreen, our butler, was absolutely beautiful — every detail was thoughtfully prepared. At INDYA, Keshav and Chef Malik took great care of us, and the food was exquisite. Breakfast at Le Manoir felt royal thanks to Lucinda and Jessika. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture of the General Manager who personally came to check whether our stay met our expectations. In short, it was an incredible experience. The entire team was caring and attentive throughout our stay — keep up the good work, everyone!

The overall hospitality experience was of a very high standard. Food & Beverage: Excellent quality, well-presented, and served on time. Variety catered to different preferences, and service staff were attentive without being intrusive. Service: Staff demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion throughout. Meeting Facilities: The meeting room was comfortable, well-lit, and conducive to strategic discussions. Seating arrangement supported interaction. Audio-visual equipment functioned well, and connectivity was reliable. Environment: The calm and premium setting contributed positively to focus, reflection, and open dialogue.

Our stay at The St. Regis Mauritius was, without exaggeration, the best holiday of our lives. From the very first moment, we felt welcomed at the highest possible level. A very special thank you goes to Nikhil, our butler. His professionalism, discretion, and outstanding skill set were simply remarkable. He was always present when needed, attentive to every detail, and took exceptional care of our entire family with genuine respect and warmth. His service elevated our stay to an entirely different level. The hotel is stunningly beautiful, impeccably clean, and maintained to perfection. The culinary experience was equally impressive — high-class cuisine, beautifully presented, and consistently excellent. Every single member of the service staff was incredibly friendly, courteous, and attentive. The overall team performance reflects true luxury hospitality at its finest. The St. Regis Mauritius sets a benchmark for excellence. We will never forget this extraordinary experience.
