Our family had an unforgettable stay at The St. Regis Le Morne Resort, Mauritius. The setting is breathtaking—one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed—with wonderful rooms and excellent facilities. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the exceptional service. The warmth, kindness and genuine care of the staff made us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay. It is the people here who turned a beautiful holiday into something all of us will remember with real affection. A heartfelt thank-you to Zahra, Kevin, Yulinda and Wendy, and to the entire team, for everything you did to make our time so special. You are the heart of this resort and the biggest reason we are already looking forward to returning. We left with wonderful family memories and cannot wait to visit again in the near future. First Class as always! Having just returned from our 9th stay at St Regis !e Morne we were once again overwhelmed by the warm welcome we received from everyone and it definitely feels like coming home. Everything about the resort is first rate in terms of luxury accommodation, stunning beach location, world class cuisine and amenities especially for kite surfing, but above all it is the people who work there who make it so special. There are many of those who have been at St Regis from the beginning and it seems clear that everyone enjoys their work place and they are all so warm and genuinely keen to help make sure your holiday is unforgettable. The restaurants are all great but our favourite must be Indya for the innovative dishes created by Chef Malik. We would highly recommend the cookery courses available. The Floating Market and the Boat House are both excellent too and Le Manoir has the most amazing themed buffet nights with the biggest choices of freshly cooked dishes you have ever seen! We would like to make special mention to those people who took care of us during this stay. Our Butler Nikhil who we had not met before, but who right from the start understood and needs and requests and for whom nothing was too much trouble. He even messaged us on his day off to make sure we had everything we needed. A huge thank you Nikhil for your kindness and professionalism. Thank you to Alison the new Sommelier for the wonderfully interesting wine tasting you did with us which was so enjoyable. You are so passionate and knowledgeable about wine and we are in no doubt that you will create an exciting new wine list for the future. Thank you to the beach team Raj, Vicky and Kervin who were always on hand to help with sunbeds, towels and refreshments just when you needed them. Thanks also to Lucinda and Jeshika at Le Manoir who always greet us in the morning with a sunny smile and our Earl Grey tea! We must not forget the housekeeping team and Jonathan for looking after our beautiful room for us and Narvin for always being there when we needed a buggy ride. Finally a massive thank you to the whole management team for making sure that this special hotel remains just as special as always, and we look forward to returning again soon.

My experience at The St. Regis Mauritius Resort was nothing short of extraordinary. The level of service truly compares to none other I have experienced, and they have absolutely earned their five stars. From the moment you arrive on the property, you immediately feel at home. What makes the experience particularly special is the genuine warmth and personalized attention—you are greeted by name throughout the resort, from check-in all the way through departure. It creates a feeling of being truly welcomed and valued rather than simply being a guest. A special thank you to my butler, Nikhil, and the entire housekeeping team, who anticipated and attended to my every need with remarkable efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care. They went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration incredibly special and created memories that I will cherish for years to come. I also had the pleasure of experiencing nearly all of the resort’s restaurants. The only exception was the Japanese restaurant—not because of a lack of interest, but because I simply could not resist returning to Indya twice! The cuisine, presentation, flavors, and overall dining experience were truly unforgettable and unlike anything I have experienced elsewhere. The St. Regis Mauritius is more than a beautiful resort—it is an experience defined by exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and a team that genuinely cares about making every guest feel special. My stay exceeded my expectations in every way, and I look forward to returning.

It would be hard for me to understand why anybody would give this hotel less than a 5 star review. It is as perfect as you could expect any hotel could be. The location, accommodation, food and staff are simply wonderful and yes, of course, there are the some small pay offs – when you’re dining outside in the beautiful surroundings you will get birds flying around you, when you are feeding hundreds of guests not every dish might be cooked to absolute perfection, when you are maintaining a hotel of this size, with premium accommodation the odd bit of maintenance might get overlooked – but these are all minor things compared to what it does really well. And what it does well is look after you, pamper to your every need, provide you with beautifully cleaned suites, a team of people who are nothing but courteous, friendly and helpful at all times, food that is almost always delicious and a location that is simply wonderful. None of the hotel team pressured us for tips or asked us to include their names in a review and that really helped us to relax on the holiday (although the notion of tipping, what to tip and to who, what you do when you run out of cash etc is always slightly stressful no matter where you are). They were truly wonderful and our particular thanks go to Manisha, Jennifer, Bria, Niteesh, Vikesh, Reena in the Le Manoir, the excellent service of Nikhel who really looked after us in the Boathouse, Christine who did my poached eggs in the mornings with a smile, Usha who gave me a lovely massage and also Tashish, Lucinda, Ryanesh, Jessica and finally Chef Malik who delivered the most beautiful Indian meal in the Indya restaurant. In addition we would like to thank ALL the staff - the gardeners, the maintenance team, the housekeepers, our butler team, the chefs, sous chefs, management and everyone for such a wonderful holiday. We visited the St. Regis thinking it would be a one-off trip and left knowing we will return. The boat trip to swim with dolphins, arranged through the hotel, was a once in a lifetime experience and all the facilities and activities laid on by the St. Regis were really enjoyable. When the weather was iffy in the evenings we played table tennis or pool in the drawing room to work off all the delicious food we ate! And our first trip on e-bikes resulted in us returning home and buying some! As I said at the beginning of this review, I do not understand ratings of less than 5 stars for this beautiful hotel that looks after its guests so well. We will certainly be back.

We stayed at St Regis for one week. It was absolute paradise! 10/10 for suite, service, restaurants, gardens, views. Special mention to Sharmila who was our butler. She couldn’t do enough for us and we had special treat in our room every day. The hotel was beautiful! You would be lucky to have Sharmila. Only niggle with hotel was main pool was too cold.
