A heartfelt, unforgettable stay. Warm, personal, and beautifully cared for. This was my second time at the St. Regis Le Morne with my sister, and even with a slightly awkward start (a couple of mix-ups with names and restaurant orders), the team transformed the entire experience into something genuinely memorable. What stayed with me was the way they showed up afterwards: attentive, present, and sincerely committed to making sure we felt looked after. Butler service: truly exceptional I have to start with Avish, our butler. He was the anchor of our stay. He organised a sabrage (the opening of a champagne bottle with a dull sword, with roots in Napoleonic times) for us on the beach at sunset — something I had never done before — and it became one of the moments I will always remember. At the end of the week, Avish surprised my sister and me with a framed photograph of that exact moment. It was thoughtful, personal, and genuinely touching. Throughout the week, he didn’t miss a detail. He was attentive without being intrusive, warm without being formal, and always one step ahead. Thierry, our senior butler, was also wonderful and consistently present in the kindest way. Dining: beautiful food, and even more beautiful people The dining across the resort was outstanding. The Floating Market deserves its own line: everything was fresh, balanced, and honestly, some of the best dishes I’ve had in a hotel setting. A heartfelt thank you to Sharma, Nikhi, Neetish, Regina and France and all the amazing ladies at Le Manoir and Indya who greeted us every evening and morning with kindness and energy. Vishan, one of the waiters at the beach, was super attentive. (Too many names to remember - and I probably misspelled them - but unforgettable smiles!) Breakfast deserves extra praise: it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Incredible selection, everything fresh, and served alongside views of the pool, the water features, and the impeccably kept gardens. It was the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and breathe a little deeper. (The ladies at the egg station were superb: attentive and kind). Boathouse & activities The activities team made the holiday even more special. Sylvester introduced me to water skiing for the first time with a lot of patience as I was an absolute beginner. Snorkelling was beautiful, and everything at the boathouse run by Joe felt safe and well organised. The Opera on the beach on the last evening of the stay was exceptional with Estelle, a young, talented opera singer and her orchestra accompanying her in a moving performance of famous arias. The resort itself Housekeeping was flawless. The room was always spotless and fresh. The gardens are perfectly tended, the beach is stunning, and I felt completely safe and relaxed throughout the entire stay; even security had this warm, reassuring presence. I also appreciated the generosity after the initial hiccups: the discounts on dinners and drinks felt thoughtful rather than transactional. Overall, this was one of the best holidays in recent years. Because the people there made it meaningful. It felt personal, warm, and genuinely cared for. I’m already planning to come back next year, and this time I’m bringing my whole family. Highly recommended.

Our honeymoon stay at St. Regis Le Morne was an incredible experience from start to finish. Despite a small hiccup with our initial room, the hotel staff was quick to resolve the issue. From there, Gary & Noushreen (our assigned butlers) made every moment of the stay perfect, memorable, and fun. Throughout the stay Gary & Noushreen were in constant communication with us to ensure our needs were met and even planned several very special honeymoon surprises for us! Special shoutout to Brendon & Thierry for their great service at the beach and pool. In addition to the incredible staff, the hotel is beautiful, each restauraunt and the breakfast buffet are all 10/10, and the event programming was very well done (specifically enjoyed the mixology class with Matai). Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing 11 day stay to celebrate our baby moon at the St Regis in Le Morne. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendliest valet staff, and the reception team who greeted us with a fresh drink. The property is serene and relaxing, every single member of staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. The butler service is a great touch, our butler Nousreen and Kreethika made our stay very special. You are made to feel very special and attended to, and this was a truly special hotel experience. Rao was one of our favourite restaurant staff, as were the staff at the Indya restaurant (amazing food!), Matai at the bar was lovely, Rakhee at the security desk and all of the valet desk staff were so welcoming, as were the staff at the breakfast terrace who always greeted us by name and gave us our favourite table. We enjoyed daily watersports as well as snorkelling right off the beach, it was amazing! We would definitely come back!

Amazing stay at St Regis Mauritius. The attention to detail from the different teams was amazing. We were on the far left side of the hotel which was very peaceful with extraordinary ocean views from the room. Special mention to the F&B experience in this hotel. From the breakfast at Le Manoir and dinner at Atsuko, everything went great
