Wonderful staff all around at St Regis Le Morne Mauritius. Despite the property getting on in age, the grand lobby brings you back to the good old colonial days charm, like stepping into another world and not your usual cookie-cutter resort. Breakfast is great, with a wide variety, though it leans mostly toward French & Mauritian. The bakery is exceptional, don’t miss it! The hotel is very high-tech and offers plenty of activities and sports, making it perfect for both relaxation and fun. My appreciation & applause go to the whole team, especially Sana, who went the extra mile to make this unique holiday a special one. The value is excellent, and overall, it was an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to come back!

Friendly and very nice resort on Le Morne beach. Great gym with 2x workout classes a day and several activities we tried including the Le Morne hike, snorkeling, Latte Art class - all complimentary. This side of the island is perfect for sunset and near the dolphins that roam in the waters. Lots of choice of restaurants which made it not feel crowded despite a 172+ room hotel. Amazing breakfast and some management cocktails sundowners were nice. The butler service (Tej!) were amazing and friendly, very nice to try the sabrage experience. Shout out to amazing Ryan too! We were visiting over the Christmas period (not new years), so it was more kids heavy and less atmosphere in the evenings after 10pm. Regardless we'll come back! Portion sizes are quiet large, unsure if full-board is necessary next time!

We stayed at The St. Regis Le Morne, Mauritius shortly after New Year. While the staff across the resort were genuinely very friendly and kind, the service was extremely slow, particularly in all of the restaurants. Dining often required a lot of patience, which was disappointing for a resort of this level. On our first two nights our neighbors were also very loud at night. That said, our stay was completely transformed by our butler, Sam. She truly made the experience memorable and enjoyable, we honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. Sam was exceptional in every way. She handled all of our reservations seamlessly, surprised us with a lovely cake, and even unpacked my suitcase upon arrival. At one point, I asked her if she could come take photos of us on the beach, and she showed up right away with the biggest smile. Her attention to detail, warmth, and responsiveness were outstanding. If you plan to stay at the St. Regis Le Morne, ask specifically for Sam at butler services. She is absolutely excellent and the main reason we left with such positive memories. Highly, highly recommend.

Can highly recommend this great stay for two weeks over Christmas/New Year with the family. All four are very happy with the cozy accommodation and the well-arranged Christmas and New Year event. In addition to this activities such as led gym classes, aqua gym and free access to tennis for the whole family. Thank you to the lovely staff, Amourel, Kevin, Yogi and Effie and others!
