We stayed here for 9 Nights and every aspect of our stay was faultless and the hotel is amazing. Nousreen our butler was helpful and very prompt to reply to any request we had. All the staff were courteous and friendly. The hotel has great facilities from the gym, the water activities, spa, pool and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is just amazing, everything you could possibly think of and more all the omelettes/eggs Benedict etc all cooked to order. The restaurants cater for every taste. The Manoir served a different buffet every night we were there. We also ate at the The boathouse and the floating market and all the food was delicious. And contrary to some of the reviews we read before our stay there are not lots of supplements on the meals, just on things like the lobster or different steaks which you would normally expect to be the case. Afternoon tea and cakes in La Patisserie was really lovely the cakes are delicious. The beach front location is beautiful and we never had a problem getting a sun lounger which are well spaced out and water and snacks are available on the beach. The managers sunset cocktail party was another nice touch that the hotel organises with the traditional Sega dancers. We walked from the hotel to Le Morne mountain and walked halfway up which was great and an easy route from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. They have lots of plug sockets which take UK and European plugs. We tried the stand up paddle boards, kayak and the bottom glass boat whilst we were there (all included) which was great fun. I would recommend this hotel for an amazing stay in Mauritius and can’t wait to return soon.

They don’t hv any dress code for breakfast but still treat u like you are walking into a mosque,no manners all they say is “ you have to cover up!!!!” I wasted thousand of USD to spend my birthday here and they ruined my day, with they rude staff and nonsense rules only bcs I was wearing revealing clothes to hv breakfast by the pool.. totally disgusted by this hotel, if they want only Muslim costumer they should specify ( only muslim are welcome)..

Our recent five-night stay at The St. Regis Mauritius Resort was a refined and memorable experience, characterized by gracious service and a strong sense of place. The resort’s setting and facilities are exceptional, and the thoughtful room upgrade along with complimentary breakfast made our visit feel especially indulgent. A particular highlight was the exemplary service of Sharmila, our butler, whose attention to detail and proactive assistance elevated our stay. She worked closely with me to coordinate a surprise anniversary celebration for my wife, curating ideas and personally arranging a beautifully presented cake, elegant room décor, and complimentary chocolates, which added a deeply personal touch to the occasion. In keeping with the heritage of the brand’s Champagne ritual, Sharmila also arranged a private Sabrage ceremony in our room with a bottle of champagne, creating an intimate moment that felt both celebratory and distinctly St. Regis. Her professionalism, warmth, and commitment to delivering a bespoke experience truly reflected the highest standards of luxury hospitality, and ensured that our time at The St. Regis Mauritius will be fondly remembered.
