I read A LOT of reviews when deciding on where to book for our honeymoon, and subsequently picking up tips and finding information, so it’s only fair I leave one in return. The St Regis Le Morne is simply stunning. Gorgeous decor, wonderful staff, picture perfect beach, relaxing spa treatments, and delicious food. I won’t get into huge detail as many others have covered this already, but if you’re looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings then this is the place for you. There are many small details which make the stay special, from fresh coconuts, to the stations on the beach with suncream (factor 50), fruit & water, the beach bag in the rooms (along with flip flops), plus sleep masks, pillow spray, etc. The beds are insanely comfortable - it was very hard coming back to our own basic double bed! We took advantage of the free water sports including kayak, glass bottom boat, and waterskiing, and there’s a programme of daily free activities ranging from cinema to cooking demonstrations to instructor led HIIT and yoga sessions. I’d definitely recommend the bike tour and the guided walk up Le Morne to a viewpoint. Special mention to our butler Keertisha who was a ray of sunshine and just an absolute delight. So welcoming, and really made sure our stay was extra special. We were there for our honeymoon, and I didn’t expect anything beyond perhaps a welcome bottle of fizz, but she also helped celebrate our honeymoon with sunset sabrage later in our stay, and also organised a cake, more fizz, and balloons for my husband’s birthday (which fell shortly after our stay and we hadn’t mentioned, but they had noted from his passport). We visited end of April/early May as a couple on honeymoon..

Since we were travelling with our baby, she kindly brought our food to the table and ensured everything we needed was taken care of, allowing us to focus on our little one. Her attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care made a real difference to our mornings. Thank you, Manisha, for your wonderful hospitality and for making us feel so well looked after. A very special thank you to Laxmi for taking such incredible care of our baby throughout our stay. She looked after our little one with so much love, patience, and professionalism that it truly felt as though our baby was being cared for by a mother. Her warmth, experience, and gentle nature gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday. We are deeply grateful for her dedication and affection, and she will always be one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you, Laxmi, for treating our baby like your own.

If you've booked to stay at the St Regis in Le Morne, Mauritius, you're in for an unbelievable treat. It's unlike any luxury hotel we've ever stayed at and the service is absolutely the best we've ever recieved at a 5 star hotel. Part of your stay will include the butler service, believe me this additional level of attentiveness will make your stay that extra bit special. Our butlers, Garry and Nikhil, were brilliant and we couldn't speak more highly of their professionalism and their efforts to ensure our stay was one we'd remember forever. The food, the facilities, the resort as a whole is world class but the service from every member of staff is what we feel made this trip extra special and why we will absolutely be coming back next year.

We stayed at the St. Regis Le Morne to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, on the recommendation of friends. We’d wondered if they might have oversold it, but the experience exceeded every expectation. From the warm welcome and clear orientation to the resort, everything felt effortless. We were driven to our beautifully appointed room featuring a plush king bed, a generous desk, a walk-in wardrobe, a freestanding bath, double sinks, a rainfall shower, and a well-stocked minibar. Sliding doors opened to a sweeping view of the reef, right outside. The staff were exceptional: genuinely friendly, attentive, and thoughtful in all the little details. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Excursions were arranged seamlessly, including seaplane flights, car hire, and tailored suggestions for exploring Mauritius. Dining was also a highlight. Our half-board package included breakfast and dinner. With five excellent restaurants on site, each with standout service and cuisine, choosing where to eat each evening became our happiest dilemma. If you’re seeking a relaxing escape in a breathtaking setting, we wholeheartedly recommend the St. Regis Le Morne for a truly memorable stay.

Everything about this island and Resort is PERFECT! The people are so kind , i’ve never experienced this before. Definitly worth it ! I loved every second of it 🙏🏻
