Incredible and well managed property with great staff and great location. Food was great and the butlers team was responsive to all requests. The sunset near the boathouse is a must experience. The ice cream station and the sweets pastries corner was the favorite place for kids. The cinema and library with PS5 outstanding. The gym is the biggest I've seen and probably the best gym in any hotel with a great tennis court and a great e-bike experience. Snorkeling was safe and calm with an experienced team and proper set of rules to keep the reef and guests safe. The girl at the restaurant Rosalia thanks for your help and being nice. Rooms are clean and food is delicious.

This trip was very special for us as we were celebrating both my birthday and my father’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it memorable. A special thank you to Rozalia at the Boathouse restaurant, who was a fantastic host. She demonstrated true excellence in customer care—attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in making our experience perfect. The host at Indye was equally outstanding, and the food there deserves special recognition. It was, without question, the best Indian food I have ever had—authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From our butler, Vishy, to every member of the staff we encountered, the level of service was consistently exceptional. Everyone made us feel welcomed, valued, and celebrated. This was more than just a stay—it was a truly memorable experience that we will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you to the entire team for making such an important celebration so special.

Amazing stay on the West Side. The staff are incredible and this is the place where we received the most genuine service on the island. The food here was also incredible and is worth going for alone! The setting is obviously breathtaking so if you plan on staying next to Le Morne then this is the place to be.

It is this level of dedication that makes the service feel truly impeccable. ​We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and our butlers, Tej and Ghirish, made it unforgettable. Ghirish went above and beyond, decorating our room with meticulous attention to detail. He curated beautiful handwritten notes and mementos from our day, presented in a quaint St. Regis ornament bag—a gesture that moved us deeply. ​ ​The St. Regis Le Morne is a sanctuary for those with refined tastes.
