From the moment we arrived, he anticipated our every need before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging perfect dinner reservations, surprising us with thoughtful touches in our room, or just checking in with a warm smile, his attention to detail was flawless. Nikhil is a true credit to the St. Regis team and made us feel like royalty. We can’t wait to return!

My recent stay at The St. Regis Le Morne Resort with a close friend was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and a level of hospitality that immediately set the tone for a memorable getaway. We stayed in a twin-bed Junior Suite, which was beautifully designed—spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the serene views, made it the perfect space to relax and unwind. What truly made our stay stand out, however, was the outstanding service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. A special mention goes to Nikhail from the butler service, whose attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism were truly remarkable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he anticipated our needs with such care that it made our stay feel effortlessly luxurious. It’s rare to find a place where both the setting and the people create such a seamless and memorable experience. This visit was exactly that. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined yet genuinely warm escape in Mauritius

We had a lovely stay at The St. Regis Le Morne Resort, and our butler truly made a difference. Ayman was very thoughtful—one evening when I wasn’t feeling well with a cold, he brought me tea without us asking, which was greatly appreciated. He also helped us arrange a few practical details for us, which we appreciated. Noursheen was also helpful in arranging snorkeling gear for us, making it easy to enjoy the ocean. One small note is that there are quite a few golf carts around the resort. While the setting is very peaceful, the frequent movement of carts along the paths can take away a bit from the atmosphere when you’re walking around and trying to fully relax. Overall, a very enjoyable and memorable stay.
