Superb location, very helpful staff. Sunset rituals, magical moments. Torquoise lagoon, beautiful corals. An amazing culinary experience, especially Indya. Ashwina was so nice & welcoming. Rikish from the beach service was amazing, smooth service. Big thanks to the housekeeping team for the impeccable service and beautiful flowers. Thank you so much, Sana, who went above and beyond. Not to forget Sita, Marie Anouska & Nafiza.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at — from the incredibly delicious food in every restaurant to the beautiful aesthetics of the rooms. We especially loved the hotel grounds, the mountain views, and the unique natural surroundings. I would also like to highlight the staff — everything was truly top-notch. Our butlers, Sam and Nikki, made our stay extremely comfortable and helped us with every question we had, and even more.

We had a wonderful stay at St. Regis Le Morne in every aspect: the green, park-like hotel grounds right on the beach, the various high-quality restaurants, the spa and fitness facilities, and the well-maintained suite provided the ideal basis for a great stay. The very attentive, friendly, and interested staff—the reception team, gardeners, cleaning staff, service teams, butlers, receptionists, and chefs—made the stay a unique experience with a very personal, familiar touch. Everyone met on equal terms, engaged in small talk, but also in serious conversations. Butler Nikhil gave us valuable tips for excursions in the south of the island and took care of our well-being every day, Harris and his beach service team looked after us with attentive, fast service and lots of little extras on the beach from morning to night, massage therapist Ayesha provided professional, relaxing massages, personal trainer Yogi offered effective individualized fitness lessons, breakfast chefs Mme Christelle and Donne lovingly took care of our special breakfast requests every day, and chef Rakshit at the Japanese gourmet restaurant Atsuko outdid himself daily with new creations, tailored to our specific dietary needs - in a unique blend of composure and professionalism. Throughout our stay, head chef Bhuttoo lovingly coordinated the preparation of special diet menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – a level of care that far exceeded our expectations and that goes far beyond the normal five-star level. We felt completely at home in the resort, especially because of the unique, authentic hospitality culture. Unfortunately, the way some guests treated the staff caused us to feel somewhat uncomfortable at times – some guests acted like royalty, communicating with employees in a rude, demanding tone and treating them like second-class humans. It's a shame, but such behavior probably reflects our society. We hope that the staff at St. Regis Le Morne are supported by management in dealing with such guests and don't have to put up with everything. It's important that respect goes both ways and that certain values in interaction are respected - by guests as well. And if you have such wonderful staff it's beneficial to have an open ear for their experiences too. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, especially because of the warm hospitality and the many wonderful personalities at the resort.

Always a pleasure to come back to fabulous St Regis, Le Morne with my family. Check-in by Nora was swift and pleasant and we had this must try welcoming cocktail. We had a very pleasant surprise from the butler's team in our room. The romantic decoration in the bathroom was absolutely amazing. A massive thank you to Keertisha, Tej,Rishi and Shirish for going the extra mile to make this family vacation memorable. Special mention also to Stacy and the kite flyers club for the attention and presents for our daughter. Can't wait to visit you guys again!
