Reviews for Belmond Miraflores Park
The hotel is in the nice and safe location in Miraflores. A modern hotel but it does not feel like a common business hotel. We stayed twice for the beginning and end of our Peru trip. Check in process very quick and concierge service was excellent. I only remember Miguel who remembered us when we came back to stay at this hotel again at the end of our Peru trip. First stay, they upgraded us to the executive floor. The room is clean, spacious and peaceful. The breakfast was great and with the nice view. Larcomar shopping mall is just a short walk away, we loved to walk around the area. All in all, no surprise it is still the top rank hotel in Lima. Well done.

We stayed her for one night before travelling on to Cusco, so had less than 24 hours in the hotel. It takes about 45 minutes from the airport (most of which I would suggest you shut your eyes for given how everyone drives in Lima!). The hotel has some beautiful general areas, in particular the lobby and the bar. The staff are exactly as you would expect for Belmond, with wonderful service from everyone we met, we had recommendations from more than one member of staff about how to acclimatise upon reaching Cusco. I would also like to particularly highlight the service from Andrea in the bar, who made us our first Pisco sour in Peru, explaining the difference between one made in Peru and what we would have tried in London (it's all about the lemon), she also gave us a great restaurant recommendation for Cusco, which we really enjoyed so thank you. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a lovely turndown service with weather forecast for the following day and chocolates. The view from The Observatory is wonderful although it can get busy so you may struggle to get a window view or outside table. I would happily recommend the Belmond, particularly I you can get a good deal - I think we paid c£150 including breakfast through Expedia.
Words would not do the experience justice. The whole occasion was a wonderful time that we enjoyed so much, from the moment we arrived to the sad time when the experience came to an end. The service was amazing, the buffet was fantastic, incredibly varied and our room was gorgeous, with a gorgeous sea view... everything was just great. We really liked the size and layout of the hotel, the pool on the roof with amazing view on the lagoon, restaurants and other facilities... Highly recommended - this is one of the best places I have stayed. A big thank you to the whole team who made it work for us.

Freddy at the Zest Spa gave me the ultimate experience in a massage that combined techniques he uses on professional soccer players as well as the spiritual centering of his yoga practice (he is an instructor). A master!
This should be a 5-star review.. the hotel and service were top-notch. We booked a junior suite for just one night after our Inca Trail hike. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The service by the concierge desk Sergio and Miguel was exemplary with walking tour and dining recommendations. The breakfast at the top floor dining area had something for everyone and cooked to order eggs, pancakes, french toast etc.. Our only complaint was that after our long journey and a full day exploring the city and dining out we returned to a (wedding?) party in one of the main function rooms with a loud band playing. This went on until a little after midnight during which time it was simply too loud to sleep(despite our being several floors away from the party). We called the desk and also mentioned it at check-out and no one seemed that interested. So while this is a great hotel I hope you don't stay there when they are having a function.
