Miraflores Park was the last hotel of nine hotels we stayed in during our Peru trip. It was just as beautiful and fantastic as all of the Belmond hotels we stayed at! The location is perfect - close to the walk along the ocean cliffs and Larcomar shopping mall and many nice shops and restaurants. Our ocean view room was perfect - spacious with a nice bathroom, spotlessly clean and quiet. The bedding was superb. We loved the bar next to the lobby for delicious bites and drinks - especially the server, Orianna (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) - she was delightful! They have a really nice little gift shop with quality items - be sure to check it out. There was a tall gentleman (don’t recall his name) at the entrance that spent time telling us about the turtles and making sure we knew the great places to go on our walk one morning. Best of all was the concierge, Cristian, who helped to ship my electric toothbrush back to the US for me after I left it. The staff and service is exemplary at all Belmond properties, Miraflores Park included!! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Set overlooking Lima's waterfront, this sleek modern hotel exudes an upscale, businesslike vibe. The neighborhood is clean and feels safe, but there's nothing much to see on foot. Our room was well-appointed. Everything worked fine, and the beds were comfortable. But as in much of Lima itself, we could have been anywhere.

We came to lima to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We stayed at the Belmond, Miraflores, in Peru. They picked us up at the airport, the process was simple, secured and relaxed. Immediately after picking our luggage, we went to the CMV right next to customs. They walked us through customs, no questions asked. They took us to our professional driver. Thanks to our lord because traffic in lima is “special”. Upon our arrival to the hotel we felt welcomed and very safe. The check in process a breeze. The room was amazing. Since we were tired do to a long journey and late arrival, we decided to rest. Our next day was an early start, but what an amazing experience it was, starting with breakfast. You feel so pampered they genuinely care for you. For example we had plans to travel to Machupicchu, and must of the staff has been and all had great recommendations of what to do and NOT do. Wich by the way made our expirence at Machupicchu possible, because in case that you don’t know, altitud sickness is real in Cusco, but that review another time Also, we had plans for dining at different “restaurants”including Maido, and Cristian Vasquez was so helpful in assisting us coordinate: transportation, dietary restrictions and many other details, with the different restaurants, that we felt very safe and cared for. I can’t mention all the names of the people that care for us, but to mention a few, Diego at the bar, Cristian , Arian, and others, at breakfast, were also incredible. Also their location is perfect, right in font of a beautiful park, were you can walk, sit relax etc. the views of the pacific ocean from the pool are the best in Lima. People if you are planning a trip to lima, please check out the Belmond at Miraflores, you will NOT be disappointed.

We stayed at the Microflores Belmond in March and we cannot overstate what a positive experience it was for a family. The hotel was perfect, location, service, staff, ect. I rarely write reviews but the service and kindness showed to my wife and 2 teenage girls was so exceptional. Everyone at the hotel was great but a special note to Arian, Antonio, and Christian. Arian’s kindness at breakfast each morning and the pool to our family really made our stay so much more special. Same with Antonio, who even made our family special desserts and explained the significance of certain Peruvian foods. We are huge basketball fans and Christian was able to get the NCAA tournament game in our hotel room. This was no simple feat and was so appreciated. I just cannot overstate how special this experience was. These people worked so hard to help make our trip truly a memorable experience. Lima was absolulely amazing and these 3 in particular helped us see what special people Peruvians are. Thank You! Chris Cowherd

From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were greeted warmly. Welcome drink and a kind agent completing check in logistics, while in the beautiful sitting area was a luxurious touch. Room with ocean view, with fresh fruit was delightful. Breakfast in the Observatory and dinner at Tragaluz was delicious. Service from EVERYONE was outstanding.

We visited Peru and the entire trip was spectacular. Orient-Express hotels provided exceptional service and world-class accommodations. We stayed at the Miraflores Park Hotel, Hotel Monasterio, and Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge. All three hotels had beautiful rooms, outstanding restaurants, and a helpful friendly English-speaking staff. From now on, Orient-Express will be at the top of my list for worldwide travel.

We traveled to Peru and enjoyed stays at Miraflores Hotel in Lima, Hotel Monasterio in Cusco, and Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge. I am highly satisfied and recommend these hotels without reservation.
