Reviews for Belmond Miraflores Park
I haven't written a review in forever - but, this time I must. 3 nights in Lima at the Belmond Miraflores and I couldn't be more impressed with the extremely high level of both friendly and professional service. I've stayed at many luxury hotels and this one is right at the top. From the moment we were greeted to every interaction with the front desk, concierge, spa, Club room and valet, I have continued to be impressed. Ken and Alejandro at the front desk/concierge have helped with dining and getting a seat on the Observation car of the Hiram Bingham - Fabiola has been outstanding in the Club room - making us feel at home and ensuring we have everything we need; and in the Spa - wow! Melissa (massage), Giovana (nails) and Susana (front desk spa - who coordinated everything) - it has all been outstanding. Pair this incredible service with location (right on the beach promenade, close to shopping) and the unbelievable cleanliness and appearance of this hotel EVERYWHERE - and it's just amazing. I would come back in an instant and spend an entire week. Don't forget to try the signature tea and attend one of the Pisco Sour classes ( I plan to go tonight!). Safe travels.

Staying at this hotel was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The perfect end to our trip! The staff were incredible and the restaurant and bar on property were amazing. The hotel gives you bikes to explore Miraflores and Central (best restaurant in Lima) is a 5 minute walk away!

Like other reviewers, we spent 4 days trekking the Inca Trail before heading to Lima. Naturally, I needed a massage, and the Spa at the Belmond Miraflores recommended Freddy. I’m so glad she did — he was amazing. His sports therapy training and stretching techniques took every pain away, and he was incredibly peaceful to work with. If you’re staying at the hotel, treat yourself to one of the best massages you’ll ever have.

After spending 2 weeks trekking across the Andes, the Belmond is the perfect retreat to unwind, reacclimatise and relax before the long trip home to the UK. We strayed in a Junior Suite Ocean View which included breakfast and we booked the hotel private transfer to and from airport which was very reasonably priced. We were picked up and the car was very spacious Mercedes which included wifi which was very useful. We were welcomed on arrival and invited to sit down whilst we were registered. The rooms size was a very good size and very elegant with great attention to detail. The Breakfast is a has a very costimpolitan luxe feel, open and airy with all glass windows looking out onto the park and the ocean, there is an incredible selection for self service as well as menu to order from and excellent coffee. The bar makes very nice cocktails and the spa is perfect for a massage and facial are just what you need after spending 2 weeks in the mountains. Walking distance along the cliff scenic walk is the Larcomar shopping centre which has a good selection of shops and restaurants and great views where you can watch the paragliders True Belmond luxury and style in an unexpected location.
Ken at the Front desk could not be more helpful. Felipe and Migel at the Concierge deck were polite and knowledgeable when we asked for directions. Karina the server at breakfast was a wealth of information and not limited to the food. Fiorella at the bar was so helpful by suggesting what we should have in our "Box Lunch"! The flowers in the lobby were so welcoming. The room with a view of the Pacific was comfortable, A perfect place to end an amazing stay in Peru`.
