Reviews for Belmond Miraflores Park
Truly a 5 star hotel. Overlooking the sea at Miraflores, this is a great place to stay in Lima. We spent 4 nights here and it really felt like home away from home. The staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were terrific - comfortable, spacious, huge bathroom, very comfy bed. The bar was well stocked and the staff were friendly and efficient. Great breakfasts. The pool was relaxing and the temperature was just right on cooler days. All in all we'll definitely stay here again when we come back to Lima.
A modern beautifully presented hotel. The lobby rooms are extremely tasteful but it would have been nice if they had given some local ambience indicative of Peru - you could have been in a 5 star hotel anywhere in the world. The location in Mireflores is good which is the trendy, upmarket area of town that caters well for tourists. It is an easy walk to the popular Larcomar area. To get into the historic centre takes quite some time though due to the very heavy traffic in Lima. Service at the hotel is exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble. My bedroom was a very good size and overlooked the ocean. Linen was a good quality and the room very clean. There are plenty of powerpoints for charging electronic devices. Likewise, the bathroom was also large with a separate bath and huge shower. Its possibly the best shower I have ever had. The toiletries provided were of an excellent quality. The only negative was that the bedroom was not serviced until late afternoon one day. Touches such as refreshments being offered before you have even signed in, and assorted activitie for the guests were nice. Some required payment and others were free such as the cocktail drinks one night and the pisco sour making class another night. There is a rooftop swimming pool with good views and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

My friend and I had just returned to Lima for the night following a week in Cusco trekking the Inca trail. We went to the Belmond to have massages following our exhausting but amazing experience. Freddy was fantastic, he was professional, thorough, skilled and generally just lovely. We both left feeling rejuvenated and much more comfortable than when we arrived. Both of us would recommend the Belmond Park to anyone visiting Lima even if it’s just for the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful spa or the welcoming bar. Thank you Freddy!

After completing the Inca trail I went to the spa when I arrived to Lima. I asked for a full body massage and I was told there was a free lance massage therapist Freddy available who was well recommended by staff. After the hour long combination massage I felt like I could have taken on the trek again. I was so relaxed and rejuvenated afterward. It was well worth the cost and I definitely recommend Freddy.
Hotel is in a good location, near the coast, shops and restaurants. The area is up-market and we felt safe and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the room spacious. One thing we learnt, hotels in South America don’t have a tea or coffee making facilities in room - you need to request a “tea station” for your room.
