Reviews for Belmond Miraflores Park
Freddy at the Zest Spa gave me the ultimate experience in a massage that combined techniques he uses on professional soccer players as well as the spiritual centering of his yoga practice (he is an instructor). A master!
This should be a 5-star review.. the hotel and service were top-notch. We booked a junior suite for just one night after our Inca Trail hike. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The service by the concierge desk Sergio and Miguel was exemplary with walking tour and dining recommendations. The breakfast at the top floor dining area had something for everyone and cooked to order eggs, pancakes, french toast etc.. Our only complaint was that after our long journey and a full day exploring the city and dining out we returned to a (wedding?) party in one of the main function rooms with a loud band playing. This went on until a little after midnight during which time it was simply too loud to sleep(despite our being several floors away from the party). We called the desk and also mentioned it at check-out and no one seemed that interested. So while this is a great hotel I hope you don't stay there when they are having a function.

This hotel is ideally located on the Malecon in Miraflores, and it's away from the traffic noise. The lobby is intimate and comfortable. The staff is helpful and eager to please. The rooms are spacious and luxurious in every sense of the word. The ocean view rooms have a spectacular view of the coastline. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, which is a spectacular way to start your day. I would highly recommend this hotel based on the services offered, quality of the accommodations, and the location.

Not only did the hotel look beautiful - the main entrance, the restaurant and the room - the service was wonderful too. From getting me a bottle of water as I checked in as I was SOO hot, to helping change some money into coins. The staff were lovely. The Paddington Bear statue is literally a five min walk from here - don't miss out! If you like Paddington, apparently you can buy him in some of the shops in Lima, I didn't find one. Ended up buying one in Lima airport as I flew home.
This was our first trip to Peru and we quickly fell in love with the hotel and city. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The Front Desk staff in particular went over and above any expectations we had. Ken provided the most excellent service imaginable- He helped us with dinner reservations, car service, recommendations for local spots to visit, etc. His genuine enthusiasm and excitement to assist his guests truly made our trip so special. The whole hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating no matter what request we made. Fitness facilities and the Spa were excellent. But the trip wouldn't have been the same without Ken in. He greeted us by name at each time and provided an exceptional level of service always with a welcoming smile on his face. One of the best hotel stays that we've ever had. Thanks Belmond and thanks Ken.
