First visit to Lima
It was my first time in Lima, and staying at the Belmond Park Hotel made it unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel completely at home, the service was exceptional and genuine. (Special thanks to Cristian and Jorge for organizing bike rides and restaurant recommendations) Dinner was a highlight, with traditional Peruvian dishes in their amazing dinning room, and excellent service from Ismael. An amazing experience all around. I can’t wait to come back!

Perfect place to stay in Lima
Our stay at the Belmond Miraflores Park was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was luxurious and impeccably maintained, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The service was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel at home.

Really special hotel
Taxi we had booked from the airport didn’t turn up so was a bit frazzled when we arrived but everyone was so super friendly and helpful especially Christian Gomez who spoke to Leonardo at Taxidatum on my behalf and since then all of our taxis have arrived on time. Obviously Belmond hotels are spectacular I was here on my birthday with my daughter and was made to feel very special. Rosa Deustua couldn’t have been kinder. I would recommend this hotel without reservation

Incredible Hotel with Amazing Service
Chose the Belmond as our hotel to relax in following completing the Inca Trail and going to the Amazon. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. We stayed in a junior suite with an amazing view of the ocean. The complementary breakfast had a ton of variety and was delicious. The service was extremely attentive. We had a couples massage at the Zest Spa. Esthefany, Jacqueline and Milenys were amazing and made us feel extremely well taken care of and relaxed. Book this amazing hotel for your Lima stay.

We visited Peru and the entire trip was spectacular. Orient-Express hotels provided exceptional service and world-class accommodations. We stayed at the Miraflores Park Hotel, Hotel Monasterio, and Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge. All three hotels had beautiful rooms, outstanding restaurants, and a helpful friendly English-speaking staff. From now on, Orient-Express will be at the top of my list for worldwide travel.
