We had a lovely stay! The rooms are a bit dated but they are massive and comfortable. We had an ocean front room. The staff was excellent and friendly. It’s in a great location to be able to walk around. Their breakfast in the morning was a highlight. The pool is beautiful and the gym is top notch.

From Checkin to checkout, the service was impeccable. Unfortunately I was ill during my stay at the Miraflores Park so I was unable to experience the full extent of this wonderful hotel. I called reception to get me a doctor. An excellent doctor arrived about 1 hour later and provided me with antibiotics and other medication. The hotel quietly handled everything for me. They contacted our travel company to help change my flights, they contacted our next hotel (also a Belmond) to delay our trip there as I was too unwell to travel on. They were so kind and I was bowled over by the service. I would rate this hotel as the best we have ever stayed in from a service perspective.

Great location for the hotel. Miraflores is an upscale neighborhood with great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. There is a park to walk thru just in front of the hotel. Restaurant on site is great as well. Breakfast is by the rooftop pool. Lobby bartenders make up some great drinks. Staff is very attentive. Room is fantastic.

Could not have been better, as detailed in our survey responses. The location is the best in the city, and the staff is beyond expectations and comparisons.. We travel internationally often, and this is always the highlight of our year!
