Could not have been better, as detailed in our survey responses. The location is the best in the city, and the staff is beyond expectations and comparisons.. We travel internationally often, and this is always the highlight of our year!

First class all the way - from check-in to esthetics to service. A spectacular lobby with a winding staircase. Very clean and well maintained. It is located in a very nice part of Lima, overlooking the ocean. Great restaurants for dinner. Check out the bar at the top of the hotel to see absolutely spectacular sunsets. Start your day with breakfast on the 11th floor.

Comfortable and spacious rooms. A good location with nice views of the ocean. A lively breakfast buffet in a rooftop restaurant but the selection ok. Service was attentive and prompt. The elevators were sporadic and rather than wait we ended up taking the stairs several times. I didn’t mind, but other members of my party were not thrilled. The rooms were certainly spacious and well lit. I’d say this is a good and reliable place to start your Peruvian adventure.

Fine luxury hotel with excellent service and beautiful traditionally furnished rooms. The attention to details is apparent. An excellent city hotel overlooking the Pacific. The staff at the hotel are naturally friendly and professional.

I had a great stay at the hotel, it is in great location. Staff are very attentive, polite and friendly. the hotel is on the older side but well maintained. Breakfast is excellent in rooftop terrace, great selection and great service. Would recommend and come back
