The service provided at this hotel was excellent. The staff were very attentive. The rooms were well kept and clean. The internet worked with no problems. The food at the hotel was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I went to the Spa of the Swiss Hotel for half a day, and I had a great experience! I loved the spa, great infrastructure, great massage, great service. the staff was absolutely great, very kind and professional, the place is so pampering and relaxing you'll feel like spending the whole day there away from noise. It's a fully relaxing atmosphere, I loved the massage. I also had a facial treatment which I liked very much! The massage rooms are perfect, the Jacuzzi and sauna are just GREAT. The overall experience at the spa was fantastic! Definitely recommend it!

The hotel is beautiful, really beautiful.. now why 3 stars you might ask.. well I used the soap in the bathroom and the next morning I woke up covering in hives.. I told the front desk and they were helpful enough to get a nurse BUT they kept insisting it was something I ate.. and whenever I explained that it was the soap they kept trying to put the blame on me or something I ate.. I have no food allergies so I know that wasn't the case so that was upsetting.. the hives spoiled majority of the rest of my trip .... Now the good they did bring complimentary soup because of the hive incident. The pool was beautiful! The steam room is the best I've ever been in. And it's surrounded by really nice restaurants. It's a bit pricey and in my opinion not worth it if staying for personal travel.

I spent one night at this hotel with my sister on the way back from Cusco. It is considered to be one of the best hotels in Lima. I would not say it is quite up to 5 star standards- I would give it 4.5 stars. The room was very comfortable and classic, however the rooms need to be upgraded and renovated. The bathroom is functional and very big- however it also needs better decor and the shower was difficult to open. The food and drinks at the hotel were ridiculously overpriced. However, the gym/ spa and pool facilities were phenomenal. There is also a hair salon in the hotel which I found to be convenient. The room service was very slow- it took about an hour when I ordered a few glasses of milk. When I requested more water bottles it also took about an hour. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel, but if you’re looking for a modern stylish hotel this is not the place for you. T

Perfect last night in Lima - loved the pool and hot tub, late-night room service ceviche was impressively good, beds were really comfy and the breakfast buffet was amazing! Spent New Years Eve and felt the cost including breakfast for two rooms was a great deal. The staff were very helpful, gave us two adjoining rooms perfect for having family and also having privacy. The bathrooms were huge with a lovely rain showerhead. Would definitely stay again.
