Altis Avenida Hotel

Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Altis Avenida Hotel and I just had to write a review on how wonderful the staff and the hotel were. They went out of their way to make our trip special multiple times. From port wine and pastel de nata in our room upon check in, to white wine and cookies on our last night, they constantly beat our expectations. Claudia walked us to our room upon check-in, was always a smiling face and happy to help with restaurant recommendations or things to do. Thank you Also a special thank you to Sofia, for going out of her way to provide excellent service. We asked sort of last minute to take the shuttle to their Belem location, not knowing we needed to schedule in advance, and went to grab a coffee while we waited for the scheduled departure at 10 am. Upon our return, she informed us the shuttle was canceled, but not to worry, she had a taxi waiting out front for us and paid the fare for the trip. The hotel was beautiful, the staff great, the bed comfy.... what else can you ask for??? Thanks

We had a great experience at Altis Avenida, the staff was amazing, going above and beyond. We arrived early after a long flight, Rui was very accommodating and helpful!! Gorgeous views of the city from the balcony and great location in the center of Lisbon to walk to many nearby destinations. Would come again and rebook this hotel!

"Perfect is an understatement! The entire team was welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were beautifully appointed, spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the daily breakfast was a great way to start the day with an incredible location and view. Ensure to have dinner at Rossio as you will not be disappointed with this amazing culinary experience and attentive service! We stayed at the Altis Avenida for several nights during our trip to Lisbon and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Our stay was arranged by Michael McHugh from Dream Makers Vacation Services, who did a wonderful job selecting this hotel for us. A really nice touch right from check-in: the hotel showed us a couple of different rooms and let us pick the one that best suited our needs — a small gesture that made a big difference. The room itself was spotless, with a wonderfully comfortable mattress and pillows that made for great sleep after long days of sightseeing. The location is fantastic — centrally situated and just steps away from a great café and an excellent pastelaria, perfect for grabbing a coffee or a pastel de nata before heading out for the day. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff were consistently accommodating, helpful, and attentive to anything we needed. It really elevated the whole experience. We'd highly recommend the Altis Avenida to anyone visiting Lisbon — great location, comfortable rooms, and wonderful service.
