We stayed here for one night before flying out of Lisbon. It's in a great location. The customer service was fantastic. Check-in was easy and the people at the front desk were incredibly polite. We were shown to our room and they walked us through the amenities. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice, way better than any complimentary breakfast I have ever had. We also went to the rooftop bar, it has amazing views of the city and a great menu. We really enjoyed our short, but wonderful stay.

Such an amazing hotel. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean with a large bathroom. We were lucky to have the most amazing view of the city. Perfectly situated at Rossio square, the hotel ideal to explore Lisbon. The only thing better than the location and accommodation is the staff. Every member of staff was polite, friendly and so helpful. I'd highly recommend the Altis Avenida, in fact, I didn't want to leave.

This is a great city centre hotel. Small ground floor reception but to be expected. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Clean, well kept so good housekeeping and friendly reception. We have enjoyed our stay and will recommend to anyone coming to Lisbon. Finally thank you Victor for going above and beyond, recommending restaurants and places to visit. 5*
