Altis Avenida Hotel

Perfect location in the middle of Lisbon with access to all tourist attractions. Rooms were nice and the staff especially Sophia were excellent! The views from the Gastropub were magnificent

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was near everything.The staff were amazing, so helpful, Bruno who served us up on the roof top told us where to go , the cleaning staff were fantastic just done all the little things that make your holiday so special. Thank you all for looking after us .♥️

Perfect location, very good breakfest

Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Altis Avenida Hotel and I just had to write a review on how wonderful the staff and the hotel were. They went out of their way to make our trip special multiple times. From port wine and pastel de nata in our room upon check in, to white wine and cookies on our last night, they constantly beat our expectations. Claudia walked us to our room upon check-in, was always a smiling face and happy to help with restaurant recommendations or things to do. Thank you Also a special thank you to Sofia, for going out of her way to provide excellent service. We asked sort of last minute to take the shuttle to their Belem location, not knowing we needed to schedule in advance, and went to grab a coffee while we waited for the scheduled departure at 10 am. Upon our return, she informed us the shuttle was canceled, but not to worry, she had a taxi waiting out front for us and paid the fare for the trip. The hotel was beautiful, the staff great, the bed comfy.... what else can you ask for??? Thanks

We had a great experience at Altis Avenida, the staff was amazing, going above and beyond. We arrived early after a long flight, Rui was very accommodating and helpful!! Gorgeous views of the city from the balcony and great location in the center of Lisbon to walk to many nearby destinations. Would come again and rebook this hotel!
