Altis Avenida Hotel

I celebrated my 30th birthday at the restaurant on the 7th floor with around 30 guests, and the entire experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I began planning, I felt completely supported by the team. I chose the Rossio room and it turned out to be absolutely perfect. What impressed me most was how the team adapted everything to my personal taste and specific needs. Every detail I requested was considered, and they were always open to adjusting things so the event reflected exactly what I had envisioned. The staff was exceptional, especially Sara, the event coordinator, who was outstanding from the very beginning. She embraced all my requests, offered great suggestions, and showed remarkable professionalism throughout. She also provided several unexpected gestures that gave the celebration an even more unique and personal touch. The food was another highlight. I chose the buffet style and still think it was the best choice thanks to the variety of flavours that pleased all my guests. Every dish was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour. My guests were genuinely impressed and kept complimenting the food. This venue and its team helped turn my birthday into an unforgettable memory for me and my close ones. Absolutely recommend!!

Luxury hotel in the centre of the city. Great service. Lovely room with fantastic bathroom. High quality accessories in the room and bathroom. Attentive and friendly staff across the board. Slightly disappointing breakfast stopped me giving 5 stars, but that is being picky and wouldn't put me off returning.

My stay at Altis Avenida was nothing but pleasant. The hotel is very well located, making it easy to get around. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond whenever I needed assistance. From the bellboy to the receptionist, everyone was welcoming and smiling. The rooms were a decent size and great value for money. I would happily stay here again.

Amazing experience at this wonderful Hotel. From the very moment we stepped into the doors, we were treated extremely special. Every worker, from bellhop, to front desk, to doormen, were amazing. Room was comfortable and spacious ( we booked a suite). Hotel is centrally located, very clean, and out stay was simply amazing. The front desk even helped us out when a tour cancelled on us last minute and booked a replacement tour by car for us. We can't thank them enough and if we come back, we wouldn't even consider staying somewhere else. Rooftop views are amazing , especially at night with a clear view of the mountaintop castle, and definitely recommend booking the buffet breakfast. Also, felt very safe in the area.
