Altis Avenida Hotel

The Altis Avenida is located in the city center, close to excellent shopping and great restaurants. Our room was modern, comfortable, spacious, quiet and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the included morning breakfast, with a good variety of buffet items and made-to-order breakfast items can be ordered. The rooftop sun deck is great for enjoying the sunset, with great views of the city extending to the Tagus River. The hotel has a full-service concierge who can make recommendations and reservations for restaurants and transportation. One or more Bellmen were always available to assist with luggage for arriving and departing guests. We found that Ubers and Bolts were readily available and could pick us up and drop us off at the front entrance of the hotel, if done quickly. The hospitality provided by the staff throughout our stay was excellent. Thank you to everyone at the Altis Avenida Hotel!

The location of this lovely hotel is around the center of Lisbon. Great for tourists. The room was beautiful. We were on the top floor with a small(think 18 inches deep) balcony. There was a rooftop restaurant with beautiful views of the city and we had some light snacks there although they did serve a dinner if you had reservations. A floor above this was a sundeck with some chairs and the same beautiful views. My main complaint about this hotel room was its size. It was tiny. There were actually two closets, one with shelves and the other for hanging space but since we were traveling on we did not unpack. There was hardly any room to put the suitcases and we were tripping over our belongings. The bathroom was a nice size as well with a tub/shower combo. The room was also very quiet. We never heard our neighbors or any street noise. The breakfast room was large and the choices for food unbelievable. Multiple choices of bread, fruit, vegetables, meats, smoked salmon, cereal and toppings, pancakes, waffles, potatoes, bacon,etc. Also you could order hot food off a menu like omelets.Fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay at Altis Avenida! The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. The location is fantastic—right in the center of Lisbon, making it easy to walk to so many restaurants, shops, and attractions. And the rooftop bar is incredible! It’s a great place to enjoy a drink and take in the views of the city. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend Altis Avenida to anyone visiting Lisbon!
