The moment you enter the hotel the 5 star standards apply, from the kind doorman to the amazing checkin staff. This must be my 10th visit in the past few years and standards have never slipped. The most amazing hotel in Lisbon and ideally located considering the room rate. Facilities speak for themselves and even though the hotel is a few years old it is maintained to a very high level. Room this trip was a deluxe junior suite, if you can afford worth every penny/euro. Breakfast is amongst the best experienced on business and personal travel with family. Looking forward to my next visit in April.

I stayed here in August 2017 for a week. I loved the convenience that it has being so close to the trains station. The rooms are superb, huge and clean. My oh my, I loved the chocolates I would get on the bed everyday! I had a great view of the city. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety. The hotel staff were very helpful! However, I was a bit surprised that I had to ask for an iron box everyday, this is something that should be available in guest rooms especially for this class of a hotel. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is indeed very nice, close to the Zoo metro station (hence, convenient to get to downtown, but quite far from the centre), with large rooms and a marvelous breakfast buffet. It, however, needs some better coordination between the reception and the reservation office. Being a family of five, I reserved two rooms, a std bedroom for the couple (with a double bed) and a triple room for the kids. When we arrived (on January 31st), we were given rooms in separate floors ! I explained this was not possible, so then we were given rooms on the same floor but not with the correct number of beds. Finally, after half an hour of back and forth, we were finally given two communicating rooms with the right number of beds in each of them. Whew !! When we checked in again five days later for our last night in Lisbon before flying back home, the same errors were repeated. I did not have the stamina anymore to argue with the reception, so I let it be. Still, a hotel that wants to call itself a 5-star one, cannot allow such messups to occur.

I stayed at this hotel for a girls weekend. We upgraded, so had rooms on the higher floors and use of the lounge. The rooms were nice, good bed and the breakfast was varied. The hotel was just getting ready for Christmas and were putting up their Christmas decorations. So the hotel was very festive and the decorations were beautiful. The hotel is not located in the centre but is a short cab ride away. I would recommend this hotel, as my friends and I had a good experience during our stay.
