Corinthia Hotel Lisbon

Wow! If only all hotels were this good! I am so pleased that TA wasn't wrong on this one. This hotel is practically perfect! I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Lisbon. The service gets an "A+" from us. From the delightful breakfast, complete with a piano player every morning, to the little touches like slipper service at night, this hotel was wonderful. The only issue that we had was that the hotel has a gym and I got there early to run and the AC was not working. When I say it wasn't working, it clearly clicked on at 6 AM but before then, there was just stagnant air. I reported it and felt that they went above and beyond to try to fix this and make it better. Things happen, it's the response from management that lets hotel guest know they care and I can tell that this team does care about their guests and their jobs. I would return here the next time we are in Lisbon for sure!

Another fantastic stay in tue Corinthia. Fabulous warm welcome from Antonio on guest services. Great cocktail in Oliviae. Book a suite for access to the panoramic and relaxing sky lounge. Staff from top to bottom are amazing. Water circuit is a great way to refresh the body and worth a visit to the spa.

This is my 3rd visit to Lisbon and staying at the Corinthia Lisbon is always my go to, mainly because of the team that work there. They really do care about every guest. This was a birthday trip and I was totally spoilt from the moment I arrived! Bruno was the bellman who helped with my luggage on arrival and when I left… Paula and Diego made sure I had the most gorgeous suite and birthday treats and my overall experience was because of the whole team! Daniel in the Sky Lounge always made time for me, he was attentive and always accommodating of my foods and beverage requests, breakfast was great and the grazing delicious food throughout the day was a treat! Diana helped me to get my lost cake back 😂 and directions… I had dinner at the hotel 4 out of the 5 nights, Soul Garden was my favourite… The turndown in the evening with the lavender pouch calming and relaxing. The spa was amazing! I didn’t get a massage but spent time in the sauna and jacuzzi, but I would be booking a massage next time! I can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much!

What a gem! Located in a nice residential area, the hotel is lovely, with several wonderful restaurants and excellent in-room dining. The rooms and furnishings are appear new and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We were especially impressed by Rappi in particular, who set up our in-room dining experience as if we were in an actual restaurant, missing no detail. Rappi provided us with useful information too. The concierge desk has also provided us with helpful recommendations — we have been very pleased with the stores and restaurants they have recommended to us. We especially appreciate the hotel shuttles which take guests to the city center.

Rapri Ray brought us our room service on our first night staying at the Corinthia after a long day of travel. He was so professional and kind and we had a lovely conversation as he was setting up our dinner. The in-room service was absolutely wonderful. He set the table, brought out our drinks and then set up the main dishes all with a smile on his face. It made our stressful day of travel melt away and when he came back later to clear away the dishes he still came in with professionalism and a wonderful attitude. It was such a pleasure to meet him and to enjoy such delectable and hot food served with care. Highly recommend the in room meals if you have had a long day! The Auguste burger with foi Gras and red onion jam was a definite favorite and make sure you get the red fruits pavlova for dessert! Rapri even went above and beyond to find a way to make coconut milk hot chocolate to help accommodate my dietary needs. 5 Stars for sure!
