My wife and myself stayed at the corinthia in June 2016 and had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were very modern and clean. location was not central but had a metro station only five minutes walk away and taxis were always waiting outside the hotel day and night. The restaurant was delicious and cooked to a high standard. We enjoyed our first two nights so much we decided to upgrade to a suite which came with executive lounge access, I can highly recommend the lounge, service was excellent as were the views and refreshments. We did encounter a problem with the suite's electrics not working properly, as soon as we reported the problem it was looked at by maintenance who were unable to fix it(half the room had no lights) For the inconvenience the upgrade was given free of charge. Hotel could do with some tweaks to hit 5 stars for me but very close and some aspects exceeded my expectations.

Impossible to sleep in the rooms with view to the street. We could hear the noise of the people in the bar of the hotel. Same problem on tge first floor. We changed to lower class room on the back but the hotel did not change the price of the rooms :-(

Just returned after a four day stay, the hotel is very large and very efficient in everything they do. Whilst its not central to the city the metro is a 2 min walk away and so easy to use to get to the hustle and bustle of central Lisbon. Additionally it’s only 15mins in a taxi from the airport! When we arrived at the hotel we were selected as guest of the day and had an upgrade to a suite with access to the sky Lounge. This was very unexpected but a lovely experience, fantastic views across the city from the top of the sky lounge. There was food and snacks served throughout the day free of charge by very attentive staff. There were also excellent facilities if you are a business traveller too. We booked direct with the hotel via their website and everything was straightforward, they offered the best rate when booking with them directly and used the same term as most other booking agents . My first time in a corinthia hotel and will certainly look for other city breaks using this hotel group .

A welcoming welcome was the start of our stay. The logistics process of the lifts surprised us. The next morning a friendly welcome to breakfast. This breakfast was also very well looked after. The experience with the guest service was also fine. The fact that we could also keep our luggage in storage for longer than our stay, we have experienced very well.

If you want real five star service with amenities in Lisbon this is it. Modern facilities, clean rooms, nice swimming pool, fantastic and friendly staff (especially David from the reception desk), extremely comfortable bed.. the only average thing is location. It is not far away from the airport, metro station is only few steps outside hotel but... you are missing all the beauty of Lisbon every morning and night. For romance, stay in the centre of Lisbon, for everything else this hotel is recommended.
