Stunning hotel
I had a lovely stay at Pestana, the room was spacious and the shower was fantastic. The breakfast had a good array of food. The building is stunning. Very conveniently located a 10 min walk to the conference centre. They could have better hairdryers.

Would recommend and come again anytime!
The room service and food service we had was excellent. Specifically, Patricia went above and beyond to make sure our food needs were satisfied at the table. The ambiance of the hotel is very relaxing and calm with piano music playing through in the background in all rooms. Multiple room services per day to make sure your room doesn’t miss of anything. The location is not optimal necessarily but in between the main areas to visit at a walkable distance which was great I highly recommend the Pestana Palace.

An Excellent Hotel in Lisbon
Hotel staff is superb! They are friendly, helpful, and very personable. The main building is so beautiful. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast every morning was such a treat and Lara greeted us with a smile every day. Also, the dining room staff are welcoming, especially a woman named “Lays”. A smile that lit up the room! Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience!

Perfect holiday
The hotel was extremely comfortable, rooms very clean, staff extremely friendly, helpful and speak good English. Location is perfect, close to the city, but away from the noise. Thank you to all the staff
