The best hotel ever!
We had an incredible stay at the Pestana Palace. The staff and service were incredible. Special call outs for AnnaRita who gave our child a princess tiara and a teddy bear. We hope to return again as the hotel property was just magical. An oasis of calm and opulence

A Jewel in Lisbon
Every time we visit Lisbon, we experience the highest level of hospitality. This time we were travelling with my 84 year old mother and they treated us like royalty! Maria João Ribeiro is an absolute delight to deal with and has over our many visits become a dear friend. Cannot wait to come back, we see you very soon.

Amateur Hour at Pestana Palace
This hotel is ran by a management + event team that should not be in the hospitality business. I was trying to book a room block for a wedding party (40+ rooms). I visited the hotel and was given a rudimentary tour. Promised follow up materials, pricing, proposals, etc - no communications whatsoever despite many follow ups. Our wedding planner categorically affirmed that Pestana is notoriously bad for communications and reliability so if you are even remotely considering doing an event there, I would not recommend it. It a disaster when it comes to communications.

Wonderful stay at Pestana Palace
Wonderful Experience, very comfortable also the beds, love the shower. Service very attentive all the staff all time. Beautiful and relaxing way to experience Lisbon
Beautiful hotel is a relaxing retreat from the heat and bustle of Lisbon. The staff has been very helpful and considerate. Maria at check in was kind and informative.
