Such a disheartening stay, unfortunately hotel staff is full of thieves. They steal right out of the rooms and then lie, all to protect the staff. We even had the manager produce altered documents to the police and falsely claim cctv was out of service. Valuables worth hundreds of dollars stolen right from under our noses.

This hotel saved my 2 week cruise vacation. Even though we checked out the day before the staff collected the bags lost by airlines and contacted us to pick up just before cruise left. Everyone working there is so kind and helpful. Top tier service that goes above and beyond the expected!

I stayed in two Premium Suites—one for me and my wife and another for my daughters. Unfortunately, the suites were much smaller than expected. Considering these are called Premium Suites, I can only wonder how small the regular suites or standard rooms are. The hotel has an excellent location, and the reception and concierge staff were superb. I must especially mention Mr. Daniel at reception, who was extremely professional, helpful, and cooperative. Unfortunately, many other aspects of the hotel felt closer to a three-star property than a five-star hotel. The overall condition and appearance of the hotel were also disappointing (except the entrance and the lobby). The furniture was below average and certainly not what I would expect from a five-star property. The corridors were full of scratches and visible signs of wear, and the wallpaper looked cheap and of poor quality. These details significantly affected the overall impression of the hotel. Service was very inconsistent. Some of the staff delivering items to the rooms were unprofessional and repeatedly forgot parts of our orders. Every single morning, we were woken by housekeeping noise, particularly vacuum cleaners repeatedly banging against the walls. The most shocking incident happened one morning when we returned from breakfast and found our suite door wide open, despite having placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign. A worker had entered the room, opened the windows, and was cleaning them from outside. When I asked him about the sign, he had no explanation. This was completely unacceptable. Soundproofing is extremely poor—you genuinely feel as though you are staying in a tent 😳. There are large gaps around and underneath many of the doors, so conversations, footsteps, and even hair dryers in the corridor can easily be heard. Even the sound of the neighbors’ toilet flushing and shower can be heard from the bedroom. Speaking of the bathrooms, I took photos and videos of a yellow liquid that oozed from the neighboring room every day. It did not smell bad, but it created a mess and was certainly not something I would expect to see in a five-star hotel. Both suites had almost no bathroom amenities. Even after requesting them, we received only one small vanity kit. Only one complimentary bottle of water was provided per suite on the first day. We later discovered that complimentary water on subsequent days had to be specifically requested from room service, which I find very strange for a five-star hotel. Used glasses were also not consistently cleaned or replaced. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked perfectly. However, the bathrooms were rather small for suites, and the ventilation was not working. Breakfast itself was very good, and Ms. Angela in the breakfast area deserves special recognition for her excellent service. However, one morning the breakfast room was full, so we were seated in the lobby and had to walk back and forth to the breakfast buffet—another experience I would not expect from a five-star hotel. Overall, the excellent location and a few outstanding staff members could not compensate for the poor soundproofing, worn and below-average interiors, inconsistent housekeeping, lack of basic amenities, and disappointing service standards. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this hotel again.
