Tiny Rooms, tiny Bathrooms. Very dusty and many broken things in the Bathroom (Holders, Bathtube, Bath, Sinks...)

Our stay at Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Lisboa was truly exceptional. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Ms. Ana Paula Correia, Duty Manager, and her remarkable team for delivering one of the best hospitality experiences my family and I have had. What impressed me the most was the way the hotel created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Transforming the elegant lobby into a comfortable gathering place where guests could relax and feel at home was a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. I would also like to recognize the incredible dedication of the entire team. They spent the day working under the summer sun by the pool, serving every guest with professionalism, kindness, and genuine smiles. Their commitment to excellence never went unnoticed. Great hotels are defined not only by their beautiful facilities but, above all, by the people who make guests feel truly welcome. Ms. Ana Paula’s leadership and her team’s passion for service are a perfect example of world-class hospitality. Congratulations to Ana Paula and the entire Tivoli team. Tivoli Lisboa Executive Suite
My family and I took the executive suite. The service was top-notch with personal driver pickup from airport, to in-room check in. The newly renovated rooms are also well furnished. Mr.Pedro from guest services was hospitable and made our experience seamless. Overall, a great experience for my family and I and we look forward to returning to Tivoli, Lisboa.

Lovely Lisbon
Tivoli Beautifully appointed hotel. Stunning surroundings and beautiful staff. Offer’s everything one would need during a vacation break. Beautiful Restsurants and cocktail bars. Roof top facility with panoramic views. Room are well appointed (superior room with balcony) light and bright. Smoking balconies available. Lots of storage. Safe, iron, hairdryer. Greeted in the room with Portuguese tarts and two small ports, lovely treat. Stocked mini bar all charged including water left on counter top. Swimming pool and day spa. Large bathroom. Good amenities. Turndown service with a lovely chocolate treat. 5-8 minute walk to City Center. Buses 🚌 going to most attraction locations can pay cash or card on bus. Train outside the front entry. Supermarket (Aldi) less than 5 minute walk away. A few nice restaurants in the same back street as Aldi. Very good food and very reasonably priced and gratuity not added on the bill. Very comfortable hotel. Unfortunately there is a negative note. Room servicing terrible hit and miss. Stayed 3 nights. First day, no replacement milk, balcony not serviced, no toilet paper 🧻 left. Replaced on calling house keeping. 2nd day, only one towel left, no face washers, bath robe taken, no milk, no toilet paper, balcony not tidied, bathroom amenities not replaced. Again replaced on calling housekeeping. Overall a good stay.
