Fabulous stay!
We had an absolutely amazing time! From start to finish, our experience was wonderful. The customer service was outstanding and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and dining at SEEN was a highlight as well. This is a hotel that we will definitely return to the next time we are in Lisbon!

Nice hotel and great location.
This hotel is a great place to stay. I enjoyed my time here. The only issue is a room next door that makes some noise, but the security staff takes care of it for me. The breakfast is one of my favorites. It has almost everything you could want, especially pastries. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping, the old town, and restaurants. You can walk everywhere you want.

A perfect trip to Lisbon
Had a nearly perfect experience here on our recent stay in Lisbon. Suites come with a complimentary airport pick up which is a great perk. We were upgraded to the Beatriz Costa Suite (FHR) and were blown away! The Suite was huge and the two balconies were so nice. Having two bathrooms is a requirement, so this definitely fit the bill. Food at the breakfast buffet was good not great and room service was delivered late on two occasions. Pool was small but really nice to have on a hot and sunny day. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Lisbon.

Excellent Stay - Great rooms and outstanding service
Had the pleasure to stay for business at the Tivoli end of July and enjoyed an excellent stay. Enjoyed a great business lunch at the hotel's Cervejaria. Additionally treated myself with a very relaxing spa treatment at the Anantara Spa followed by quality room service. Overall an excellent stay accompanied by very friendly staff.

Gorgeous hotel and nicely appointment rooms.(think Intercontinental) I love the stately lobby and the live jazz in the evenings. The beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is amazing but really expensive. I walked down the street to a cafe for quarter of the price. Gorgeous gym and pool. Attentive staff that showed just the right amount of attention to detail. I had a street side room which was somewhat noisy so you might want to ask for a room at the back of the hotel.
