Drinks on top of the world !
Visited the Sky Bar at the Avenida Tivoli Hotel Lisbon for drinks with a few friends on a warm September evening - an amazing experience just getting up there in an outside lift ! Fantastic views on all sides and comfortable seating booths all around with plenty of heaters. Prices reasonable

Lovely place in the heart of Downtown
This was a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. I want to call special attention to Dino, our breakfast waiter. He was very attentive to our needs and always had a welcoming smile.

Our Home in Lisbon
We have stayed at this hotel many times and have always felt like we have been treated like royalty. This time was most special because our stay was under the watch of the guest relation ambassador ---Pedro and his team. The Hotel has a wonderful location on the Avenida Liberace, which makes it accessible to walking to the major sites and shopping. Again we consider this our home in Lisbon and already experiencing Saudade. Thank you again for a memorable experience.

Terrible service and management
This was a surprise engagement trip for me and my fiancé, we booked with Tivoli because we had heard it was great. We did not get any response to our 4 emails and phone calls sent months prior to the reservation. We had hoped to get a nice room but when we arrived we got a room that faced a construction site…when i requested a new room, even offering to pay for an upgrade I was brushed off and ignored. Would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends. Much better hotels in the area for the price, who will give you service with care.

Family vacation
A truly memorable family getaway with every detail handled with care. Mr. Gomes, the Guest Relations Manager went above and beyond—anticipating our needs, personalizing details, and checking in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. The hotel is exceptional, with plenty of dining, entertainment and relaxation options for the whole family, but it was the attentiveness that made our stay unforgettable. A special experience we’ll treasure as a family.
