Great stay is attending an event at the convention center.
Location is great - right next to the convention center where we were attending a formal event. Rooms are very nice. Bed is comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful.

Good stay gone bad!
I stay at Marriott each time we visit my wife’s home town, Little Rock. We enjoy the location, service and comfort of the downtown Marriott. M y only complaint is the valet Contrator PMC. There were several weddings and other events happening that weekend. PMC was poorly staffed and completely unprepared on Saturday night. After returning from dinner the valet line was down State Street. There were three separate lines for check in, valet and Uber lanes which bottle necked and we waited 20+ minutes to 15 car lengths. Cars were abandoned in lanes with only one-two valets receiving and parking cars. It’s was ridiculous!

Top Notch
I liked the accommodations, especially the fitness room. I wish all hotels had fitness rooms like the one at Little Rock Marriot. They staff were helpful and courteous.

Nice clean safe hotel
We stopped enroute home to PA from TX for a one night stay. Everything was great- bedding, towels, room set up and view looking over the river. The M lounge was good too! Good security requiring room key swipe to activate elevators to guest rooms. The best part was husband was able to ride his bicycle direct from their parking area to the waterfront paved trail. He went up the paved ramp over the bridge. On the far side headed west up to the Dam and back. Round trip got in 15 miles, along the water the whole way. Great stop!

Info on stay
The bed was very comfortable, shower fine, towels lovely, housekeeping inobtrusive and nice (I appreciated them arranging things a bit, it was sweet), and loved the smell in the lobby. The only problem was that 2 of my business credit cards were missing after I took them out of my pockets and left them on the credenza after using one of them the night before. 2 of the paper cards I had with my card were in my things, but the cards themselves - in their RFID sleeves - are gone. I have cleared out my suitcase and packpack and purse, and they are definitely missing from Room 402, probably on Tuesday, 11/4. I've called and I believe there is a security report being filed. Thanks!
