Little Rock Marriott

Valet, front desk, and the restaurant were spot on. From the start, I received a warm arrival and it continued as I got to the front desk. Meals at the restaurant were great and I enjoyed my stay.

I would like to take a moment to recognize Ray from the valet team for his exceptional professionalism and outstanding customer service. Ray was absolutely amazing calm, respectful, and attentive and he made me feel genuinely safe, comfortable, and well taken care of during my stay. What stood out most was how Ray handled a difficult situation with grace and integrity. He stepped in professionally and ensured that I was treated with respect after an interaction with another valet employee, Derek, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Ray’s actions made a significant difference in my experience, and I truly appreciated how he de-escalated the situation and protected the guest experience. Ray represents the very best of what hospitality should be. Marriott is fortunate to have someone like him on their team, and he deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you, Ray, for your professionalism and kindness.

Had a little snafu with my room when I checked in late and was upgraded to a multi-floor suite without hesitation. Unbelievable service and accommodation. Had no need for all the space but it was awesome to enjoy it for a couple of days and cements LR Marriott as my go to property.

Always a great experience… Love the restaurant as well! Rooms were super clean and the location is surrounded by great restaurants and The Statehouse right next door.

We had a great stay at the Little Rock Marriott. The bed was amazing! It was extremely comfortable. The hotel offers all the perks you’d expect, and as a Platinum Elite member, we took advantage of the M Club access. The M Club food itself was a bit underwhelming, but it was complimentary, so not a major complaint. We did arrive a little later in the evening due to travel and were disappointed to find that a few families had taken large amounts of the remaining food to their tables while playing board games, leaving little to nothing for guests who arrived later. The elevators are a bit outdated and could use some maintenance, but overall we were happy with our stay. We had heard downtown Little Rock can be sketchy in some areas, but we never felt unsafe at this hotel or in the immediate area. We would stay here again.
