Good Times in Downtown LR
Great location right on the River!! Good clean downtown area. Rooms were nice.

OK, but not stellar
Loud room sue to a 1 inch gap leading to hallway and open-air to lobby below. Also was right next to the elevator. Requested form pillows but did not receive until went to front desk the second night

Family trip
Rey and his valet team were outstanding! We were traveling with a large family, and they helped us get situated quickly and professionally. When my wife forgot items in the vehicle, Rey handled it immediately without hesitation. He made us feel welcomed and consistently addressed us by our last name, which was a great personal touch. Even with a large crowd waiting, he and his team managed everything calmly and efficiently. Excellent service!

Great location and friendly staff
Friendly staff Location is super; shuttle to and from airport is great. Bed needs to be upgraded. Sinking down in the middle. Food in the onsite restaurant is so so.
