Pleasant stay
The staff at this hotel was friendly and attentive. My room was clean with plenty of connections for electronics. The only point lacking was the food in the evening in the M Club was lacking. Vegetables with dip and 3 straight nights of fried cheese as the hot item. The club room is large and accommodating.

Great hotel, parking needs work
Hotel is great. From the room to the gym to the restaurant/bar…hotel is great. One area for improvement is the car parking and valet situation. There is no self-parking so valet is a must if you have a car. The valet ties way too long to get your car in the morning …upward of an hour. They fix that and I’d give 5 stars!

Everything was amazing! The rooms are clean, the staff is kind and welcoming and the location is perfect. I will be back again!

Front desk staff who understand hospitality!
Writing to acknowledge the superior efforts of Matthew at the front desk. Quickly responded to a housekeeping issue early in the day before housekeeping staff were on the job. Did so cheerfully and most importantly timely, so I could get to an appointment on time. And then handled an unexpected change in my reservation kindly and professionally. Thank you!
