Great Hotel! Too many guests leaving at the same time.
We always have a good experience. Unfortunately for us the hotel was packed this past weekend. We waited close to 30 min for an elevator and ever time the doors opened it was full. We had to walk down 17 flights with all of our luggage due to timing constraints. So that was extremely unpleasant. Otherwise the room and staff were great.
