The hotel is vast and has a pretty nice front end open concept lobby. Staff are very polite and help out the best they can. The valet parking costs are quite expensive at $25+tax per day. Not sure what others charge in the area, but would not be surprised if this is one of the highest. The M Lounge, so far, has been a little less than impressive based on comparison to other Marriott locations. Although the lounge is nice and large, some amenities are not provided or functional. The Cappuccino / Espresso machine is broken and waiting for repair. No water bottles or regular milk were available in the fridge during the regular hours of service. Lounge breakfast or evening "snack" food choice is very limited. Standard rooms missing small fridge, no dressers, TV remote works poorly, bathroom layout not practical, toilet flush is awkwardly loud and comparative to airport flushing systems. Not sure what is with that, but I am sure the other rooms can hear the flushing. No where to access towels nearby when you finish your shower. Internet not very quick for "High Speed" and no noticeable speed difference between the free basic and optional $12.95 "Faster" option. Rooms look great, but not much thought went into functionality. In addition, for some reason the hotel doors from the room to hallway have a 1 inch gap at bottom that is wide open and you can actually see into your room from the hallway. Really not sure what the reasoning is behind this? As mentioned staff is excellent from the front desk, to the room service attendants, and all the way to the valet attendants. Marriott, help them out, and give them a hotel to really be proud of.

This was our first trip to this Marriott and it was a great stay. Being downtown, it was a great location to meet friends and walk to dinner. The front desk representative was prompt and friendly. The room was nicely renovated and very modern looking. The bathroom was a little small but was very clean. I would stay here again. Having a full Starbucks in the lobby was a plus.

Awesome hotel. Very clean bright open new. Decent fitness centre, nice bar and restaurant. Next door to the old Statehouse museum and connected to the convention centre. Rooms are well laid out and beds are VERY comfortable. Oddly, there are No bathroom fans and the humidity creates a lot of Condensation in the room at times. We would recommend this hotel!

When in Little Rock, this is my go-to hotel. Sharp. Clean. Amenities are spot on. Location is convenient. Typical Marriott quality. The staff is always helpful & friendly. A special shoutout to Casey who was working the bar the night of the NCAA Football Championship game - job well done on an especially busy night.

It’s been several years since my last stay at this property, so I don’t know when they completed their renovation. But, they did a very nice job, with the decor and amenities seeming more like a Renaissance. The front desk staff was efficient and very friendly, and they were able to “upgrade” me to a higher floor (not sure if that’s technically an upgrade but the view was nice). The Concierge lounge was large and very open-again, nicely renovated. The evening food offerings were much better than the typical chips, veggies and dip that seem to be the standard fare. The staff there in both the evening and morning were friendly and helpful. This is a great location if you’re doing business downtown-lots of restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if I have to return to Little Rock.
