Excellent customer service by Rey
I have been a guest at the Marriott on stateside in downtown Little Rock for over 3 weeks and I have to commend Rey on always providing a friendly, professional and courteous valet experience. He’s truly a gentleman.

Great rooms, very neat and clean.
Check-in was very politely and professionally handled by the staff. I require a handicapped room and it was great!. The bathroom facilities are roomy enough to accomodate my wheeled walker with ease, and the beds are low enough that I don't have to jump to go to bed. The elevator situation needs to be addressed. If you can't use the escalator, the very questionable and only elevator that can take you down opens onto the street and you have to walk back to the entrance of the hotel retracing most of your steps. Plus, only two of four elevators were working during the entire 3 day stay.

Valet to break the stay
Nice Marriott. 38 minutes waiting for my car in the morning was not good. It wasn’t busy. I physically asked for my car and used my phone. After 30 minutes I went to the booth again. Then got my car. Plenty of valets around.

Great stay
Quiet and dark room, great views, wonderful and kind staff. Clean. What more could you ask for? Would definitely stay again. A visit to the M Club was delightful. Loved the location. Calm and inviting atmosphere.

Great weekend stay in Little Rock.
We stayed for a weekend to visit family and spend some time with our adult son. Had a great stay. The hotel is clean and all the staff was very friendly.
