We were at the hotel for a couple of nights for family reunion. The rooms was very nice. the staff nice and helpful as would be expected at a Marriott. There were two major problems. The only parking available at the hotel or near by is valet. When I forgot an ipad in the car it took 20 minutes and a tip to have the attendant retrieve it. When checking out the valet was so backed up they would not enter our pick up request by phone. It took 45 to 50 minute after requesting our car at the valet stand when we checked out. My conclusion is I will not use this hotel again with the very poor parking arrangements. Another problem was the free wi fi. "real" wi fi was available for $13 a day. the free was not good enough to allow my to access the apple store on my iPhone much less do much of anything else. The Motel 6 offers better free wi fi. We will not use this hotel again.

I stay at this hotel at least 3 days each month. It's usually fairly nice, but disappointing this last trip. First day my room wasn't cleaned. The front desk insisted I had a "do not disturb" on the door - which I know I did not. Instead of arguing I asked if it would be cleaned tomo and they said yes. The next day I come back to the room and towels are where I left them, bed was half made and nothing in the bathroom was wiped down. I didn't feel like arguing about it so I let it be. It's a hit or miss on this hotel.

I was here for family reunion for 4 nights and although we booked 3 months in advance, 3 people were stuck in a handicap room with 2 double beds, no frig, few outlets & had to live out of our suitcases because no drawers to store our things, just small closet. This closet also held bath towels because no storage area in bathroom so you had better remember to take your towel in with you when you take a shower. Although we repeatedly asked for coffee, cups, etc for 3, they never materialized. Housekeeping didn't arrive until after 4 & then only when you had to chase them down to get service. Wifi was iffy until Simmons at the front desk gave me a phone # to call for tech support. Yes, there was a lot going on in the hotel, but the hotel knew that and should have brought on more staff especially in housekeeping. Would not stay here again if I came back to Little Rock

I was there for 8 nights. Actually got room cleaned once. Asked repeatedly for early service as was gone from 7-2 every day. Housekeeper would show up about 4:30, during my couple of hours of down time & could not speak one word of English so she had no idea what I wanted. Meal in restaurant was very slow $22 /night parking is just ridiculous . Had to wait 1 1/2 hr to get our rooms ready for check in. Was almost 4 before getting a room There are zero drawers in the room. When you're there 8 days, it's tough to find someplace to put your clothes. Had to have maintenance 3 times....light, door, toliet

Booked this room last minute on our way Back to Dallas on a road trip 6/18. Booking on line was super easy and got a great rate. Valet was crazy overwhelmed at arrival, there were several events going on in the neighborhood (sports banquet, Miss Arkansas, and weddings). Check in was super easy, room was clean, cold, and spacious. Tons of electrical plugs and bedside plugs for phones, watches, tablet. I guess Location was great, really didn't find a whole lot to do in Little Rock. It's near the Clinton Library. The next morning was horrible with the Valet, at 8am there was a crazy line of people waiting for their cars, we handed out ticket to the Valet at 9:15 and we didn't get our car until 9:50. Didn't know you can call before to request your car before walking down (no one told us because they were overwhelmed the night before), but that didn't matter because they were super backed up. Hotel offers free WIFI but couldn't get it to work. Other than Valet, it's a nice hotel.
