Reviews for Little Rock Marriott
Overnight stay in Little Rock for a concert at Verizon Arena. Still a nicely appointed hotel but I am concerned what is going to happen to it as I learned last week that the property is for sale. Fridge and microwave in the room would have been nice. Complimentary coffee (other than in room unit) would have been nice in the lobby. Great location and very helpful staff.

This was a very nice hotel in a great location! It puts you right in the middle of downtown Little Rock! It is close to lots of places to eat! Perfect location if you have an event in the convention center! The only negative I have is that they only offer valet parking. Would absolutely stay here again! Rooms were nice and clean!!

The internet never worked. There are only a few things that I need in a business hotel and internet is one of them. And the worst part is that the staff either didn't know what to do about it or didn't care. They kept telling me it was taken care of...or it would be just a few more minutes...or to try another network...one time they even had me call THEIR IT people and I spent 30 minutes on hold only to learn that I shouldn't be calling that number. It was very frustrating. Like I said, I don't require much. But an upfront, candid response would have been better than giving me the runaround and wasting my time. Very disappointed.

We were very surprised when arriving late one evening after booking on line last minute. Malachai at the front desk was a welcome relief when checking in. He was very attentive and let us know about local dining and other attractions near the hotel. This hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and bars.Everything in walking distance. They also have a Starbuck's in the lobby. Be warned it has street access and is very busy. Be prepared to wait inline during peak times. Our room was a suite with plenty of space to work and lounge.

Overall experience was good. Pros: 1. Location: right in the heart of downtown of Little Rock. All the museums, all the excitement of River Market and stuff. And, yet, it was quiet at night. 2. The room: quite spacious, and they pleased me big time. Four mirrors! Two in the bathroom and two in the room, including long one. 3. At first I thought it was outright weird, having opened shelves as usually there are cabinets in the hotels. Here was kind of “step” wall thing. It actually turned out good feature. No so much dust as usual and everything right in front of you, so, you would not forget thing when packing. 4. And nice thing that all electrical outlets were visible :) 5. This rubber water barrier in our roll-in shower was great idea! No water outside of shower, first I have ever seen that. Great. 6. The meal in the restaurant was good as well. Cons: 1. Weird location of shower head. Yes, it was hand-held and stuff, but the pole for adjusting the shower head was not ready to accommodate my husband who is a bit taller than I. The pole for this hand-held shower was outright too short. 2. Those shelves inside the shower were on thew opposite of the seat side of the shower. So, when I was taking the shower, there was no way to get things from the shelf. 3. I am not an allergic to dust, but even I got bad reaction. The carpet was not clean.
