Pleasant stay but lacked attentive service
The hotel was clean and welcoming. I would say there were not a lot of guests there that I could tell and I could also tell that there was not a lot of staff there to support the hotel. The bar had one bartender and not a lot of drink choices. We had to hunt and peck to find change to be able to tip our valet attendant. Also, the valet attendants were not attentive at all. There were four of them, but we had to call them over after waiting a couple minutes to come and grab our keys to be able to take our car in for the night we had to money ready, but we didn't give them a tip because they really weren't paying attention. There was also no bell cap. While the valet attendant did offer a luggage cart. There was no one there to take our luggage up to the room. I would say the stay was OK. I'm a hotel snob and the accommodations were very clean and well kept. I would just say I wasn't really feeling the level of service that I would expect.

Oversized vehicle + Ray = Excellent
I had an oversized vehicle, and Ray, the valet attendant, provided excellent service this morning. He was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming. I really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to assist me. His great service made my experience much easier and more pleasant. Thank you, Ray, for the outstanding service!

A relaxing stay
The room was extremely nice. The staff was very helpful. I forgot some items and they offered to send security to find the items. I stay there a lot and really enjoy the dining room and hotel as a whole.
