Nice hotel located near river in downtown Little Rock. Easy access to to freeway and close to historical attractions. Easy to walk to a variety of restaurants and river market as well as Clinton Presidential library. Clean rooms and great service. However no swimming pool.

I stayed for a business conference held in the same hotel. This is everything you would expect of a Marriott. Clean rooms, nice common areas, convenient conference spaces. This is located right on the Arkansas river and a short walk to the center of downtown Little Rock, near shops, museums, cafes. The Clinton Library is about a 15 minute walk along the river, too. The front desk staff were courteous and kind, but I am afraid to say that the follow up was not always the best. I stayed in an upper floor, and for some reason, I could not get any hot water in the bath. At best, lukewarm water came out, but not after I ran the tap for over 15 minutes! I called the front desk who indicated they would have someone from engineering to check it out, but I got no feed back. I called again, and was told they would call engineering but again, no feedback and the warm water was slow to flow. Housekeeping also took their time to clean the rooms--usually after 3P! One day I had returned to my room at 4P and the room still had not been cleaned. It wasn't a big deal, but when they came knocking at 4P and I told them that I would not be able to vacate the room until 5P (I had a dinner meeting to get ready for, after all), they seemed miffed, because they were leaving at 5P. I told then that they didn't need to clean the room, but I felt it strange that I (the hotel guest) should have to accommodate THEIR schedule and not the other way around. Regardless, when I returned from my dinner meeting at 8P, the room had been cleaned, afterall. the breakfast buffet in the lounge was ok. Better than most American breakfasts, but not especially remarkable. Scrambled eggs, some sort of breakfast meat and fruit, toast. Other Marriott lounges have provided more varied (and healthy) offerings. but the lounge staff were efficient and very kind and polite.

This hotel is very conveniently located to downtown attractions and restaurants. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only negative was that the bathroom garbage had not been emptied prior to my check in.

Went to our first room and had a slight issue upon bed inspection. The staff was quick to relocate us to a higher floor. We were on 12th with a river view and the city was gorgeous from our window. While I would definitely do a thorough bed inspection of the bed before staying again, I would stay. Room service food was good also but overly expensive as at most places.

I stay here anytime I go to Little Rock. It's in a perfect location with beautiful views from the rooms. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I have stayed here on a romantic weekend getaway and with my children. It's accommodating for either type of stay. The room service is above other places I've stayed with superior service. I love that we can valet park and walk to anywhere we would need to go. There is the river walk, great food, entertainment, a park for the kids, or anything else you may want. I intend to stay here many more weekends!
