Pageant trip
Location was great. We traveled here for a national pageant. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and market. Hotel and rooms were clean. Bed slept well. AC worked properly and was cool in room. We did not experience any noise level issues. My only complaint would be the lack of microwaves. No microwaves on floors or rooms and this required us to go to lobby and only 1 microwave in lobby. Service was good from a staff standpoint. Gym was clean and stocked well. I would stay here again.

A gem in downtown Little Rock
This is a very nice hotel with a fantastic view of the river. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The hotel is very clean and modern. The restaurant has good food, although it is on the expensive side; good, but expensive. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The rooms I've had here all face the river, so I don't hear any noise at all. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Solid Marriott property- great amenities, and customer service
Overall, this is a very good Marriott with above average amenities. The M club, the gym, and the restaurant are all very good and the staff were excellent. The M Club was expecially notable, 24 hours with a good breakfast and snacks through the day. Mathew at the front desk was professional and helpful and his customer service response to a minor elevator issue was outstanding. The only Parking option is valet- but that is typical for any hotel in a big city. I would stay here again on my next business trip.

Lovely upgrade
The hotel was nicely managed and lounge was well stocked. As a one night stay on an amex certificate they upgraded us to the Presidential Suite. Very nice of the hotel.
